At first i was a little unsatisfied with the customer service. No one acknowledged me and once i did receive attention I was directed to the warehouseAfter much ado i convinced the young lady to look in stock for the part.Ir was there! ThankfullyI expressed my disposition to the young lady and she was saying that it was close to closing so its tough to welcome customersShe was sweet and as i said young so we smiled and said goodbyeThey had the part so hurray for that now i guess i have to be sure not to go to close to closing

Probably the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while.The lady that answered the phone doesn’t know what she’s doing or taking about, I called once and asked for a item, the lady said okay let me check and put me on hold for 15 mins. I hung up called again and I didn’t even get an answer. It went straight to hold.Hung up called from a different phone, once she heard my voice, put me on hold again.I literally just asked if they had an item in stock.They need to get better associates

You need to be bilingual. They sold me the wrong stuff then insisted on a restocking fee. Luckily I paid with credit card.

They do not sale to the public. Person (young man) behind the counter said I must be licensed to get a quote. You must send company and license information to office for a quote. This is a discrimination on single family homeowners that would prefer to install themselves. I received a quote from three other HVAC companies around the area with no issues. Anyone how would like to install yourself please do not waste your time going to this place.

I called in the morning asking if they had a fiberglass filter in stock which a sales associate answering the phone said that they did. I arrive to the store after driving 30 minutes from my home only to have one of their sales associates tell me they don’t in fact have a fiberglass filter but can recommend something else instead. Talk about incredibly unprofessional. Horrible service.

Horrible service. You place an order 2 hours before and come to pick up and your order is still not ready. And you have to stay on top of the guys to make sure your order doesnt get messed up. Not enough staff working in the back.

If you need something they have it at a higher price than most. The old front dest staff was better than the current staff, there is only one person at the front desk who knows what he is talking about (Felipe) if you ask him to help, everyone else just pushes papers and takes down your order and they give you little to no advice if youre looking for it. If you call on the phone to order something the amount of wait time is ridiculous and most of the time I find myself calling more than twice. And if youre a contractor be careful on giving out the address of the job sight, most wont believe it but there have been various occasions where this infamous supply house has beaten undocumented contractors to the job sight and have literally low balled the installation price so that the job was given to them instead of the contractor who originally got it. The workers in the back always seem to mess a big order up, they either dont give it to you and mark it as if they did or theyll give you a piece that is of no use to you. If you want custom duct work.. GOOD LUCK. And I say that with the most sarcasm I could possibly give. The measurements are usually right for 2 of the sides and then the other is off causing you to do double the work. And I can say all this because I work in the field and have worked for various HVAC companies and none of owners that I worked for had anything positive to say for this supply house as a whole. Those who arent in the field wont know the difference but for those in the field it is a last resort if you need something and no other supply house has it. (Drops Mic)

Ive done business over the counter at Enterprise. The folks there were great.When I called to get a recommendation for a contractor -- a customer of theirs theyd like to get some business for -- they refused.

Horrible customer service. Dont bother coming to Enterprise for custom duct fabrication they suck and will not get it made correctly. The slips they make are flimsy. If you need to rerun something they will need to ask Umberto but for a return he will never be available. They suck. They also sell refrigerant to anyone without an EPA card - highly illegal.
