Absolutely love the results (down to every detail) of the refinishing and reupholstering of our antique chair that weve held onto since 1995 for the sake of family nostalgia. We recently shared the chairs renewed look with our 94 yo aunt (through a computer program). This chair had a lot of loving sentiment for her as it originated from her aunt who she lived with during part of her childhood. We kept a couch that was now 40 yrs old. I told my husband either we get it reupholstered or take it to Goodwill. We kept it in our bedroom but it was beginning to be an eye sore. It was such a comfortable Pennsylvania House couch. We are so pleased after having It reupholstered by Queen Anne Upholstery. They did an amazing job. It is beautiful and top quality workmanship.I would recommend this shop to anyone.

This place is AMAZING! They did a BEAUTIFUL job on our 100+ year old family chair. They communicated and sent pictures through the whole process of what was happening with our chair. If you are looking to have black lacquer restored on a piece of furniture, Queen Anne does a fine job. We were very happy with the restoration of the black lacquer on our coffee table which we would rate as 5 stars.The lower star rating comes from the difficulty we initially encountered when we tried to get the company to recognize that their factory had damaged some brass work on two corners of our table during the black lacquer restoration.It took several phone calls, and two in-person visits before the company agreed to compensate us for the damage. For this reason, we are rating responsiveness with 2 stars.Do take a photograph of your item when you bring it to the store, and make sure you have the store totally unwrap your item after it is returned from the factory, and before you take it out of the store. We only saw a part of our table unwrapped when we picked it up. Had we insisted on seeing the entire table before leaving the store, we would not have incurred such a difficult time with who was at fault, and receiving compensation for damages.

We recently needed some dining chairs reupholstered. The service we received from Queen Anne upholstery was excellent. I was particularly pleased with the turn-around time. We requested that the chairs not be picked up until the last minute when the fabric was in stock. They returned the chairs one week later. Choice of fabrics extensive, the designer very helpful.

Fantastic experience with a family heirloom. I had QAU refurbish my husbands, great grandfathers arm chair - a piece with significant family nostalgia, so this had to be done just right. Lisa, at the convenient Bellevue location, carefully listened to my vision and expectations. I needed to take a saggy, gold brocade covered eyesore of a chair and turn it into a beautiful, updated piece that still retained the comfort and character that my husbands family expected. She patiently guided me through the design process, offered helpful advice as I snuggled and bounced on so many cushion options and expertly pulled fabric samples that matched my myriad criteria. As a result, the chair is PERFECT, down to the carefully preserved wear patterns on the wooden handrests left by previous generations. Could not be happier. Worth every penny.

Highly professional with outstanding quality. Wow! What a job. Two table tops refinished, a chair re-upholstered, five doors including custom screen doors, and outdoor patio furniture. All like new. There complete restoration work with last me another 25 years. Well worth the money spent.

Queen Anne Upholstery also refinishes doors! We just had them finish very large double front doors to our home in Kirkland and they look better than new! They put up a temporary and secure door while they refinished our doors which are from Italy and not easily replaced. The finish is better than the original and they look absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend them fi you need to have any door refinished. Henryk is the person I spoke with who highly encourage me not to let our house painters do a wood refinishing job and he was so right. You need people that specialize in wood refinishing. They also completely regaled the wood pieces which were starting to come apart and shined up the metal ornamentation. The installer was meticulous and also put in new weather stripping. Very professional service at every level. Thank you Queen Anne Upholstery!
