Pleasant arts and crafts store in Bellevue. Definitely would come here again. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was showing the store to a friend from overseas because his family might like it. He was pleasantly surprised with the store and appreciated what it had to offer.

All I need is an extra bed somewhere in the store to sleep and this would be my second home. Lol! Im practically there almost everyday and spending money for all kinds of crafts.

Five stars for Nathan, who was working the register solo with a long line. He was quick, courteous, positive, and friendly to everyone both at his till and in the queue. Ahead of me, he flagged down a customer who had left her sunglasses at another register, complimented another customer on her bracelet while handling multiple forms of tender (a voucher and card, I believe), relieved his coworker who was due to clock off of duty, and was very nice to me over my coupon. Im sure his coworkers are also great, but Nathan was shining while I interacted with him. Yall better treat him right!!!

Picked up a mixed media tablet, acrylic paints and gel medium. The store was very organized. Great, especially when searching for specific things. Checked online for coupons, then used a 40% off regular priced items one. Love that about Michaels.

This is a great store! It is very large and has everything you need! The location is great!

I loved the online in-store pickup experience. I didnt have to go too far into the store before a cashier greeted me and I asked for in-store pickup. They called someone over and they gave me my order given my order number. I bought scrapbooking paper online that was cheaper per page than I was expecting and my scrapbook has so many pages now - I love it.

Beautiful coloring books, jelly rolls, pencil cases and some sketch books. Great place for these items. Next time I go Ill definitely get myself a mini circuit press and a photographer staging box. I recommend this place for any medium and all craft supply needs.

Customer service is questionable here. The store felt very understaffed. I asked a young workers if they had an item and I followed her to the aisle. She swiped around on her iPad and then just disappeared. She never came back. I did buy some really nice yarn, but when I went to the cash register, I asked the lady there about the item that I was looking for. She got a manager over and basically I held up the line because she had to go see if the item was available. When the manager came back, she showed me an item that was not at all what I was looking for. I felt terrible that I was holding up the line for something that could have been taken care of in an easier manner.

Not all people of color come to steal, they shop as well. Enough with the stereotype!

Recommend place for home decors and has good collection for kids drawing items. Painting related items collection is fantastic and has lot of varieties. They have 40% discount on regular items purchase and it covers most of the items.

This location has a large amount of things on clearance, and is well organized and clean. They frequently only have one cashier working at a time so the lines can be long to check out. They had a large amount of stock of almost every item in the store, including Valentines and St Patricks day decor already. Staff was friendly and helpful

Huge michael’s located in crossroads shopping plaza. A bit short staffed but i guess you can try to find a person when help is needed

This Michaels is fully loaded. Its huge. Definitely can find what you need here. The only reason I didnt purchase was because the cashier (Wed, around 4-5pm) was incredibly rude...to literally every customer. It didnt matter the question, her answers were short and curt. She wasnt helpful. I just overheard her while I was looking at the Happy Planner and Recollections section and knew I didnt want to deal with her attitude. So I left.But I also saved my wallet because I had a bit of stuff collected...Oh well. Maybe Tukwila will be better service.

Not the greatest selection of crafty things but good enough that I found what I needed. Lack of stock probably due to covid like everything and everywhere else they get what they get in shipments thats not their fault. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just recently I got my Fathers flag framed and the cost of the store framing it was too much. Would not recommend this Michaels for framing.

I had a picture put into a frame and they did an excellent job. Great, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite art store. Have always found what I looked for. The staff are polite and helpful. Neat display and bright room. Satisfied with whatever I purchased with them. Mostly the items I have got there are canvas, paint, brushes, bead and it’s accessories. Money saver when their coupon is used. Sale time is when you should be. Highly recommend.

This Michaels is significantly smaller than others close by such as Crossroads, or Federal way. Hence, the 4 out of 5 stars. They dont always have what I need, but the location is extremely convenient.The employees are extremely friendly at this location! Theyre eager to help, and always greet you pleasantly upon arrival. Theyre never said a peep about my shopping pal, Thor, joining me. This is a great store to help get your fairly behaved and immunized puppy to socialize with people of all walks of life.Overall, Juanita Michaels is a fantastic location for being dog friendly, having kind, and informative employees, and a fairly decent select of items.

I am so glad theres a Michaels in the Bellevue-Redmond area. There are always great deals being given and sent out via email that help with overall cost. I appreciate this store having location signs for items placed high on shelves; it makes it easier to know where to look.

Came here the other day with my baby girl to get materials for an art project. The lady at the aisle was very friendly and walked around the store with us for over 10 minutes until we found all the beads and glue and wood pieces we needed. Thanks for your patience and customer service!

You can find almost any arts and crafts solid here at Michaels! The aisles are clean. Its relatively easy to find what you need. Theres plenty of parking outside too!! That said, there might not be a huge variety of brands or selection for the item that you may want. Nonetheless, great large-scale arts and crafts store!

If you do any kinda art, this place is heaven for you. Its so relaxing to see the different art products in all ranges. I bought a 5 $ watercolor set for my niece and was very impressed by the quality that I went again and bought one for me. If you need inspiration to do be creative just go to this store and you will get tons of ideas.

I like Michaels for a lot of items like canvas sales, interesting wooden stencils, cute storage boxes, certain clay tools, and the $5 sketch books. (I use a lot of different media)When they took over Aaron Brothers I thought maybe they would have a great selection of paint brushes and at first they did. I run through my detail brushes every 3 to 6 month so Ive popped by to see what they had and the last 2 trip there has been a messed up 18/0 and limited selection of other brushes in their professional section. Maybe there arent a lot of small detail painters in the area? Or there are a ton and they are constantly getting there before me?Also, when you pick up a $5 sketch book... carefully check for damage. A lot of them seem to get scuffed in transit or by other shoppers. Ive had to look through a few to find a good one now and then.Other than that I generally like the store. The staff are pretty helpful when you can track them down on the floor and the lines at check out move pretty quickly.

Tons of low cost art supplies. We were able to get our daughter standing storage for her art supplies for just $30!!! Its just perfect. We got her literally everything she wanted for drawing and blending, including a couple different Strathmore paper journals, and we spent SO much less than we would have at any other craft store. We are Michaels patrons for life now.

One of the larger Michaels in the area. Significantly bigger and more spacious than Juanita/Kirkland. Because its a craft store, youll find cute things all over, like this llama holiday card.Usually hard to find an employee if you have questions but theyll pop up eventually.Always use a coupon when you come here, look online or in their app. Itll probably a 40% off a regular priced item but every so often its a 50% off coupon, or 20% off everything including sale and clearance items. Coupon depends on the week.

I Like Michaels - the inventory is amazing and the staff is always very helpful. I hope todays experience is an aberration.Michaels advertised a particular brand of candles as being on sale for a good price. I went to the Crossroads store and couldnt find the candles that were advertised. I asked a staff person, possibly Cameron, who looked for the candles and couldnt find them either. He radioed someone who said the store was totally out. Not even one candle in stock. Cameron, in the best customer relations way, asked if he could call another Michaels, and I asked him if he would call the Issaquah store, not even ten miles away. Their answer was that they had at least 100 of the candles in stock. Why does the Crossroads store have none in stock while a store close by has plenty in stock? Who, in management, is asleep at the wheel? The ONLY reason this store gets four stars is the staff - the people on the floor are REALLY good and very helpful. Always!

We needed to get some cardstock for our wedding programs and we got exactly what we needed. The employee that helped us was extremely helpful and friendly! She asked questions about our wedding and the final look of the programs. She gave us some great suggestions and tips on what will work and what wont. We have always used Michaels and will definitely be returning!

Very nice place. Same as all other Michaels chain in the country. It has something for everyone.

Normally I would rate Michaels higher but this weekend their art supplies were low, prices werent clearly marked on items or corresponding shelves, so I wasnt able to begin a project Id been looking forward to. It seems a lot of retail businesses are like this, forcing you to shop online. Once in a while I physically enjoy shopping for things.

My favourite store if I am not buying for a fabric project. Really love their glue isle. The guide to choose the right glue for the right material really helps everytime. Easy to apply coupons even if you dont download the app.

Always love Michaels for everyone craft related. Its too bad that their sewing section is so small. I love their scrapbooking selections and the prepackaged mini crafts that I pick up for the kids. I noticed Michaels has started to sell tools and nail care items, which is kinda off considering this is a craft store.

Michaels is my go-to store when it comes to arts and crafts supplies. They have a huge variety of products and have fair prices. Their employees are friendly and helpful and have many coupon or discount opportunities. As far as downsides go, there are very few. I just wish it was closer to my house :)

Huge crafts store. My shopping experience was significantly hampered by few staff on the floor and being totally ignored as I patiently stood waiting to ask a question. I had to excuse myself and ask several times before being acknowledged. Also noted that the most popular entrance cashier stations were not staffed and no sign was placed directing customers to a different checkout area. Only one station was open and that clerk was also covering the phone and had to help with long calls, forcing customers to wait.

I enjoy Michaels. This one seems to have slightly less stock than Im used to. But it is still large!

You have to love a store like Michaels with so many options available to peak your creative imagination! It’s loaded with well displayed beautiful items for every craft conceivable! It’s almost impossible to leave without extra projects just waiting to burst into existence!

Has the most inventory of art supplies and craft goods Ive seen locally. I would highly reccomend if youre looking for anything art related. Prices are a bit steep, but they always seems to have deals and coupons to even things out.

I dont really buy these things often enough to know how good the brands or prices for things were, but it seems like the kind of place where they frequently have sales.Coincidentally I learned in a conversation at a holiday party that this is a good place to get artificial flowers for your wedding if you time it right with seasonal sales.

Framing is hit and miss on quality and they argue with customers who point out that the left side of a square frame is 3/4 inch longer than the right (meaning it isnt square).
