If I could give 6 stars I would. We flew all the way from Oregon to purchase a car from them and not only we were warmly received like old friends, my car was in perfect condition!!Josh and Tari made the process a breeze. We were in and out and driving my dream car in less than 2 hours. And also kudos to Aaron who gave us wonderful recommendations where to eat and what to do while in Nebraska.I highly recommend them to anyone even if youre out of state.

This is the second time I have left my car at bellevue Honda with the same service attendant and I never received a call back to notify me my car is done. In both instances I was told they tried to call me and it went straight to voicemail. No missed calls on my phone. I have only had this issue with them. Something weird is going on. Keep in mind, it’s not a phone issue. Then when told they were coming to pick me up, they would call and let it ring once and hang up. They are obviously manipulating the situation. I’d never go back.

Josh was a great help with finding out the right car for me! He made everything super easy and hardly had any negative things to say about the cars I was interested in. Chyrlyn in finance was very open, honest, and totally trustworthy. This dealership is totally reliable and made everything about buying my first car super easy!

I recently bought a 2009 Honda Accord. The previous owner had changed the system code. This left me unable to do hands free phone access. The salesman Dave Quach went out of his way to help me solve the problem. After several attempts and a call to Honda help line it was still password protected. We finally got it unlocked because of the Service advisor Milt Harrington. He tried a couple of other ways he knew to unlock the phone system but they were unsuccessful. They were finally able to clear the password by bringing my car in the garage. They hooked it up to a diagnostic machine and were able to clear out the code at no charge. Thanks for taking the time help out a new customer. I would highly recommend Honda Cars of Bellevue because of their customer service alone.

Made sure to check to see if part I needed was under warranty and that I wasn’t requesting unnecessary services. They took time to go through why I scheduled and had it done by end of day. Great communication and everyone says hi and very polite!

They ran my car through their car wash after servicing it again. I specifically asked them not to wash it since their carwash uses brushes and I do not want it washed with brushes. They did it anyway. The last two times in a row. If they cannot even handle a simple request, how can I trust them with service work or repairs. We all make mistakes, but twice in a row is completely unacceptable!

Took over two hours for an oil change and tire rotate. Also they didn’t reset the TPMS so it tripped on my way home. Would not recommend, most places can have you in and out in an hour or less.

My new wife and best friend went to New York to get married. On the way back in Omaha we unfortunately got a batch of bad gasoline and on our way out our hondo pilots engine just stopped. I call three dealerships to see if we can fix it quick. No one could do it but Bellevue with in two days. We have already been traveling for 2 weeks and needed to get home for work. Terri Adams took amazing care of us looked up hotels since we had no place to go and got us two shuttles to get back to the dealership. What an amazing job by good people to get us back on the road to go home as a newly wedded couple. Our first struggle went so well because of her and all that helped. 5 stars hands down. Wow.. Can not be happier with the Experiance from Honda Cars of Bellevue! Brandon Weaver was FANTASTIC. Went there just to look at cars, to keep mu options open. i told Brandon up front that was my plan. His Attitude didnt change, and was understanding and very helpful. i told him what i wanted to look (CIVIC ) at and he Showed me just that. He did show me other options of the Same Car but different trim packages. He even showed me the new 2022. But did not presure me into anything or try to get me to go with some anything in particular. I went there to look for a Car, that i wasnt planning to get for a month or so... and i was just thrilled with my experiance. We ran numbers to just see and i ended up getting the car. I just purchased a Honda CRV at this dealership and it was a great experience! Josh Gallino helped me with the purchase and walked me through all the CRV features to make sure I understood them. (There are a lot of nice safety features and a lot of fun features). He made it easy to get the deal done and was really relaxed about it! He even helped to make sure I got everything out of my trade in. (I almost forgot to grab the garage door opener). If you need a new vehicle, I recommend stopping by and seeing Josh.

Refused to honor my warranty. I purchased a 2019 Accord approximately five weeks before I took it in to get serviced. It was certified and purchased through a Honda dealership. I had all of the paperwork with me. There was an issue with my camera. Service Advisor Terri Adams asked to pull the CarFax report and stated that my warranty was void because the car was in a minor collision- which CarFax explains as mostly cosmetic- in January. This was five months before I purchased the vehicle and before the car was given a certified used designation. She explained the cost would be $380 to fix. She seemed accusatory, as if I personally voided the warranty. I took the car to a different dealership and they fixed it under warranty. I had purchased previously through Honda Cars of Bellevue, but will not go back.

I am sure their customer service, and Hondas, will be just as good after the sale. I got top dollar for my trade which put a ton of equity towards my newer, MUCH more fuel efficient hybrid Insight. She was able to fit me into their busy schedule the same day I called. She kept me posted on when my vehicle arrived (had to be towed there), called me with updates, and was able to inform me what was going on with my car in a timely manner. 4/27/2021 oil change, damage drain plug and tire rotation. Over $100. Rep didnt inform me it was only a rotation and explain it didnt include a balance. Noticed a shimmy and took it back only to be told adding a balance would cost more and that would have to be scheduled for another day. Felt like I over paid and wasnt taken care of unless they could nickel and dime me.

Girlfriend took our Honda CR-V in to receive a PCM update last week while I was at work. They told her they wouldn’t have time for her after reviewing the paperwork stating the car would need a PCM update but could schedule an appointment for her to come in on Wednesday at 10. We were okay with that since we understood they were busy and we typically prefer appointments anyways. Well Wednesday comes around and she shows up for her appointment and the guy who helped her tells her she doesn’t have an appointment and that what we needed done they couldn’t do unless they ran a diagnostics and charge her for that. She once again showed the paperwork that showed that it needed a PCM update and they looked at it for about 5 seconds and told her she needed an appointment since she didn’t have one.I then proceeded to call in order to let them know of the horrible experience that transpired and the person that I spoke with just kept asking me for my number and the VIN of the vehicle after I explained the situation. After I asked why she needed that information she yelled at me that she was trying to look up the appointment. Clearly after listening to what had previously transpired anyone could tell that an appointment was promised but never made. All she kept saying was “I don’t know what happened. What do you want me to do?” And she kept pushing me for my information in order to make an appointment without letting me know she was until I asked her why she kept asking me for it. A total lack of empathy and horrible customer service. I get mistakes happen and maybe the original person meant to schedule an appointment but got busy. But the fact that they didn’t seem to care or show any sign of personal responsibility in trying to make up for the experience just shows how they feel about their customers. We went here because it was closer to where we live but I rather make the drive and go to Odaniel. I’m sure they will treat their customers with respect.

Just purchased my 2020 CRV Touring Sonic Gray Pearl. My purchase experience went very smoothly. This is my third Honda purchase. Hondas are very attractive and extremely dependable vehicles.. My salesperson David G was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and explained how to operate all the bells and whistles making me feel very comfortable knowing how to operate all the new features. David was very attentive to my needs making the purchase a pleasant experience.

She also told me about some recall work my car needed, that they could do it at the same time, and how long it would take. Then she set me up with an appointment to bring in my other Honda for some work as well.Nice waiting area as well. Clean, hot coffee, and fresh fruit. There’s a shuttle that runs a few times a day as well if you need it. Will be back!

Just wanted to give anyone who was going to look at the 2012 volkswagen jetta sportwagen tdi a heads up. The paperwork they gave me said it was good to go. That was a lie. Both front lower control arms were shot and there was an oil leak. I offered 2k below asking for parts and labor to get it fixed, and they said even with whats wrong theyd only drop to 10k. Dont waste your time

My grandma and I worked with Bruce on Monday to find a car. The all around experience was excellent. Bruce was very nice and assisted us in finding a really good used car. The 3 cars we looked at were taken care of very well, the maintenance on them was up to date and the cars looked very nice on the inside and outside. Bruce was very nice and helpful and made sure we drove off with the best deal and a nice clean new used car.

I was in contact with 3 dealerships regarding my search for a new/used vehicle. Aaron Richardson was the only one that actually listened to everything I needed and/or wanted in my next vehicle. Took my CRV in today for servicing which was fine, took longer than expected. While there I decided to look for a new Honda Fit so went into the showroom, walked around and looked at the Fit. Guess I am ‘invisible’ as I was ignored, older female, credit rating in the 800s and $$$ to spend. Lost my business, will buy a new car elsewhere.
