Arrived about an hour before the closed with a large order, they were extremely helpful let me know it would be about 30 minutes to get everything ready. They surprised me when I was out the door 20 minutes later. They went above and beyond, thank you.

Plus a few types of spreads, in generous portions. Its cheaper to buy a bag of bagels and tub of cream cheese at the grocery store, but these bagels are bigger, fresher, and tastier!

Ive been frequenting this place for years. Im a fan of the cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese, toasted of course.Ask them for less cream cheese if youre not a fan of it oozing out of the side as you bite into it. Well worth it and not too heavy on the pockets.The mini muffins are great as well.
We usually come later in the morning (10-11) and by that time they’re usually sold out of at least part of what I was coming in to buy (cream cheese, specific bagel flavors, etc). I wouldn’t call the staff unfriendly but they’re not particularly friendly either. One time I ordered their last sesame bagel and then watched as the customer behind me ordered the same bagel, and then they made his order and gave it to him even though I ordered first! No apology or anything, just “oh we’re actually out of the sesame bagel now”. After I left a 15% tip for a takeout order. I’d never seen anything like it.Complaints aside, the bagels do taste good even if they don’t usually give you your first choice, especially if you like the flatter, traditional New York style. And there aren’t many other options in Bellevue. I prefer Blazing Bagels in Redmond for more selection and better service but they’re further away from us so we sometimes come here instead. This place is usually less crowded than Blazing Bagels (perhaps for good reason) but it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference as far as speed of service.
Got the toasted Swiss melt bagel with cream cheese. Tasted super good and had good cream cheese-bagel balance!
I hate onion flavoring on bagels. I never order that flavor, but I have tasted it strongly on multiple bagels here. Including cinnamon raisin and pizza. I cant return because of that, even though I like bagels and live nearby.
I couldn’t speak any higher of this hidden gem. best loaded bagel ever, try their northern omelet on everything toasted bagel. just mmm delicious. friendly staff, fast service, good coffee. nice atmosphere. has a nice couch to lounge on too. very clean

Literally the freshest and tastiest bagels Ive ever had! Im quite certainly addicted to toasted bagel sandwiches and when paired with their hot tomato soup... heavenly! They also serve hot and fresh coffee and a huge selection of teas!Logistics: plenty of free and easy parking in a giant lot across from Total Wine liquor store and Uwajimaya Asian grocery store.Tips: They have mini muffins that are great to consume during a morning commute to work. I personally enjoy the pineapple flavor most! Also, several large open tables (a couple of which are next to power outlets) which is great for studying or getting some work done! The background music is relaxing and not to loud or disturbing. Fast wifi access, clean facilities, and spacious.Ill definitely frequent here more often to grab a coffee and bite to eat while getting some work done on my laptop!
I had heard recently that Big Apple Bagels were pretty decent so when I happened upon the one in Bellevue I made a visit. My brother remarked the interior evoked a NY style deli and I could see where he was coming from. I was also struck by how warm it was inside. I dont know if they have A/C but it would make the experience more pleasant for the customers and the employees. I went in just looking for a non-toasted bagel trying to see if the bagels are good. After looking at their options, I chose their everything bagel. I asked for it to go and nothing on it. I paid what I thought was a high price at the time for a bagel with nothing on it but took a seat and waited. I then waited longer and longer. The entire time I thought to myself, why is this taking so long? I only ordered one bagel. How hard is it to put the bagel in a bag? After what felt like an eternity, but was in reality probably 10-15 minutes the cashier had my toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. While the bagel was correct I didnt ask for it to be toasted or with cream cheese. I was frustrated but took the order anyways because I like toasted bagels and cream cheese. The price and timing all made sense after seeing what I got. After the long wait, I was surprised to find that the bagel was pretty good. The seasoning on the bagel was flavorful and the cream cheese was applied generously. In the end, it basically worked out and I apologize to the cashier if I made him feel bad. I just hope, if I return, I get exactly what I asked for.
It is a little pricey but tasty and good alternative to fast food for breakfast. Once I ordered a cappacino, but they made a latte instead.

I got mediocre bagels and paid dearly for them, plus I got rude customer service from the uptight and extremely regimented cashier (tall Asian guy). This was my first and last experience with this shop. I will say the place was clean (and empty) when I went in.
I could not post a no star review. This bagel place didnt even get the bagel baked correctly. The bagel was doughy and not risen (flat). Have to go return the bagels.
Best bagel shop in Bellevue, and it ain’t close! The Morning Classic is my favorite breakfast bagel, and the Roast Beef Grinder is my go-to for lunch. Thanks for staying open for takeout during COVID, and thanks for the great bagels!

I’m originally from NJ so whenever I see a place like this, I always have to try it out. The overall feel is very similar to an east coast bagel shop but the menu isn’t quite the same. But still some yummy options! Bagels were also delicious :)

I walked into the store about 10 minutes ago. The doors were unlocked and the sign said open. the person behind the counter very rudely said were closed. I said I just wanted to take a look at their menu board to see what they have for a future order. He again told me that they were closed and I said okay Ill take my business elsewhere and he said good because were closed. I didnt realize that restaurants were sitting in a position where they could afford to be rude to customers. Heres a clue Einstein if youre closed turn off your light, turn off your open sign, and lock the door. Being rude to a customer especially a customer that works for a large company and was looking to bring in additional corporate business to you is not a smart move. Avoid this place at all costs. The customer service sucks. Its simply not worth it

$10.11 for a turkey club on a cheddar herb bagel (including tax and 15% tip). Good amount of turkey and lettuce, but not sure if the value of the ingredients was as premium as the price. Nice customer service though!
I was shopping across the street and saw this, good bagels, nothing fancy, to the point. It feels like the kind of chain you’d see in Japan. Would only come back if I was really in the mood for one.
Both times I have been here the bagel was tasteless and over powered by the most awful tasting cream cheese. 👎

Awful experience. Customer service was terrible. The person waiting on me seemed annoyed he had to tear himself away from what he was reading and no one else was in the store. He wasn’t wearing his mask when I came in. I asked him if he could slice the bagels and he said there was an upcharge for slicing! I said forget it. I won’t be going back. It’s a shame, as we used to be loyal customers.

I love this place and get Uber eats deliveries from here at least 2-3 times a week. The bagels are always consistent and delicious!! And I just tried their mini muffins and wow!!! They are awesome
Came here on Mother’s Day and they were out of so many popular bagel flavors. The young man working the counter was a step from being asleep. He was so unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be there. Saw him turn and sneeze all over the baskets of bagels. Just gross! This place has such potential because their bagels are great! However, service is slow and unfriendly. The atmosphere and decor is so unappealing. Take some pride in your business and make it appear and feel like you are so happy a customer has walked through your door!
Good quality food and service. I had a Chicken ceaser on a Jalapeno bagel (never heard of CS on a bagel before!). It was very tasty. I would recommend as a lunch spot or breakfast.
This is not a safe place to avoid the virus! You need to have employees with a mask on and a plexiglass barrier where we pay and get food. your employee did not have a mask on and theres only 2 feet between him and the person picking up the order and paying for it .I will not be coming here again. Take a hint from your next-door neighbor Starbucks, where they wear masks and have plexiglass. This is not a safe place
We went there this morning for some take home bagels. i got 3 jalapeno bagels and 3 pizza bagels. i have tried the jalapeno and they were very bad. they didnt taste like jalapeno and they were flat (they hadnt risen). if i lived near by, i would return these bagels. the pizza bagels havent been tried yet but they look a lot better. i wouldnt recommend these bagels.
Got a turkey sandwich on a bagel at 11am. The turkey was so old and gross. Used to love it here. All done!

Co-worker from the Bellevue office brought these in today, and they were amazing. Even better than the Seattle Bagel Bakery that I raved about on another review.They are generous with flavor additions - you can really taste the blueberry or cinnamon-raisin. Nooks-n-crannies give these bagels an airy crispiness when lightly toasted.
My favorite place to get a New York style bagel in the Seattle area, not usually crowded and a great selection of flavors, smears, and sandwiches.
Just walked in this place for the first time an no employees were wearing masks in the back area. No thanks.
I wish I could give them a better review, but their food is very lazily made and the quality of the coffee depends on who is making it. I got an iced latte and the flavoring tastes very odd. Wouldn’t call these NY style bagels either. All the hot food is microwaved and tastes really bland.

This has delicious bagels for the morning or great bagel sandwiches for lunch really recommended.
Asked a ham and cheddar sandwich, and asked if they had herbal teas to drink. Cashier/waitress didnt know what an herbal tea was, showed me bottled black teas instead. Sandwich came with the 3 dollar higher option(value meal) with the pickle, and cheese not melted. Asked them to melt the cheese, they half ass melted it with the lettuce inside the sandwich and didnt give me my refund.

Their bagels are great, definitely New York style, the people are all very kind and efficient, and they have a couple of fun lavender flavored coffees. The location is tucked away a bit but worth it.

This place does not have anything to offer. The customer service is poor. They just dont seem to care that youre in the store at all. The prices are way too high, especially considering the food is below average quality. Wont go back, and I live just down the road. You are much better off going somewhere else.

The guy who runs this store is a petty thief. Every time I would order the mini-muffins, the guy would conveniently forget that I had ordered them. On at least four occasions, this technique actually worked, and I didnt get everything that I paid for.Today, I was behind a fellow who ordered 1/2 dozen bagels, but was charged for a full dozen. After bringing it up, the customer was treated like he was poor and shouldnt be shopping here, but a quick review of his complaint since he wouldnt just drop it revealed that he was being overcharged by around five dollars. I wouldnt be surprised if the guy who runs the place does this to almost every customer. Then he forgot my muffins again and I had to say something, finally.So if you want to be the victim of petty larcency, eat here.
Im not likely to return, but it wasnt bad. This place is satisfactory. However, If Im in the mood for a bagel this is probably not where Id go especially since there are more wonderful options very nearby.

Long wait. Uncertainty is the word. Wasn’t sure what was happening. There was no action nor an update on what happened to my bagel. Also a soy cappuccino was the order and we received an almond milk cappuccino. So the coffee was a dampener too. The bagel finally arrived and was ok. Unsure if it wasn’t my day. I like bagels and didn’t enjoy it here. Could have been the entire experience or was it just the bagel? I wouldn’t visit again as there was nothing that left an impact for me personally. If you tried something different or had a different experience let me know. I tried the cinnamon raisin bagel. That’s my staple with bagels

Big menu of bagels, sandwiches, smoothies, espresso and drinks. Food was okay and overpriced (location?). No wifi unfortunately but might be able to pick it up from the neighboring Starbucks. Decent atmosphere and appears clean, but somewhat difficult to communicate with staff though they were nice and helpful.
Kind of expensive, even for gourmet bagels. I think this place is really more like a Deli than a bagel bakery.
