Its small but they always have the bestsellers and the newest books. I love that you can also drop off your Amazon returns there. They dont bother you so much so youre able to pick what you want quietly but theyre also quick to help if you need it.

We were in a city outside of Seattle.. And they have some of the BEST Malls I have ever been to... Heres a very small taste..

My visit to Amazon Books in Bellevue was a bit better than expected. The store was laid out well and well stocked...all what I would expect. The prices in store were a bit better than I thought Id see.

It is Amazon. It is a bookstore. Things like the auto-updated price tags are cool. But it is full of all kinds of impulse buy stuff and lacks the chill and read feel I go to bookstores for. It is like walking into the top selling list on Amazon without the esoteric stuff I go to Amazon for as a last resort - I dont need to go to a store for that.

Ive only been here for kids books, and they have a very nice collection of those. You also get some good discounts if you are a Prime member.

Watch out, its a scam 😁. You think youre getting into a bookstore, in which you _might_ buy a couple of interesting books that will make you smarter. Instead, you get out with hundreds of dollars of electronics that you just impulse-bought. Imagine the best deals from Amazon, but in their boxes, asking you to pick them up. Danger.

A tad cramped and a limited book variety, similar to airport book stores, it can get annoying when employees are recommending books when they dont even know you... can I just look around please?

Disregard Google GPS if it takes you to a construction site. The new Amazon books is located inside Bellevue Square mall on the first floor right next to the elevator. Very nice looking store, very bright inside and everything is clean and well-organized. They seem to have a pretty good selection of books, although I have been in some other book stores that have more. This is a mall bookstore, so its not super huge, still they do seem to have a lot inside. They have all their Alexa, Kindle, fire stick products set up at display stations, so you can check them out. They have a lot of high-tech products at the store. The staff seems to be generally friendly and will help you with pretty much anything. This is actually a great place to buy gifts at Christmas, kind of a One-Stop shop for books and high tech.

Refreshing store with interesting layout of books, awesome environment for kids to read and great staff. They have good demo stall for amazon devices as well, accessories etc. Great non fiction collection as well. The biggest section there is for Kids and pretty awesome collection of Comics, Kids board books, Fiction and Non Fiction. Ample seats to sit with kids as well.

The store is the brick and mortar version of the Amazon website. With a ton of variety, you can do returns here and fairly helpful staff. Im not sure who actually buys stuff here instead of just on the website, but if you are that person then its fairly useful. Obviously books but also a huge variety of headphones and electronics and cookware and I dont know how they get it all into such a small space.

Great location for an Amazon bookstore. Its a little smaller than the university village one, necessary because its inside the mall but still carries a variety of books and they chose to keep a rather large childrens section which is great for bringing in families. Otherwise it follows the same layout as the other physical stores.

Nice to be able to see some of the products and get ideas from a live person.

This bookstore is really nice. It opens at 9:30 am when the mall opens up. I like that they show review stars for each book. You just know you are reading the most popular and recommended books when you are here. If you need anything else, they can help you order. Parking is free.

They have top selections of books on most categories, but science fiction is very limited

Smaller selection than a more typical bookstore, focusing more on top trending lists in key categories. I suspect that they rotate their stock more frequently as a result - Ill have to check back in periodically to confirm. Theres also a nice lineup of Echo and Kindle products to browse through at the front of the store. Id say the most interesting part of the experience is using your phones Anazon shopping app to look up prices and check out at the registers.

My Husband, software developer in Amazon Web Service loves this shop, Plenty of collection on wide range of topics, like cooking, History, Fiction, board books on various age categories,romance, biography, parenting, picture books for Kids, Art & Design, Seattle Area Travellers, Science & Nature .They also have Amazon Echo & Echo Dot services, Electronics Gift, Customer favourites under $10, magformers, Amazon Most Haunted anytime gifts, magazines .My husband bought two books namely Cracking the Coding Interview & Rich Dad Poor Dad :What the Rich teach their kids about money that poor & middle class do not !!! from Amazon Books, They have discount for prime members which is not so significant, but still there is discount

This was my first time in, but I loved it; maybe just because it was Amazon, because it was, in essence, just a bookstore, but I loved it. The staff was so friendly. I loved seeing the ratings in front of the books and items. I also caught a glimpse of some products my company sells unexpectedly, and one of the staff members and I had a great chat about it. I actually went back a second time to grab a book for my ride home. Highly recommend a visit! The book I got was cheaper than it would have been at another bookstore!

Love that you get the same price on line at the store! That and you also get to try their gadgets! Its a small bookstore compared to other bookstore but its what makes it more easier to navigate thru. Also, you can go on their website first to see if they have the book youre looking for before going to the store to ensure you save some time!

Hello to everyone in Bellevue. A name that is very dear to my heart, there as well as the one of same name here in Texas. My name is Roger Browning. What a beautiful store from such a beautiful place. The manager there Chris is so helpful and kind and he even gave into his time so willing for time lost never for his chance to get it back. So appreciative I am for that. Now a little bit about me. I am a lifelong born and bred rancher in Texas and have been since the beginning of my time. A time given and provided from a long line, each working a little easier of the predecessor line. I am a writer. I write books and many of them, but only in the past to myself and until I met a publisher from Washington State. My publisher is Jim Huckabay and his publishing that of Reecer Creek. Somewhere of the town of Ellensburg, where he has also been known to teach. It happened when he arrived at my ranch to put a hunted wild hog to his familys freezer, an avid outdoorsman, who is also a columnist who likes to write just as much about his way. Well anyway, we met for our scheduled hunt, where I asked him if he could help me with an answer. My question was to him, if he saw the writing that I had done most of my life, in a good enough understanding way. It was my first time visiting and Amazon books store and it was pretty neat. Loads of varying products and a cleanly and well lit store.

Staff member we interacted with was pointedly rude, unfriendly and unhelpful.

They dont take cash. Ive been told that you can go to the mall services desk in the hall and buy a gift card with cash for yourself. They have an interesting large diversity of book categories without great depth in selection. I suggest some irony : using this place to find a book title to buy at another independent book store or borrow at the library.

Just stopped in for a couple minutes. No intention to purchase anything this visit.

Books ? I think if Amazon wants to call this store Amazon books then they should competivly sell books, their magazin section is terrable no selection. Science Fiction should consist of more than 2 book shelfs of selection, honestly they sell more gadgets than they sell books. Dont get me wrong I rather enjoy the idea of having Amazon Books but I feel like they will or already are being dominated by real book sellers like half priced books and well any other book sellers because they sell books.

The staff has been really nice and helpful with my Amazon return. Chris, which I believe to be the store manager, went out of his way to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Excellent selection of books. Had a nice variety and I knew quality was good thanks to Amazon backing.Didnt really feel the 1/4th of the store dedicated to Alexa products fit in with the vibe tough. I came in to look at books, not smart speakers or smart watches.

Uninformed employees. Couldnt even assist with setting up prime to get the discount which is typically a key selling point. I saw someone get wrongfully accused of stealing and the employees proceeded to apologize to the other customers but not the person they wrongfully accused. I will NOT be returning here.....
