Took my car in for service yesterday, was told itd take 2 hours and said okay. After 3 hours, I called and called trying to find a status, no answer, service dept left. Next day, finally get my car back, charged 1g for a new water pump, get home, coolant tank is empty, they either didnt add coolant or didnt properly add enough. Now Im driving back to this place a 3rd time so they can finish the job theyve overcharged me to do wrong ans steal my car and my time for 2 days straight now and for all I know, theyve only made things worse.

This place well deserves 5 stars out of 1.5k reviews. Great service. Will only take my Toyota here. And maybe my Ford too.

We are very disappointed in our experience at Corwin Toyota. We put a deposit down on a RAV4 Hybrid last week with the promise that it would arrive within two weeks. After multiple calls to the dealership to find out when it would arrive, we were finally informed that the car was accidentally sold to another party. We have called multiple times and even stopped by in person, but they have not been able to tell us when another car might be able to come in. Very poor communication and nothing done to make amends for their mistake. Do not bring your business here.

I took my vehicle in to get the periodic servicing and decided to add on the Multi-Service Agreement to better protect my car. Sammy and Suzanne in the Service Department were very accommodating and worked to get the servicing done as quick as possible!

Do not sell your used car to them. I sold my car to them a month ago and still have not been paid. They definitely do not pay cash for cars like they advertise. The department of licensing has already given them the title. At this point I dont trust that I will receive payment for my car. I am very disappointed in this dealership and would not recommend that anyone sell them used cars. I dont think that Kelly Blue Book should be partnering with them.

I bought a 2018 Ford Edge with 54k miles on it and bought the extended warranty. Engine blew out back in June and still haven’t received my car back. Over 2 months! There was some parts that weren’t in and I’m okay with some of the wait but Zero communication on where they are at or when I should get the car back. Bottom line I wish I NEVER went Corwin. Don’t recommend them

They are currently selling cars over MSRP due to demand. Be warned that the price you see on the web or on the sticker is not what you should expect to pay. We set up an appointment, drove over from Des Moines, and only were told this after we arrived. The Prius we were looking at is selling for $2K higher than advertised. Wasted an entire day driving over there and back for nothing.

Stephen was knowledgeable regarding the features of the various 4Runner trim levels and did a good job of making sure any concerns or questions I had were addressed.Anthony in finance was helpful too.I’m pleased with the deal I got and would consider Corwin for my next vehicle purchase.The 4Runner is wonderful and looking forward to many trouble free miles with it!

I was just there to get an oil change & tire rotation, the place is beautiful! I love it.As I was driving up to the building I was met by a small waterfall on my right not realizing there was 1 on the left too! I complimented to my service advisor who said if I liked that then Id like the showroom waiting area too & he was right.. theres a stream with a pond scene complete with taxidermied animals. I sat right outside of it listening to the water while charging my phone playing solitaire, trying to clear my mind of everything else.They also have a beverage & snack station.He said it would be about an hour & 15 minutes, ended up being more like 1 1/2 hours.. but I didnt really care too much today. Ive never seen anything like it in a dealership! I cant wait for my next oil change - Ive never said that before, LOL.They seem to be efficient first impression & mostly thorough, although my car got a clean bill of health this visit.. well see how they are on future visits. I did ask a few ?s about things that arent in the multi-point inspection & I forgot to let him know dropping it off. He gave me a suggestion on how to check for my concerns, so will see how that goes too.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Corwin Toyota. After signing an agreement to sell them my vehicle and leaving the vehicle as well as the keys with them I assumed the sale was complete. I cancelled insurance on the vehicle and moved on. A week later I received a text letting me know the sale had not been finalized and there was an issue with tags not being current which, they knew at the time the agreement was made. Two weeks after selling the car I was instructed to come pick it up. Apparently a signed contract is worth nothing at Corwin Toyota. Be sure to read the fine print if you choose to do business with this place. Untrustworthy and unreliable in my experience.

There’s this one salesman named Richard Jackson. Provided knowledge and patience. Helped me get into a vehicle that my family loved.

I went there on a Monday and was quoted one price for my trade in and what I would be paying for interest (it was in writing on the back of the salesperson’s card. And yes, someone other than the salesperson looked at the trade in and told her the quote for it). Came back on a Saturday to purchase the car. The lady that I worked with on the Monday wasn’t there. They would not honor the price that she quoted me for my trade in or interest. They quoted me nearly half of what the lady told me on the Monday told me they would give me for my trade and the interest was nearly double of what I was told. Long story short, I reluctantly purchased the car, after waiting 4 hours for paperwork, and the first stop I had to make was at a gas station because there was only an 1/8 of a tank of gas and no wiper fluid in the vehicle. Not impressed for my first car buying experience.

We purchased a 2018 Toyota Highlander XLE from a very nice young sales consultant, Richard Jackson, recently. We were very happy with his professionalism and courtesy during the process. We looked at a lot of Highlanders and he was very patient with our desire to look at all details. We closed on the deal late in the evening and they stayed open to make sure the vehicle was washed and ready to take off the lot. This is the third vehicle weve bought from this dealership and have not been disappointed in the sales people, finance crew and others. This dealership is the first one we look at when shopping for Toyotas. We love our Highlander XLE and really appreciate the great service at Corwin!

Update: the sales manager spoke to us and got everything situated. Their team member just didn’t know what he was talking about apparently.False advertising and deceptive. Wanted to sell them a car that KBB has valued at trade in for 16k and they wouldn’t go over 10k. Said it was based off last years value and not current. What a crock.

I purchased a truck on July 1, 2021 with trading in a car. The car loan was supposed to be paid off from Corwin Toyota. I was told on July 29th that a check was overnighted for the car loan. As of august 9, 2021 the car loan has not been paid and the bank for the car loan has not received a check. Corwin Toyota has no explanation as to why this has not been paid yet.

I was in the market for a white Highlander Hybrid, which is a bit hard to find in this market as its a popular color. After a bad experience at another dealership and reaching out to get a cash offer for my trade-in, I was impressed by the follow-up of the staff. My wife and I went into the dealership and ended up working with Brad Darden.He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He showed us the incoming vehicles and explained that there were only 2 white Highlander Hybrids scheduled for the next few months.He said he could try to find us one that met our criteria, but itd be tough right now because dealers dont have much incentive to trade. So, while we didnt want to spend an extra $1k for the navigation system, we did so that we could get the vehicle. Kudos to Brad for thoroughly explaining the state of the market and helping us get the one we wanted.The KBB trade offer I received on their website was $9k, and they ended up making a final offer of $8,500, as there was some bumper damage I had forgotten about. The other dealership initially offered me $4k for our trade, so I was pleased to see that Corwins offer was very fair and reflected the market.Unlike other salespeople Ive worked with, Brad was not pushy at all, didnt try to sell me on warranties or financing that I didnt want, and made a fair offer for my trade. He also did a wonderful job explaining that, while he could try to find me a Highlander that fit my exact wants, itd be tough in this market. I had to make a compromise on one of the features, but I was happy to do it to get the color, seat layout, and interior I wanted.That said, Id highly recommend Corwin Toyota for anyone in the market, and would ask to work with Brad. You wont regret it!

So the experience while there was amazing. Cody K. And Carlos are absolutely great. They worked with me and helped ensure that I was able to get into the car I wanted. Afterwards, not so much. So many things have gone wrong regarding the title of the car. I have had to call on three different occasions for three different issues. I get talked over and spoken to in a rude tone when these things should have been done right in the first place.

I don’t recommend going to the service department here. They overcharge you and only recommend maintenance based on mileage. They don’t actually check your fluids or spark plugs but say they need changed based on your mileage. They also recommend your cabin air filter be changed every time you make an appointment. Also, they don’t correctly diagnose problems on your vehicle, they just take a guess at what’s wrong and want to charge you for it. The service advisors will tell you one thing and the technicians will tell you another. I recommend going to Village Pointe Toyota because you will receive better service which includes honesty. They’re actually out to help you where as Corwin is just out to take your money.

Please dont purchase used car from Corwin Toyota, Bellevue, Omaha. Never trust these guys, they are fake. I purchased 2007 Toyota Camry Solara from them on Friday April 2, 2021and they showed me the multi point check lists they did on the car and claimed every thing is in good working condition. I paid full in advance. After payment they gave me only one key and they did not declare before the payments that they have only one key.I parked the car at my parking lot on the same day and on Monday April 4, 2021 when I started the car it started to show check engine service light. I called and e-mailed the sales representative Zachary Horn but he did not respond. I visited the dealer and met Zachary, his manager Justin and other senior staff and explained again but none of the sales team was supportive. They checked the car and told there was air leakage and vacuum line needed to be replaced and gave estimate of 700$ for the repair and additional key.This sort of unprofessional treatment from a authorized Toyota dealer was never expected even if it is a used car. The leakage can not start overnight, they should have declared in advance. Even upon approaching them they were very rude and were in no mood to listen to me. How can we trust authorized dealers if they treat us in this manner. Its a sort of cheating. I strongly recommend not to go to this dealer for used cars.

Massive inventory, I cant believe how many cars this place has! I was in April with my Girlfriend to find her a Corolla or Camry, We ended up getting the new AWD Camry so it will be safer in the winter. This place has a LOTTTT of cars!!! I went to 4 other lots last weekend and they had a few cars but this place has the biggest lot . I worked with Drew and found a 2019 Ram after looking over the huge selection of used full sized trucks all low miles too. The Ram came with the tow package already on it so I will be using that to tow my boat and camper. The only place I will shop in the future

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My husband purchased a vehicle from them and not even one week after purchase it is leaking oil. We called and were told to bring it in to have it looked at. Get to the dealership and they have their tech look at it and confirm there is an oil leak. So guess that 60 point inspection they brag about doesnt cover the oil pan or seals....Then we are told by the service manger (who by the way needs a class in customer service) we have to pay for the diagnostic check and any repairs because we purchased a used vehicle. It what world does this make sense. Dont purchase anything from this dealership!!!!!

My front engine splash shield broke hundreds of miles from home on a day trip; it was dragging on the ground, and would have torn off and caused all kinds of problems if Id tried to go home on the freeway. I was fortunate to be close to this Toyota dealership, but had I known how to do so, I would have ripped off the engine shield myself instead of getting ripped off at the dealership. To install two pieces of plastic they charged me just over $400. For comparison, you can buy the parts online for about $30. I was told that the price was due to them being genuine Toyota parts, but at the end of the day, when Im stranded hundreds of miles from home, the last thing I want to do is spend nearly half a paycheck on some pieces of plastic. If you can avoid it, dont go to the dealer for repairs.

Corwin has treated me fairly. I appreciate the amenities they provide while youre waiting for service to be completed. The car buying experience is long, but not unbearable. If you need to contact them, call them. The online messaging function is broke or not attended to. They do respond to Facebook posts. Thanks to Francis, Joel, Casey, and Art for taking care of me.

I had to say no over 10 times before they stopped badgering be about buying a vehicle that day. They lost at least two customers for life; my mother was with me. These guys are good. I specifically dealt with Bobbilynn J. and Dave L. in service, and the were extremely accommodating. They both went the extra mile to help my special 4Runner. In and out in one business day, with a video inspection of the car with an hour of dropping it off. 10/10 would use again!

Had a great experience working with Drew T. and the folks at Corwin. We found a gently used Honda Pilot, took a test drive, and were driving out of there in less than an hour. We ended up finding an issue with the rear view mirror/backup camera as we were driving it the next day. Being that the car was as is we werent able to get a brand new mirror put in, but I found a replacement on Ebay and Corwin reimbursed us 75% of the part cost. Even though there was a little bump in the process, they made it right I would definitely buy from them again.

ZERO stars for you and your dealership. You sell new vehicles and lie about the mileage. You promise referral bonuses and dont deliver. You dont send the right paperwork for purchasers to be able to license their cars. You are rude and condescending on the phone to customers - who have referred others. You dont deserve the Toyota name, nor any business from hard working Nebraskans and Iowans.
