I mean its total wine. They have almost anything yous ever wanna buy.

One of the few places you can go where they sell you rare finds for actual retail price (or at least close to MSRP. The Bellevue location definitely isnt at the lower end of the pricing scale for Total Wine locations.) But to have a place that doesnt get Midwinter Nights Dram and immediately jack it up to $299+ certainly earns them 5 stars.

This is the Disneyland of booze. Just about every wine, beer, spirit imaginable plus mixers and accessories such as gadgets and glassware. Friendly and knowledgeable staff to help find and recommend based on your needs, wants, and price point.

Day after Christmas and time to restock the essentials for a New Year. Plenty of parking. This store is next to Uwajimaya Asian grocery store so very convenient to pick up some items there and then pop over to Total Wine.Really happy they have our current favorite gin, the Mojave Dry Gin. Efficient check out, making sure we found everything we were looking for. Overall basically its a big box booze store, so a lot of fun to explore.

Total wine has got to be one of the largest collection of alcohol in the Seattle area. With unbelievable variety in every category, beer, wine, booze, cider.. you name it they have it. It does a broader job than California based BevMo in terms of having way more Northwest variety.One request would be to have a larger variety of ciders in the walk-in cooler. Thanks!

Finally found an one stop shop for my beer and wine. Good selection of beers and huge inventory of wines! I usually monitor weekly ad from various Bellevue and Seattle stores but I learned they arent any cheaper than Total Wine so this is my go to going forward.

Always a great time to go to total wine. You just can’t beat the discounts and helpfulness of the staff. I love this location is clean with lots of parking and handicap parking as well. Stop by and walk around you and staff will find you a perfect bottle for any occasion.

First time in and great first impression from selections as it definitely is lots of wine and more. Came in for some things shopped online to then walking through the aisles with a basket as a bonus. There was one weird interaction with an employee but nothing to wine about.

Dont go here often because I dont live in the area but usually stop in when Im in Bellevue mostly because Im next door at uwajimaya. The cigar humidor is by no means extensive but okay and the prices are good. Im mostly a beer drinker and it seems as though the beer selection used to be more extensive than it is currently. But still its not bad.

I used to love the selection of beer available. I recently went back and the entire beer section was reorganized. Now its impossible to find anything. It seemed like a large selection of beer was missing. I ended up leaving because I literally could not find any of the beers I normally get.

The absolute best beverage store i have ever been to! Great selections I mean GREAT! Went to Total Wine & More four months ago to get a idea what I needed to buy for my buddies wedding. I spoke with the sales Associate on what I wanted for about 30 minutes and he gave me his best opinion on what would fit. Top notch in customer service.

I think I have been to the store two or three times. Customer service is really great, but varieties on certain things is surprisingly limited. No wine coolers for instants, but one of the fellas directed me to spritzers, not the same. I also wanted an import beer that I can’t seem to find anywhere in Western Washington. I only give it a four star rating because of the great customer service. Find me La Presidente Dominican beer and I’ll give it a five.

Bellevue Total Wine is my go to for all my adult beverage needs. The clerk in the champagne section was super informative. He offered a wide range of suggestions, all price friendly and helped me pick out a bottle for my upcoming wedding ❤️Cashier was uptight because I had an out of state ID. I offered her my US passport for added validation, but she didnt seem to care. All in all, a great store and my first choice when it comes to finding a special drink.

Large selection, reasonably priced. I find the staffs mission to give suggestions (even if your back is turned to them) somewhat annoying.

I used to really over this place, but they recently remodeled and it fits less of my requirements now. They still have excellent wine and liquor choices and a pretty helpful staff (though its useful to be aware of the house brands, as they will try to steer you to those). Unfortunately, the remodel has reduced the beer selection by 30-50%. Its still a decent variety, but nowhere near what it was before.

The products I needed was available at a bargain price.

I called customer care as suggested but agent was rude in dealing with the issue and slow to reply, I got to know that my order left the store but then was dropped back at the store by the delivery person... which doesn’t make any sense, it was a total party spoiler and was disappointed with the customer support agent as well and customer service

Treated with respect. I was not trailed around the store like a suspected shoplifter (Ingrid at BevMo Cross Roads was happy to do),I was given prompt courteous service. Though my selection was not on the shelf the staff was happy to retrieve it from an upper storage point. I was handed my selection, given an apology for the shelf not being filled. I was thanked for waiting. The stock person filled the shelf immediately with the remainder of the case.Overall Im extremely satisfied with Total wine and More pricing is good service is great

This seems to be the last place in the greater Seattle area to get Becks beer! Traveled all the way from Everett to get a supply of 12 pk Becks because no one can get it at the local stores.

They have everything and they are super helpful. Went there for maraschino liqueur - they didnt just have one kind, they had 6!

They used to have a great beer department but now it is one narrow dark aisle at the end of the store. So dark and narrow that you cant stand back and see the beer. They have focused on booze and wine instead. Time to find somewhere else for beer.

My favorite place to go get beer for wine. Wonderful selections of beers from all around the world, prices are hard to beat.

Largest liquor store Ive been to, awesome selection. Great employee engagement, covid clean environment. They offered to order a certain whiskey they didnt carry for me. Very attentive to customers needs.

They didn’t have any of the products I wanted, but even more troubling was that some store manager followed me around like he thought I was stealing. I wasn’t even carrying a purse or anything I could hide things in! It made me incredibly uncomfortable when all I wanted to do was look around and see if I could find something else I would like instead. Definitely won’t be going back.

Called the store to check on the order, and they said it was picked up by the delivery person, after 2 hours got an email from total wine saying that the order was returned by the delivery person. The store manager lied about the order status. Never ordering again. Will goto Walmart or Safeway next time.

I picked the second worst day (Christmas Eve) to liquor shop, but the wife needed Creme de Cocoa to make the Christmas pie. Decided to do pickup and added some other beverages. Got there and the parking lot was a zoo, with bad parking and lots of people. Thought it would take a while but got the car trunk open and here is INGRID. She checked my identity, assured me I had received the brand the wife wanted, loaded the box, and refused my tip. She was even quicker than the previous pickup which had been just a normal day.. Great job and I got out of the chaos. THANKS INGRID!

Their selection is rather incredible, their prices are decent, but every time Ive asked for help from an employee it seems as if its their first day and they dont know whats happening or where to find anything. So go for the selection, but be prepared to figure it out on your own.

I can find just about any spirit here from anywhere in the world. I believe prices are roughly 10% less expensive than BevMo

The selection was okay (although the allays are chaotic; youll need to walk around to find what you need), but the staffs behavior made me feel discriminated against based on my race. I will never visit this shop again.

Massive spot with a vast selection of every type of alcohol (and some non-alcohol). Beer selection is extensive too, but be careful because many beers seem to be well past any sort of fresh date. Typically wont buy beer there as I have had too many bad ones.

It looks like for some reason, when you come with friends ( all in the 30s) dont forget to bring IDs for all folks. If only one is missing, its impossible to purchase. Its quite interesting though mostly when you realize the cashier next to you accepts a sale for a dady with his little girl (maybe 7 years old). But in his case, he probably had her ID, so thats fine...Anyway, I think pragmatisme is probably not a required skill to work there. So unfortunately we left without the cart, around $150. It was a loose-loose deal since everything had to be put back to the aisle....

This place is huge. Trust me, it’s huge. You will find all kinds of liquor here. So whichever mood you’re in, you will find the appropriate drink for it. I just had an issue once when I ordered Glenlivet with 2 glasses but when I visited the store I was being told that the Glenlivet wasnt available any more. I really was looking forward to have the Glen labled glasses but didnt get them. Just for this glitch or whatever I gave 4 stars.

A very large selection and is fully stocked with staff that can help you discover, buy, and enjoy a diverse cast of alcoholic beverages and accoutrements. I can’t believe I was able to buy such a large container of Maraschino cherries, but sometimes dreams come true.

I love Total Wine. If youre looking for a fancy wine shopping experience or some fancy rare Scotch its not the place for you, but its got a huge selection in all price ranges.
