Limited choice .. better than no asian good around
Its advantage is obvious: Location! The average price at the store is higher a little bit but location is unbeatable. If you want to shop Asian grocery store in Factorial, this is go-to place.
I had a positive experience at the store today. A young lady cashier was very polite and gentle.
The staff there are rude and mean. I even got yelled at once. Do not recommend going there ! The products are over-priced as well.
Great authentic Asian selection. Very courteous staff.
Is this place run by people from Shanghai?Lots of choice of Chinese food. Fresh baby bamboo
Variety of asian groceries and snacks in a convenient location. They have meats and seafoods, frozen foods, fresh produce, and dry goods. They have some pastries and fresh food in a fridge. A little bit more expensive than the asian stores Ive been to in Seattle but great for the convenience.
I live so close to this place, only 2 minutes of driving. Every time I will remind myself dont buy from them.. The employees there are always rude and the price are way expensive (at least 30-40%) than I will pay in Chinatown. My husband will give me ride to Chinatown and we are willing to pay the gas money. Only do not want to have the contact with those lousy employees.
Wayyy too expensive. I think everything here is about 50% or more compared to other Asian markets. Feel free to go check it out if you dont mind wasting money though!
I found most of everything I could want from a Asian supermarket. Found some nostalgic items but most of them are abit overpriced due to it being imported. Think of this place as a mini 99 Ranch and less dirty too.
Great place. Outstanding staff. Good prices. Jing Jing and Steve own and run this store. They are wonderful people.
Very nice little asian grocer. They even had prepared, hot food and a very small bakery. My only disappointment was the very limited assortment of the bakery and the fact that they did not have bubble tea, despite the very large signs for both outside. (which is why I went in :-) )
This Asian market has squeezed itself into a winding layout with aisles of goods, an attached bakery area, a butcher/seafood area tucked in back, etc. The prices are pretty good for Asian markets in the area, lower than some of the offerings in the Bellevue area. The variety of non-perishable items is decent, but the variety of fresh produce is limited by the size of that market area.
Convenient Asian grocery shop with deli. A little bit pricy compare to the next closer Asian grocery shop but convenient if you have dim sum nearby.
I have been a loyal customer in this supermarket, but the recent shopping was very unpleasant. Your young Chinese boy who wear glasses at the cashier needs to educate his customer service attitude, because he is really rude, if you are no happy with your job find something else to do! He really needs educated.
I am not Asian . So i am not familiar with most of their items .. but i got great stuffs anyway ππ»ππ»
So authentic. Love the live seafood
I had to throw away the fresh sweet plums I bought-- they were old and spoiled from the inside out were
Great place to get Asian groceries without having to drive 30mins South or North. And its clean.
My favorite Asian market. They look small from the outside, but the store is humongous. They have everything. The employees are friendly and help me find what I need.
Great cakes ordering special cakes for all events.
Very helpful staff, well organized store, and good prices
A great variety of Asian foods and fresh produce. I love going here to find new things to try and old favorites that I cant find at most markets.
Vegetables are not fresh, and poor service
Very large selection of Chinese food vegetables meats. Very high-quality products
Great variety of Asian foods and snacks. So many opportunities to spend too much money, I love it.
Very clean store. Owners and workers are nice there. Fresh vegetables :) and various kinds of snacks.
This was an exciting place to visit. Aspiring foodies would be delighted by the spectacular inventory of wonderful ingredients. Management and staff members alike were polite, attentive, and authentically engaging. As a bonus, this location served some of the best milk tea boba I have had! I will definitely visit here again!
Plenty of merchandises to select from. Stores provide clear disposable gloves to customer to shop in stores. Plenty of inventory. Goods are line up neat and clean on shelves. Reasonable prices.
They donβt have a lot of selections for Taiwanese Instant noodles, chips or cookies. The store is fairly clean compared to a lot of other old asian markets. They do not take Apple Pay. Lots of parking and bike parking.
Very responsible and nice employees.
Maybe itβs just with me but every time I go shop there I get a rude attitude from the same male cashier for no reason. Never going back again Peace and love
Gotta try the fresh buns! ALL OF THEM! lol so flavorful! Theyre open and very welcoming. This market has a fantastic assortment of produce, spices, dumplings, treats, meats, oils and condiments.
Top Chinese grocery store
Itβs like a 7-Eleven of Chinese supermarkets. If youβre in a hurry for one or two ingredients, then come here; otherwise, go to a real supermarket.
Good selection of meat, vegetables and groceries. The store is clean. The presentation is acceptable.Since its located in an old strip mall, the layout of the store is kind of funny. Its long and skinny. π
The price is higher.
Cant complain, good fair amount of Chinese grocery available to choose from
Rude owner, manager, employees. Small, lots of missing items, unclean, and poor quality of meat. Not worth it. Save your time and go to uqajimaya or hmart instead. Maybe try being respectful to customers for a change. I wont be coming back to this place again and would not recommend it.
No returns. Expensive. Small selection.
Store is clean and safe!
Nice and clean asian market. They follow high standard covid19 hygiene standards.
Good stuff here. They have the Asian spice you need to make hot pot or hot pan. The store is clean. It is easy to find what you are looking for.
Amazing Asian market!!! I travel from Olympia to come here!
Wasnt ever even there so I give them a 3 star. Go there and see for yourself then make your own opinion. π
Beware: Does not accept AMEX. Other than that, its an okay Asian supermarket. Choices are somewhat limited, and prices are between average and above average. One of the best fresh/frozen meat selections for Asian cuisines.
Good selections of merchandises. The store is small yet you can do most one stop shopping for Chinese food. The problem I find is the vegetables are not always let fresh. They may keep them on shelf for a long time so take care to make sure you dont get the rotton ones.
In my first 3-star review months ago, I wrote: Quick easy lunch trays, one wishes the food quality was higher, but its supposed to be a budget counter. Im editing that to note that things DID improve, in terms of quality and variety of offerings. If you appreciate great Chinese food and want it quick for lunch, drive by and pop in for a wealth of delicious choices. Upgrading this review to 4 stars May 2018.
With about 8 Asian markets to choose from this is at the top for variety of Chinese goods selection and authentic service
Besides fresh sea food, meat, Frozen Hot Pot ingredients and most of things you want for cooking up a Chinese meal. You also can find bread, savory Chinese pastry like turnip cake barbecue cake...here, also hot dishes, Char Siu, Roast duck, Roasted Crispy pork(my favorite) for eat-in or take-out if you dont want to cook. I noticed they are working hard to change varieties and make it better.
This place has always been clean and follow the covid protocol. They are also cheaper (at least for the items I buy) than the Asian supermarket on 148th and NE8th.
Love this little place! Its great to get those hard to find obscure Asian ingredients. For those who cant speak Chinese, the translation is on the shelf next to the price. π
A hidden treasure, this Asian market has a lot to offer in a small space. From butcher to Baker, you can get it here. Be careful of parking, the lot is very small
I would have given it a 5 star, but the prices were much higher than my little Asian store in Everett. Otherwise, it has a HUGE selection of excellent products, the produce is good and the store has wider isles than the average Asian store. Plenty of free parking too.
Great Korean Spare Ribs!
Very nice produce and a nice selection of groceries and meats.
Rude cashier.
The produce here are always old and moldy, honestly i would avoid this place as much as possible today i bought 3 apple pears in a package when i got home one of them has major moldy on the bottom the other 2 had bruise on the bottom as well. There discount price are even higher than Uwajimaya. From now on i will try to drive to S-mart instead much better price and the produce are much fresher.
Clean, well stocked and very competitive prices.Do not go to buy wine (mostly white) there, they have a limited and over-age supply. Do not be surprised if it is corked.
Clean and tidy store. Small but has sufficient varieties. It has some popular and favorite items to sell. But price is higher than normal.
If u need some Chinese medicine this is good place to go. Also if you want to cook some Japanese food this is good to go too. I like go there because of the vegetables more than Walmart or QFC. The Asian market have many kinds of vegetables to sell. Price is good. Also if you want to learn some Chinese culture, you also can go to visit there. You will see a lot of different food there.
Good prices, well organized and clean. :) Also love the deli/bakery inside where you can get freshly made food!
Not a huge store, but a pretty good selection and prices.
Itβs small, but it is really clean. You will be able to get a lot Chinese snacks which tastes good. The vegetables the sold are fresh and in good quality
Great East side Asian grocery store. Lots to choose from even though its small. Bad is the parking lot which can be packed and hard to maneuver with cars going in and out especially when someone is blocking waiting for a space.Good is the attached food and drink counter.
Very good store experience helped me me out alot
Very clean and well organized Asian grocery market place. Very convenience place in Factoria areas. Price may be slightly higher than China Town, but it is OK for me, that location rental is higher. Parking is easy.
Very well laid out, clean and clutter free Asian market. The parking lot is large and easy to get in and out of.
Bought Mongolian chicken from their deli, there was bone and cracked my tooth. Now I got my tooth pull out during pregnancy and need to implant after delivery. During whole claim process was painful because of the owner didnβt cooperate and show any care. The owner said since the insurance company deny the claim so he refuse to pay. Iβll take legal action. For your safety, Stay away from this store!
Good food to go, and you can find just about anything you could want or need of youre making your own dishes!
Not as good as Asian family market. But not bad.
Best place to get homemade dumpling and Asian bakery! They also have deli everyday, if you want some decent Cantonese food.
Nice, clean store with good prices. Compare $0.59/lb here to $1.49 in QFC for the same yellow onions. The place is also spotless, and you will find those unusual Asian products for a decent price. I like to support these small business owners, too.
I will prefer to buy egg, non veg veraities, mainly sea foods, this China style restaurant. Fit for chines, Thai, Malai, couriansIndian better to avoid other than non-veg and noodles; they are best at noodles. All staffs are polite other than a old lady, I am not sure she may or may not be staff.Else it is nice place to buy groceries and non veg items
Ok grocery, only has mainstream Asian meats and fish. No isle sign so hard to find where things one needs are. ? ?
Great market. Parking is OK but tight. Good variety of foods. Deli and more. Price is a little higher but staff are great and the place is clean with plenty of fresh foods.
I like going to this store. It has many products and is a grocery store with some good prices. It also has a small deli. Great atmosphere and nice employees.
A little pricy, but has a lot of safety measures during covid-19 break out.
Bakery area had sold me a stale redbean riceroll that had turned sour...I had a bite same day after purchase. Maybe others will have better luck, but Ill just avoid it for fresh quality options nearby.
Great prices and you have to check out the small diner at the front of the store. They have crispy pork belly plate! OMG.
Good produce. 8 out of 10 sauces are good.
Expensive, but enough choice for Chinese food ; especially their serve life seafood :$
Great Asian market, have some good stuff that cant be found in American supermarkets
Ok selection of Asian food products. Parking is a problem. Some produce fresh, some look a little old.
Okay variety of food, but mostly go for their pre-made dishes. Its something different.
The roast pork is way too salty and not crispy at all
Decent Shanghai cooked food
I dont know much about Chinese cuisine but if if someone asked and forced me to hazzard a guess as to wether or not this place is good Id say I dont know much about Chinese cuisine..
Just drove by today, staff are friendly and useful. there is a guy named Scotch who helped me bring the bags to the bus stop. I definitely recommend this store is for you. not everything you can buy here but it looks great
Nice shopping place. Wide variety of imported and local products. Decent prices and friendly prices.
The prices are somehow reasonable, but it is very difficult to communicate with the staff, in particular the meat section. Their English skills are quite low.
A great selection of Asian goods. Many of which are from Taiwan. You can find some great deals, too!
Quality Asian goods at reasonable prices; however I cannot speak to the quality of the fresh meat section since I shop elsewhere for those items.
I would have to say, this is our favorite market to visit on our way home to Wenatchee. The staff is eager to help, as well as give us suggestions on its that we havent tried yet. We cant want to go back and do some major shopping.
Selection is great, I can find almost everything I need. The interior design is nice too. Ive heard people saying the price is a bit higher than other Asian markets but honestly I dont care, as long as the quality is good.My only concern is the freshness of meat. I bought some spare ribs for BBQ today and planned to cook it for dinner (only 2 hours later), but they were not fresh... have very unpleasant smell and I think they were rotted. I have to throw them away. Complete waste of my money.
