My husband has been fitted for hearing aids at this location. We have been there several times. The receptionist and the gentleman who fits the hearing aids are very nice and friendly. Andy is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Beltone in Belleville was great! My Dad purchased Hearing Aids from there and gave them to me because I also had hearing loss. They fit the hearing aids for me at no extra cost. It took me 15 minutes and I was done.

I had a great experience at the BellevilleIllinois location! My first contact with Jordan on the phone was very positive. She explained the offer of a free hearing test and assisted me on setting up my appointment. She was great! Andy the technician explained the test and the results very throughly once I arrived. He also explaned the price and different levels of hearing aids. I was pleasantly surprized on what 2 hearing aids cost me. I even received 0% financing for 18 months.Thanks Jordan and Andy for making this a great experience!

Ko I cannot give an accurate interview on this subject because when I got there I was told someone called in can she cancel my appointment. I had to reschedule it for March 8th. This is not a good way to start off with a possible new customer
