I received what I ordered. And the product works great.The reason they only received 3 stars is, I was surprised it showed up.Their phone was never answered, it went to a recording for Magic Jack.They wouldnt respond to email.I didnt know if they still in business or not.I was about to reorder from a different source when it showed up in the mail.I did receive a computer generated response that my order had been received, but their was no further communication or tracking information.

They were really helpful and did a great!!! job on my bike. Thanks for all your help with getting me back on the road!

Spencer’s has proven to me multiple times that they value me as a customer. I have always been pleased with their work. This contrasts greatly with the work that was performed by the dealer I used to use. I only wish I had switched to them sooner.

I echo the last one star review: “Horrible experience. Beware of exorbitant prices for substandard work.”Simple (or what I presumed was) job, was dragged on for weeks, only to be floored with an exorbitant price for substandard work.Was so frustrated I didn’t want to waste any more time to argue.

Brought my ‘97 roadking to Spencers after another shop botched engine work. Spencers did a proper rebuild, increased power, eliminated all leaks, and kept me informed throughout the process. Never taking my bike anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I damaged my front forks and suspension on a giant pothole. I was lucky enough to have the amazing team of Spencers cycle take my bike in and fully explain, and direct me through the process of repairs. They did an awesome job! My bike rides better now then before I ever hot the pothole. Thank you Mark, Johnny B, and anyone else who helped! Its nice to know that there are still some real machinics around!

Absolutely the best Independent Harley Davidson Service and Repair shop anywhere i ever been. Ive had big inch motors built to 145 to hop up 96to 107 and everything in between. Mild to wild customizing. Never been disappointed! Always over and above what i expected.
