This place is amazing! They greet you when you come in and feels like a great place to shop. They have top tier quality clothes here mostly jackets and rain jackets. They are partnered with Goretex the best water proof material out there. Its a clean environment with 2 fitting rooms. Very nice people in there trying to make friends and ready to help you right away. Its a great place.

Tate was very helpful and patient helping me choosing a rain jacket and a hiking pant. Also appreciate the store carrying some xs sizes too.One complaint I have is about the store not having the fitting rooms open yet. Almost all other stores have had their fitting rooms open for weeks, and people are literally walking maskless many places. I think people should be given a choice to use the fitting rooms at this point in time considering all the vaccinations and businesses being back full capacity, while the store can still sanitize fitting rooms if they are concerned, like many other places do.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Every single employee was SO KIND. Even with people being so rude because of the virtual line, the staff were all extremely friendly and pleasant. They are doing so well despite needing to follow covid precautions. They took all the safety measures needed. Super helpful with the many options my husband wanted to try on. Store is great and the staff is really good. We had to wait for 30 mins before getting into the store but once we got in the staff was extremely helpful. They also did a great job of asking us in the queue what are we looking for and as soon as we entered someone started helping us. They have also taken good precautions to maintain social distancing. Needless to say the product is really good! Would highly recommend checking this store!

Bought this jacket online a couple of days ago. Only wore one time indoor to try. It doesn’t fit and I wanna return it. They won’t allow me because there is tiny dirt comes with it originally. Very disappointed.

As a Californian who just moved to Seattle, I quickly realized that I would need a warm jacket. Unfortunately, as a (former) Californian, I had no idea what I would need.A sales associate (I realized later that I didnt get her name) at the North Face quickly came to my rescue. She showed me several options based on my budget, as well as recommendations for items online when my budget turned out to be too restrictive. She explained the appeal of a triclimate jacket, as well as the differences in features of many jackets.I ended up buying a jacket from the North Faces website (they have more color options + discounts) but I would not have had a clue about what to buy without the incredibly beneficial help I received from the store. Thank you!

Stop in here when we are at Bellevue Square to see what they have on sale. Dont buy here because they are full retail pricing. You can get it cheaper on line or at other stores.For me, I will normally wait and buy the items I like at one of the many outlet stores in the area.

Love this store. Everytime we are at the mall we have to stop in and see whats new. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. The store offers a nice subset of North face collections but if you are looking for more right across the mall hallway is the escape outdoors which offers some random stuff. Or alternatively a couple blocks away is the REI which has a ton of other brands as well.

Service level is good here, people always ready to help you. The quality of products is very high but the choice is very limited.

Never seem to have what I need. Previously it was a ski jacket this time it was hiking pants. Staff dont seem to want to help they just point to a rail of clothes and leave you to it. End each time getting what I need in the Eddie Bauer store nearby.

Meh. I went in and asked for a specific type of TNF running jacket that I have had for awhile and I absolutely love. I only go in once in a blue moon and Im not gonna lie, I probably ask if they either still have my running jacket or if they will ever get it back. Last time in, I asked this one associate, and..her response?!?! Yeah. I definitely know what youre talking about and I definitely havent seen those in like a year and a half!!! She snapped. When I thought about it later, her response was becuase she remembered me and the fact Id asked before. Um, excuse me? There is no reason to be discorteous like that to a customer. Ever. If I were disrespectful toward her, Id have understood. Im a waitress. I get it. But...NOT COOL.And the jacket? I found it later that night online. Yeah. Thats how that works.

Excellent gear but find the right one for your price point.

Went in to look at shoes, ended up standing around with no other clerk in sight other than the cashier who was busy. After about ten minutes of waiting, I ended up leaving and headed to Eddie Bauer who had multiple workers out on the floor.

A new year gift from me to you....NOT...You were closed at 7....not 930 as listedThats crapNow I cruise home in the cold with bummed teen girls. We will go to Patagonia or some other place.BAD ON YOU.
