Had a great experience here! The consultant really listened to what I wanted- only tried on 6-7 gowns before I wound the one! They made me feel so comfortable.

A friend and I stopped at this location Saturday, September 11, 2021. We were there for a few minutes when one of the staff, (a woman with dark hair), walked over to us. She was not friendly at all and really did not even greet or welcome us. My friend asked if we were able to look at dresses. She rudely replied, ‘You need an appointment,’ and walked off, never to be approached again. We were not offered a business card nor did she or anyone ask us if we would like to schedule a future appointment. We stuck around for about 5-10 minutes, looking at gowns and left. The lack of customer service was appalling and based on that alone this is not a business I would support or give my hard earn dollars to. Gowns were stunning but service left a lot to be desired.

They made my dress shopping experience so quick and easy! I came in with a set budget and pretty strong idea of what I wanted. They pulled many dresses that I loved and were patient when I went back and forth between two dresses several times. Visited several other places in Seattle before coming here and honestly Bellevue Bridal had the biggest selection and the friendliest staff, should have come here first! :)

Found my dress! Stephanie made my time at Bellevue Bridal magical, exciting and fun. Based on the dresses I selected, she brought a few more for me to try and helped me feel beautiful in each one. When I found the dress I loved, she handled the purchase seamlessly while sharing my joy over finding the right dress. I highly recommend Stephanie, she is wonderful.

I had the BEST experience!! I worked with Bre and she got exactly what I was looking for! I came in with a dress I wanted to try on, and she was supportive and walked me through multiple dresses to make sure the one I picked was The One. She was accommodating of my insulin pump as well as my bridesmaids joining in from Zoom. After the dress was chosen, she knew exactly what veil and hairpiece would look best, and she was right! Bre and the entire staff at Bellevue Bridal were amazing from beginning to end!

I went to 3 other shops for bridal fittings and something was always super unsatisfactory and I reached the point where I didn’t think I was going to find THE dress. I was looking for the Disney Fairytale collection near me and I found that Bellevue Bridal Boutique has almost all the ones that I wanted to try so I decided to make an appointment. I sent them an email and they answered all my questions super quick! Also we made the appointment by email with no problems, but at the very end I was unable to go to my appointment but I was able to change it for the next day with no problem at all.Then during the appointment I worked with Bre and she was super nice, asked me a few questions about my wedding and understood that I needed my dress ASAP because I’m traveling out of the country to get married; she showed me all the dresses and brands they have and told me which ones were the ones I saved on my cellphone looking at their Pinterest page (super nice that you are able to see what they have), I tried like 6 different dresses and she was super patient and kind with me, Bre showed me other dresses that fit my budget that she tought I’d like because they were similars to the ones that I choosed just to have different options. At the very end I picked the Cinderella one and I’m in loveeeee with it :) also she helped me with some concerns about flying with my dress. Thanks Bre :) also I received a free gift! I’m just waiting to receive my dress, they told me between 3-4 weeks because the designer had one on stock.

So many things wrong. Save yourself the headache and time.I ordered a dress from Bellevue Bridal 9 months before my wedding date, they have nice selection, Im super excited. Well, a very, very, long and stressful story short, it never came in on time.I ended up last minute wedding dress shopping and find a better dress. (Thank goodness) Though I had to pay extra $500+ for expedited alterations.

All of the ladies working at Bellevue Bridal were the sweetest! There was a technology update right before my appointment, resulting in my appt time being off and no confirmation email sent to me. When I asked about it, they werent phased at all and immediately made plans to make sure no one else had the same bug! I appreciated their excellent humor and flexibility!Bre, my stylist, was fantastic! She always had answers to my questions, was quick to laugh, and had excellent knowledge about every dress in the store. Her wild card picks for me were fun and I ultimately bought a dress based on her recommendation! I would be happy to work with her again, as she made the process fun and easy-- I absolutely recommend her!

Beautiful location, very friendly employees, easy to find using google maps. Each time I went in there I was blown away by the selection of gowns. They have dresses for each type of bride compared to other bridal shops I have visited that seem to only cater to one specific style. They recently moved and their new location is so cute and trendy.

I absolutely had the greatest experience at Bellevue bridal. I would say it was just like what you would see on shows like “Say Yes To The Dress.” Although we were running late, they were very welcoming the minute we walked in. Stephanie did an amazing job with our appointment. I have very glad she was the one assigned to help me out. She was so kind, personable and very patient with me. She made me feel very comfortable and not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. The selection of dresses they had on hand were so gorgeous. It was so hard to pick a dress because they were all stunning. I thought things like this only happen on tv but I actually cried when I found the dress I had absolutely loved. For someone who’s been engaged for a long time and finally getting that wedding that she’s been waiting for. This place definitely delivered on my expectations on how bridal gown shopping should be. Great service and in-house alterations. They made the process so smooth. They also have bridesmaids, MOB, and other special occasion dresses. Shoes and accessories are also available. I purchased a Heidi Hull necklace and got a couple of things changed up by the designer, having that customization really made me feel like I was getting a one-of-a-kind necklace.

I had a great experience with Bellevue Bridal. It was the only store I visited and I found my dress in under an hour. It is nice that they are in downtown Bellevue but still have their own parking lot. My sales associate helped me pick accessories to go with my dress. When my dress arrived I had some custom changes done and it went smoothly. It was a little tricky to schedule alterations since it’s their busy time from what I was told but I have a flexible schedule and it worked out well. I would recommend Bellevue Bridal.

I purchased my wedding dress as well as some jewelry from Bellevue Bridal. The Staff are very friendly and easy to work with and the selection of wedding dresses is great. I found a dress I loved online and it was not available in the store although they carried that designer. The Staff worked with me and the designer in order to obtain a loaner gown for me to try on. They went above and beyond in order to help me find my perfect wedding dress. The alterations process was also easy and very affordable.Some of my bridesmaids also purchased their dresses through Bellevue Bridal and received a discount because I had purchased my wedding dress through them. In addition, the new location is large and easy to get to with parking available.

I just bought my wedding dress over the weekend and love the entire experience. The staff at Bellevue Bridal was amazing and made me feel so special. Bellevue bridal was a great experience for me overall. I went in to try on a few different dresses and to try accessories on with the gown I had previously purchased. One of the few bridal shops that actually allowed me to bring in my gown purchased elsewhere. I ended up finding the perfect sash/bow to go with my gown. When I came to pick it up they steamed it for me and put it in a cute bag.

I was recently planning my wedding and had been for several months. I came in with my friend who is getting married to look for a cover up for her. She found a beautiful dress for me to try on and much to my surprise it for like a glove. The girls were helpful and offered me a payment plan on the dress. I didn’t have the money at the time but my friend had the money to put down and make payment plans. When I asked about returns or if I decided not to get it for any reason would I get my money back, the girl replied yes. This was supposed to be a happy time for my fiancé and I. Only a couple weeks after I put payment down I dealt with the sudden loss of my son. I was so overwhelmed and my world was shattered in an instant! Suddenly a wedding wasn’t in the budget nor on my mind. I simply couldn’t handle anything else in my life. Suddenly I’m felt the cards of having to pay for memorial costs and having to think about what sort of urn to have my sons ashes put in. I called the shop for four days, left messages with the girls and was given the run around. They finally gave me the owner katelyns email so I emailed and pleaded for a refund. She refused and told me she doesn’t talk to people over the phone, only through email for legal purposes. I was so appalled . I had been very patient in trying to reach her and she just blew me off. Not only am I absolutely heart broken and devastated but I have to deal with people like this. Even now the owner is more concerned with her policy! I totally get it but I was told I could get a refund and now I’m having the book thrown in my face and no empathy whatsoever. Absolutely devastated by this. Was just one more hardship to add to my already full plate.

I went in to Bellevue Bridal for a trunk show, and left with my wedding dress. The ladies at the shop are wonderful to work with. All of them were quick to answer my questions and help me make decisions all the way up to the wedding day. I ended up getting my veil, headpiece and jewelry here, too. Also, the tailoring is top notch. My dress fit perfectly on my wedding day.Even after the wedding, when I needed a recommendation for a dry cleaner they had an answer. I will definitely be recommending Bellevue Bridal to any other future bride I run into!

I am so happy I found my dress at Bellevue Bridal. After visiting 4-5 shops I decided to go back to this shop, not only for the affordable and pretty dress, but also for their excellent customer service. Beautiful furniture, elevator, decor, etc.. Lily was extremely nice and patient to me, she provided me water, hair band, and helped me A LOT finding dresses that can be arrived within 2 months! Lily is the true definition of Good Customer Service. I would give 10 stars.

Came here as a bridesmaid to help pick out a wedding dress. Our helper was great and explained all the silhouettes and fabrics to us. They provided cute little signs to voice our opinion of each dress and cups for our champagne. Comfortable seating for our group and reasonable dress prices too!

Kiersten was amazing! She was so patient and kind. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I had an idea of what I wanted, but Kiersten pulled dresses I did not initially think would work. I did fall in love with one she pulled, but will bring my mom in when she comes to visit in a few months. Hopefully then I can say YES to the dress!

This bridal shop is almost comical. #1) the shop itself is actually dirty and dingy looking. It smells weird and they just give the bare minimum when it goes to decor. #2) the consultant was very unprofessional, and it was very clear she was just trying to make a sale. At one point she was talking negatively about trains, then put me in a dress with a very long train, and was then talking about how great trains were. What? I feel like you make a bridal appointment to get REAL advice and not just hearing omg that looks so good on you the entire time, when it clearly doesnt. I feel like I was being very vocal about what specific styles I was looking for and then she just kept pulling dresses not at all what I was saying. AND I think every dress besides like 2 were above my $1,800 budget. #3) the actual dresses were very dirty, and had tears all over them. I didnt even feel comfortable putting them on.I would not recommend this shop to any of my friends.

My daughter chose this place in early April of 2018, We made 4 different trips over for fittings as we live in Eastern WA, we had to drive 4.5 hrs one way.Let me tell you it was worth every mile! Julie in Alterations was our favorite, she made my daughter fall in love with her dress!!We felt so special in that Boutique and cared for! My daughters wedding venue even bragged about my daughters pick and mentioned Bellevue Bridal in their blog.We highly recommend this boutique 5 ++ Stars from Customer service to quality of dress and price!!

My consultant, Kiersten, was SO AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond all my needs and made my first wedding gown shopping experience an amazing one. If shes not a manager, she should be! She looked at what I was liking and not liking and found me something I absolutely LOVED! She was not pushy and understood the stress and fragility of the situation and made me very comfortable and feel good in every dress. She picked out beautiful accessories for me. I recommended her to everyone. If you are going to that shop (which is gorgeous)- go see Kiersten! I will shop with her for all my future bridal needs!

I happen to be extremely picky about what works with my height and body type, and the staff here was unbelievably understanding and helpful for me. Thanks to this amazing team, all of my bridesmaids were able to get the dresses we wanted in under an hour! The staff there are super helpful and fun, which really takes out the stress of dress shopping! They were even able to set up shipping two of the dresses to the two out of town maids easily! I accompanied a friend for a fitting who also brought the dress from this store. I also wanted to try a dress on and was told point blank - We dont allow people to play dress up, because I am not engaged to be married. Probably the worst kind of customer experience with that one line.Alright, Im be taking my business elsewhere, bye.

Great selection of dresses. I just went there, first store ever look since I got engaged and fall in love of a dress.The staff was amazing, they owner was really nice, really help and made a discount, she was really patience, and the best I went there without an appointment and let me in and try out. I’m so thankful.I couldn’t take the dress right away, cause they have to made it and took about 2 months.

Do not recommend. Stylist didnt understand what a cap sleeve was and kept asking if every dress was the one..right after I would describe all the things I didnt like about it. My mom and I still laugh about how bad the experience was. Even worse though my mom and I witnessed a bride come in for her fitting. She asked for the straps to be shortened..the tailor said no its not necessary as the bride continued to fuss with the straps and clearly wasnt feeling comfortable in it. In addition her bustle button was barely hanging on and theres no way it will last through her entire reception without breaking. I felt so bad for her as she left with her dress. I wrote to the boutique privately first to discuss how bad my appointment was but never got a response.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. I live out of town and my friend chose them to order our bridesmaids dresses. I went to a shop in my town where I was measured by TWO different people who agreed upon my size and told me that all the reviews they had of the dresses we were ordering said the dress ran a bit small. I was right on the upper border of a size and decided to order up to ensure I had enough room in my dress. When I called to order, I had a 10 minute conversation with the lady who took my order instructing her that I wanted the larger size, not the smaller. I never received an invoice from them and the day I get my dress, its the smaller size and 4 inches too small. Their response to me was basically, well order you a new one at $100 more than you paid previously PLUS a $100 rush fee. This place should be ashamed of how they handle issues with customers and I hope karma gets around to them. Weddings are stressful enough without money-hungry fiends making it worse. You want great service? Go elsewhere.

Apparently it was love at first sight! With all the dresses they have in their boutique it was the first dress I touched and grabbed to try on. They had a beautiful variety of dresses to pick from and one on one help. They do perfect alterations and made my strapless dress fit perfectly (I didnt have to pull it up once during my wedding).

I came in for a bridal dress appointment with no expectations. I was pretty much in defeat after having bought a dress somewhere else a few months back and was not happy. My appointment was with Holly and from the get go, she was upbeat and so friendly...she put me to ease immediately.She asked me a bit about what Im looking for and what the wedding will be like. Then, she showed me the dress racks and how they are organized. For a control freak, who has to know everything, this was perfect. I told her which designers I didnt care for and that saved us some time. She gave me some time to look through the dress racks but did not leave me all alone. If you have shopped at other bridal stores, you would know that you can get lost or overwhelmed with all the dress options. You do not want to be left alone with these beautiful expensive dresses. You want someone who knows the stores inventory. Trust these beautiful talented ladies please. Anyways, with her help, we pulled 6 dresses altogether.The first dress she put me in was beautiful. I wouldnt have pulled the dress off the rack for myself. We were gonna have to top this dress.The second dress was so fun and i felt so comfortable in it. Damn it Holly. Why do you have to make it so difficult?The third dress was a bombshell. Ive never felt so sexy in my life. This was gonna drop some ooh and ahhs at the wedding.The fourth dress was the one I picked because Ive been wanting to try it on in person for awhile. But damn...it didnt top the third one Holly picked for me.There were 2 other dresses I tried on but I didnt even make it out of the dressing room because they just werent worth the time. This happens.Long story short...if you are looking for a fairy godmother who will make you feel like the most beautiful, the most sexy, the most gorgeous being ever on earth on your wedding day, go to Holly at Bellevue Bridal Boutique. Shes amazing.

This is the first bridal shop that I went to, and by far the best! Kara was WONDERFUL, I couldnt have asked for a more patient and awesome consultant for my appointment. But the whole store was filled with nice, happy workers-definitely a good experience. i cant wait to go back and re-try on the dresses for my mom and mother in law!!

Excited to say I found my dress at Bellevue Bridal. Great customer service and the staff didnt appear frustrated or irritated I wanted to try on a couple dresses twice. Would recommend and have recommended to friends!

Oh my word....being one of the more enjoyable option to choose...in the wedding, youd think that people who sell dresses would be enjoyable people to be around. NOT the case with the front desk ladies here.The front desk ladies snickered behind the desk, and honestly made me feel so unwelcome. Just a heads up they take 6 months to get you your dress should you want to buy one through them. I dont think it is worth anyones time to stop here unless you have nerves of steel.

Hands down the worst experience with alterations ever! At first, I loved this place. The dresses that they had to choose from were all gorgeous and they had a huge selection of all different styles and colors. All the ladies were super sweet and it seemed like they actually cared how everything went but when it came down to making sure everything fit, they failed. I had gone in for a fitting just shortly after I picked up my bridesmaid dress. I had explained to the seamstress that I lost a ton of weight and I needed my dress brought in about two sizes. After complimenting me on my figure she got to work. I thought everything was great until I decided to try the dress on with the shoes, TWO DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING and noticed that the dress didnt fit like it was supposed to. The fabric was bunching in places that it shouldnt have been, the seam that ran down the side of the dress was now angled in front and what should have been a tight fitting top was now too tight at the top and super lose every where else: it was like they only had pulled in my dress 2 sizes for the loop above the zipper. When I called them crying and explained to them that the wedding was in 2 days and I needed it fixed right away, they didnt seem concerned at all. Although they did ask me to come in the next day at noon, they also mentioned that the seamstress wasnt going to be there to make sure it was perfect. Then whats the point of coming in?!! I ended up calling a little place in Everett and after one look at my dress they knew exactly what happened. The seamstress at Bellevue Bridal took so many short cuts: she only altered one side of the zipper which caused the other side to bunch, she also cut the material in the back at an angle instead of a straight line which caused the material on the sides to be lose and frumpy, not only that but she forgot to add the loops in the dress so I could put my bra through it...I called Bellevue Bridal back to let them know that I was pretty disappointed and they told me that since the seamstress is paid by cash, she technically is a different company and that there wasnt anything they could do about it.I will not be going back to this boutique.

We shopped for bridesmaids dresses here in March and had a fantastic experience. I am an out of town bridesmaid and having my dressed shipped to me out of state was painless. The customer service here is truly top notch!

I came here for my 2nd bridal appointment and found my dress today! This was the best experience i could have ever asked for everone is so nice and really listens to you! This was the easiest most relaxed appointment. They where a le to answer all my questions and was so knowledge about the dresses and altercations! When i left i felt like i had just became best friends with everyone! Dont go anywhere else come here 1st because it will be your only stop you need!

The ladies here are exceptionally helpful and encouraging during the selection process. I chose this location because they were having a trunk show for my favorite designer, and I managed to snag the last appt available. I was new to the area, and was so fortunate it worked out the way it did! The associates are very positive, and willing to help with whatever you need. They are even flexible if you want to head in to try on your dress with your accessories, before your big day. I had the alterations done onsite, and the seamstress came up with the idea to save the extra lace (from the hem) when she found out we were making hair pieces for the Flower Girl and Jr. Bridesmaids. I was able to give my nieces hand-made hair clips (with the matching lace), and hopefully they will be able to use them as their something old one day. Highly recommend this boutique if you want the right dress for the right price, and minimal stress during the best part of your planning process.

Bellevue Bridal Boutique is a stress free store with huge options of dresses.

I called Bellevue Bridal Boutique because they are listed as an Alfred Angelo retailer on the Alfred Angelo site. I purchased a bridesmaid dress at an Alfred Angelo store in another state, where the wedding will be, and called Bellevue Bridal to inquire about alterations. They said they were unable to do alteration on a dress not purchased in their store, and recommended another place, Bellevue Alterations. When I called Bellevue Alterations, they were very rude to me! Disappointed that Bellevue Bridal cant do alterations, and not very happy with their recommendations for alterations. Bummer.

Any bride would be lucky to say she said yes to the dress at this shop!

TERRIBLE! I have never had such a negative experience at an establishment in my life. The girls were super rude and disregarded my concerns. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Long waits to schedule appointments.

This weekend I visited this bridal shop on a shopping trip up to Seattle. I visited the store around 4pm on Saturday and it was not very busy. I did not have an appointment scheduled but I was just looking so it was not a big deal. I did find a few bridesmaid dresses on the clearance rack that I wanted to try on however, and was told I would not be able to due to their appointment-only policy.I understand they want to have a store policy in place, but anyone with common sense would recognize that good customer service means bending the rules once in awhile if circumstances permit. The shop wasnt busy and I did not need any assistance to try on the bridesmaid dresses. There was two open dressing rooms and I was told by two different store associates that I would not be able to use one of them. When I questioned why, I was told that there was a bride in the area that would be using one of the fitting rooms shortly. I waited around and no one showed up. Even with one potentially being used I could have easily gone in and out of the other one within 10 minutes.My future mother-in-law and I were baffled that the employees could be so unaccommodating and risk losing our business over a silly policy that wasnt even necessary in that moment. This kind of interaction between the store associates and potential customer left a very bad taste in our mouths. We thought maybe it was the area (very hoity-toity town) but when we left we went down the street to La Belle Reve Bridal and it was a completely different situation. They welcomed us right in, allowed me to try on several dresses without an appointment (even though they are a considerably smaller shop with only two employees working and had an appointment coming in shortly after) and were very helpful to us.Ive worked in enough retail establishments to know that if you want to make a customer feel good then give them special treatment, let them know your policy but bend the rules now and then if possible. They will be gracious and leave a review raving about the above-and-beyond customer service they experienced, instead of one like this where I can guarantee I wont be going back there again, and felt the need to share this experience with others...
