Today I went to returns, after waiting for 20 minutes and after scanning first items they asked to go to service desk since my order was bulk and after again waiting on the service desk for another 15 minutes Manager asked asked me to go pro desk. And after sitting 25 minutes she said my credit account locked and she was not able help me out. I need to take all returns back and come back after 48 hours. When I asked my manager what is the technical reason why the my order account got locked she said I dont know. I asked her can I talk to your customer why my account (Bulk order account) got locked and her response is aweful and I said without knowing technical reason do you want me to take all my returns back? and her answer is yes in harsh way rather saying me in a diplomatic way.I was premium customer to Bellevue homedepot and I am not sure how HomeDepot promoted her as a Manager who doesn;t even know how to talk to customers without solving a problem or without much knowledge about customer management nor solving actual issues and creating more problems to the customers.
