To get enjoyment out of your HiFi system, it must be easy to use and reliable. I have a super complex set of equipment that has resulted in my family not using it. I was looking for a company that would work with me to pull it together and build a rock-solid control solution to allow my family to get full enjoyment out of the great gear I own.I approached a few vendors and they were not comfortable taking on my project due to the complexity. EXCEPT for Beyond Hi-Fi that was excited to take on the challenge. Both Rocky who managed my project and Jeff who handled the programming & installation made this seamless.They were able to schedule in within a week and expedite the arrival of the equipment. Jeff who handled the task of programming was relentless in ensuring that all my gear would work together in harmony using Control4. I liked it so much, we ended up building a solution for two rooms.My family never complements my AV gear, but were have been thrilled with the Control4 SR260 remote solution that operates everything with ease.I look forward to working with Beyond Hi-Fi on some additional projects.Thank you

Jeff is amazing. My TV wasn’t working well, my WiFi didn’t work in every room, I was dealing with 3 remotes and I couldn’t hear music. Now I have WiFi all through my condo, Pandora works on every speaker, Direct Tv is working well and all this is happening on one universal remote. Jeff is brilliant and couldn’t have been more patient in teaching me how to use the remote.I am thrilledHelen Stusser
Spoke with Rocky about turning our 4th generation family home into a smart house. He said it would be $150.00 for a consultation but that would be applied to the final invoice. I was a little taken back by that so he said if I lived within a 30 mile radius of Bellevue it would be a free but that is a long drive. At that point I said that I was going to see how the consultations I had already arranged with other companies (ironically also from the same distance away and not charging a consultation fee) panned out and that I may still give him a call. As I live overseas and Im not from the area, I wasnt sure exactly how far Maple Valley was from Bellevue so I googled it after we hung up. 23.1 miles. So I called him back and of course it went to voicemail. I left a message and nothing. Strange way to conduct business. Lie to a potential customer then disregard them. There are a lot of options out there so one would think a potential customer would matter, but apparently not. Luckily I settled with a great company that values customers and has integrity. Caveat EmptorUpdate: Hi Rocky Snider. You are correct, we havent had the pleasure of doing business because of the reasons I have already stated very clearly above. What I wasnt expecting was your bully phone call today in regards to my review in the hopes of getting me to remove it If that is indeed the policy of Beyond Hi Fi, then you may want to include that on your website under the drop down hyperlink dedicated to services and more specifically, consultation! Trying to expose me with an incorrect name is equally telling of the kind of person you are and I couldnt be more pleased that I dodged a bullet by not doing business with you and your company! I can see very clearly that anything other than a glowing response is grounds for harassment and vindictive tactics! Again, Caveat Emptor!
