Our walk-in was broke down the other day. We need fix ASAP called Mr. Le, he showed up right away and fixed immediately. He is very professional, and found out the issue, and let us know where we need to replace or maintain in the future. We are so lucky and happy to have him. Mr. Le came into our shop and once I explained the issue to him. He quickly diagnosed the issue and the quote was a fair price. Once all was said and done, Mr. Le dove right into the work and solved the issue.

Thuan is an excellent repair contractor. We use him exclusively at all of our properties and he always does what he says he will do. He has created a service plan with regular maintenance and cleaning of the units. We needed a last minute Saturday call, no problem for Thuan. Got a reach in working beautifully in under an hour!

I called this company to see about repairing a couple commercial refrigerators. Before I got a chance to even describe the problems these refrigerators were facing he simply interrupted me saying No Thank you, Thank you and abruptly hung up. I thought that was a very weird way to end a call, especially after he said he *did* look at commercial refrigerators, so I called him back saying I think we got disconnected somehow and he started shouting at me in a different language and hung up.I dont care if hes having a bad day or whatnot, verbal assault is not a way to conduct business with a prospective client.My advice, avoid this guy - BIG TIME.

Wonderful experience for my company in SoDo Seattle. We were in a terrible bind because our freezer stopped working completely. We received same day service and our freezer works even better than it did before!

I got scammed for $390 for a 10 minute replacement for a thermostat controller that did not even fix the problem. I tried to contact him several times over the last 5 days and he never responded.I called a different company and they fixed the issue no problem. I attached two different invoices and you can see a clear difference in service provided. The invoice from this business is labeled Le Thuan AVR.This company is shady, none of the information matches his invoice. Do not trust this guy. If I could put -5 stars I would.BEWARE this guy runs under multiple business names in Seattle area.Edit: He texted me asking to remove this review and never followed through after I replied.

Really quick arrival, and the friendliest service. My technician made sure I knew what he was doing at every moment, and walked me through what was the matter, how he could fix it, and what it would cost, all in a way I could understand.My fridge was back working within 1.5 hours of my first phone call. He made sure I had a grasp on my warranty, and walked me through pricing again before I wrote a check. Such a great experience.
