I never wrote any bad review in my life. But I had no choice because they treated me unprofessionally and untrusty. I bought this car about 3 weeks ago. I didnt ask any discount and paid what they asked. I drove last Friday morning and noticed that water was dropping from the top of passer side. Also the engine light was on. I called the Salesperson to report this issue and told he will take care of them. But later they said they need to charge $400 - $600 to fix them. This is the worst experience in my life. I never seen a dealer who is selling a car has the water leaking issue. So be carefully here!!!!!

I worked with Doug to get a second car that was good on gas and even though he said it was his first day there, it looked like he knew his stuff and got us a good deal on a car! Would definitely recommend working with him, a nice chill Interaction and never pushed too hard on stuff like some other car salesman would and I appreciated that. If you need a good deal without getting pushed into one, hit Doug up for sure.

Bought a used truck from Doug at Bellevue Nissan. Doug was extremely helpful. I was hoping to pay outright. But it was a little too late in the day for a wire transfer to go through. Doug gave me a ride all the way back to Ballard. He then came to pick me up the next day to complete the sale. Doug was awesome.

I had an truly excellent experience with Courtenay Ruis as I was looking for a used Porsche 911. First of all, I have following Bellevue Nissans inventory for several years not and they get some of the most exotic and desirable cars like 911s, Audi RS sedans, or the new Tesla Plaid. The 911 I was looking at was the absolute cleanest used car I have seen in my 40 years of buying cars. The previous owner claims the car was never rained on. It was an amazing car. The sales process has the right balance of helpful but not too pushy and more importantly, the dealership was very aggressive on pricing on both the 911 and my trade. Overall, a great customer experience.

Only the Nissan had a car for test drive, and actually was working to sell me the car instead of watching the seahawks game.if I ever decide to get a Nissan definitely returning here to check out my options again.

Terrible place. I went looking for a new car. The vehicle was marked up an extra $8,000. I asked the salesman about the markup and his response was dont worry about it thats the price you have to pay for the vehicle shortage. I received a phone call a few days later from a different salesman. He explained he had 2 additional new cars. I asked if I was going to pay and extra markup price he said yes, thats what every dealership is doing. My response okay. Ill wait another year to get a new car.

While the experience was great while buying a car here, it is the service after you are no longer a customer that gets a 1 star here.I have moved out of state and sold the car that was purchase here. I qualified for multiple refunds from the add ons that I purchased such as extended warranty and GAP coverage. The finance manager Nick had me send over all the paperwork to request a refund and this is where communication has stopped. It took 3 email and a week for him to confirm how long will the refund take, which was 4-6 weeks. We are now at 6 weeks into the process and I have not had any communication at all. I have reached out 3 times over the past week and not a single email has been answered.This level of customer service is embarrassing. While I am no longer living in the PNW and cannot be an immediate customer, their choice is to just ignore me. Definitely buy your Nissan elsewhere, plenty of other dealers in town and it is impossible to provide a lower level of customer service.

I confirmed ahead of my appointment that you had the tires I needed and they were put on hold for me. Then I arrived, gave you my car and waited for over an hour before I was contacted to be let known that you sold the tires that were on hold for me and would need to order more. I was told that I would be contacted Monday to confirm my car was ready and no one contacted me. I called before coming to confirm and no one had even begun working on my car. Then I confirmed when I would arrive and when I got there, there was one employee who had no idea what I was talking about and it took them 30 minutes to locate my paperwork and keys. It was extremely poor service and no one even seemed concerned.

I had my Nissan rogue towed to dealership after the transmission failed in traffic. They did a complete CVT transmission swap. Was not able to get a loaner (inventory shortage), but they finished and was able to pick up two days faster than expected. Service tech Mark was very helpful, keep me updated.

We have an older all electric car (not a Nissan) whose maximum range shows up to only 86 miles which is far below what is available now. I stopped at Bellevue Nissan today and was fortunate to be helped by Nick Taylor. I looked at the Leaf. He explained the different options, like single or dual charging ports depending on the model. Also, due to our driving needs he brought up leasing. He explained the advantages we may want to consider...no hard sell. I really enjoyed working with him and him opening my mind regarding things to consider I would not likely have thought of that will make a decision easier and more informed. I enthusiastically recommend asking for Nick to help you!

I took my car here and to the Nissan dealership in Olympia. I went for a hole in my tire. The Olympia dealership DID NOT do a dunk test and said it was fine. I came to this dealership the next day, because again my air pressure was low. They did a dunk test and said there was no hole, even though my air pressure was reading 17 psi when I came in. The next day I see my air pressure is low again. I get out of my car and see bubbles coming out of a hole in the tire from the dunk test. My tire is now totally flat and im waiting for les schwab to come and fix it. Only wasted about 2-3 hours at each dealership as well. Good to know they cant find the hole in my tire, but I can. Thanks!

The dealer that I had been working with had since left and I was tossed off to someone else who was not personable at all. The whole time I felt like a transaction. I felt that there was a lot of fees and labor costs that were not taken into account for the price that was told to me for certain services. The dealer was very hard to get a hold of, I had mentioned I work multiple jobs and that I wont always be accessible. Felt like we played phone tag with no suggestion of possibly emailing or texting being a form of communication.The final estimate that I had received was already more than what I though I would pay but I signed and when I came in to pick my car up, the cost was even more. There was a service left off the estimate that I thought was on it, since we had had 3 conversations about it. I was frustrated and the dealer was rude and pretty much told me I was wrong. When I asked to speak with a manager he just pointed in a direction and finished our transaction. While I was speaking with a manager I could see the dealer go to a coworkers office and it looked like he was talking about our exchange. Its just glass dividing offices, I couldnt hear but body language says enough; he could of waited till I felt the building to gossip. The manager made me feel heard and adjusted the price to the estimate I had signed for. I too work in customer service and I know that the customer is not always right but I just felt taken advantage of and that the dealer was shady in not giving me the entire price for what I needed done. I will not be coming back to this dealership after this experience.

Purchased a used car from them which had undergone a full inspection at the dealership, including a brake inspection. The day after purchasing I noticed an unusual noise. I took the car back to Bellevue Nissan for some unrelated repairs we negotiated during the sale and asked them to take a look at the brakes to see what might be causing the noise. They saw nothing. I finally took the car to another dealership who diagnosed $3,000 in brake repairs...on a vehicle worth $8k. Buying a used vehicle is always a risk, but I expected better from Bellevue Nissan. If I had seen some of the other reviews on here from customers with similar stories, I would have thought twice about purchasing from them.

DO NOT SELL THIS DEALER YOUR VEHICLE!!!I sold my 2016 4runner TRD Pro to Bellevue Nissan through Eijaz. It was under loan with Bank of America so I was told I had to wait until the payoff of the loan and transfer of title processed to get a check from them for the difference of the negotiated price.Fair enough...4 business days after the loan payoff was completed Eijaz tells me the title transfer processed but now I need to wait until it gets to them physically. They are already advertising the vehicle for sale. Meanwhile Im getting the runaround for over $17k.

When I picked up the car from its last service, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and several weeks later, I’m not able to get the smell out of the car. Such a bummer!

Completely 100% unimpressed!!! I come from a Nissan family. My father worked for and was a Nissan mechanic for 30+ years just not in WA state... I took my Nissan truck in for an oil change and to have a new serpentine belt installed in which I supplied the new belt. Generally when the belt is replaced you also replace the belt tensioner as well so I asked for a price quote for the tensioner. I was quoted around $166.00 which, funny enough, is exactly the price I said I would not pay anymore than that for the part. I reluctantly said go ahead and put it on. 3 hours later, my oil change and belt installation was finally complete. Total this really shouldnt take more than 1 hour. I was charged $307.89 in total. When I was examining the completed work and paperwork, I noticed that the $50 gift card I had given them nor the 10% parts or service discount that Nissan offers was applied. I then checked the part they replaced and the belt installed just to find out the NEW BELT TENSIONER WAS NEVER INSTALLED!!!!!! I WAS CHARGED $307.89 FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TO HAVE A BELT PUT ON THAT I SUPPLIED!!!!! I never received credit for the gift card I provided or for the discount Nissan is offering for parts or service. I was deceived and lied to. I waited 3 hours for a 1 hour job. I was overcharged. I was told parts needed replacement that do not. I thought a new part was being installed that was NOT installed. I am a Nissan customer for life and never again will I go to Bellevue Nissan for anything!!! They over charge for their parts, service, and cars as well. Check Courtesy parts and compare price on OEM Nissan parts if you dont believe me. This place is nothing but a rip off!!!!

Im really disappointed by me recent experience at this dealership. After setting an appointment to get new tires on my truck, I arrived at the appointment to find that they had no tires in stock to sell me. After waiting several hours for new tires to be delivered to the dealership, I couldnt get into contact with anyone in the parts department to see if I could purchase tires for my truck. I wish I could write a more positive review, but having taken time away from work to get new tires, Im disappointed that I walked away empty handed. Twice.

Even though I had told everyone there I could not go above my limit and what I had to work with, not once was the 2017 leaf I came in to see was it brought up or did I see it. 2021 was pushed on me from the start but I was willing to see what they could do. I did not appreciate how pushy Oscar and the GM (whose name I didnt get) were on pricing and kept trying to get me to go above what I had told them I felt comfortable spending. I think its incredibly unprofessional to try and force someone(especially femme identifying people)to spend more money and trying to make them use a credit card when they told you SEVERAL times what they could afford and then laugh at the customer when they tell you they cannot go higher and the next time someone asks for their property back I HIGHLY recommend giving the customer their keys back so they can leave. Nikhil however was fantastic and I would definitely recommend him to others.

The service at Bellevue Nissan is very good. Especially, Mark is commendable.But, I am not at all happy with the Nissan Altima 2014. I cannot spend money for manufacturing problems. Its transmission system had to be completely replaced. Now driver side air bag light is on and the recommendation is to replace it, which will cost more than 1000$+.. The cars value is only 6000$ +. Many issues with that car and I have driven only less than 60K miles in last 6+ years. So, I will definitely not buy a Nissan ever again.

I bought a 2020 Nissan Murano at Bellevue Nissan Oct. 1, 2020.My original review rated Bellevue Nissan with a one star quality due to unacceptable service for a knob cover that fell off and I didnt notice.I received no call back or assistance until I wrote a negative review explaining the situation. Then my concern was addressed and fixed. They gave ma a loaner car also. The person was understanding and accommodating to the situation.It shouldnt take a negative review to receive the service in the first place.I use to share the video Give em the Pickle with assiciates. We have been a regular customer for my car service at Bellevue Nissan. The experience from last couple of services had been very unprofessional and unpleasant.During my recent experience, when the car was washed as part of complementary wash, there are many paint stains on front of the car (Mirrors, Wind Shield, Car lights). The service associate tried to convince me that the stains were present before the car was given for service, though the images of car before service donot contain any of them. The service manger had been very rude in handling the issue and stared using words that was very unprofessional. He drove my car for wash again, which I doubt if wash was done again! I had to leave service center helpless and disappointed!Avoid car service at Bellevue Nissan. They have zero customer service.

The deal offered by Nissan Bellevue on Memorial Day weekend was excellent from the start. Emir made the negotiations very easy and I got the money I wanted for my trade-in. I was not even asked for my credit report. The process was very smooth. Jordan is the one who introduced the car to me. He pulled the car for me, described the engine, helped me get comfortable with the basic commands before I took it for a ride. I loved the car. Jordan also assisted me with the paperwork and again later with a few more details about the car. When I said I was going to pay cash (I understand it can be a disappointment for car dealers), Jordan had the courtesy to say something nice about it. Both Emir and Jordan were courteous the whole time I was there. I also want to mention the staff welcoming you in the lobby. Everyone was gracious and willing to help. I had a 45,000 mile service. It was done sooner than the estimated time. I assume everything was done as it should have been, there really is no way of truly knowing but this is where I always go and my car runs great. The service staff was courteous and went over everything after the service was completed. Car was washed and vacuumed as always and I appreciate that this dealership does that. Miss the chocolate chip cookies, but eventually theyll be back, I hope.

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra Nismo last year i felt the clutch it didnt feel right i told them about it they told me I had the factory warranty plus I purchased an extended warranty! My car only had 27 thousand miles on it I put 21 thousand on it I wanted them to look at it they said it dont cover normal wear and tear ???? Wth. Really ill never purchase a car through them again!!!! Ive drove a manual all my life in a grown man. Total BS dont purchase a car through them are they will mess you over! Plus Im gonna contact Better Business Bureau plus the commissioner!

Kudos to Tony Oertli, who helped us purchase a pre-owned Leaf. Im so glad the text I sent to the dealership got a response from him, because he was just our speed and style. Tony did a great job of explaining our options among the five 2018 Leafs in stock; explaining the all-new-to-us features and operation of an EV; and giving us the space to negotiate. There was not a lot of haggling--we felt the price was very fair, although declining most of the add-ons. Tony is a nice, very sharp, good-humored person and we were really happy to work with him and hang out to chat while the financial wheels turned. A shout out also to Rommel in Finance, who gave us some great extra info and was very nice to work with. This was a really good experience. We are extra excited about our no-emissions vehicle and the positivity we will always associate with its purchase.

Just bought a Titan SL and loving it. Hauls my new 21 ft NW Boat with plenty of power and smooth ride. Lawrence, Jordan and the whole team got me in and out in 90 minutes! Easy purchase and great guys to work with.
