Im not a pan handler and witnessed similar activity but the young person purchasing alcohol produced a hideous ID from a college and was allowed to purchase alcohol for his friends and himself. And I have also purchased bourbon that definitely didnt taste right . Since that incident Ive been purchasing my alcohol at the liquor store by shoprite which is much larger, cleaner, has better prices and a much more pleasant environment. Do yourself a favor shop at another store.

This owner sells to minors . Relabels counterfeit bottles and overcharges for illegal sales. Will meet you after hours and sell liquor for double the price.
