I made a purchase/membership last year around when covid first hit and before you knew it the belleville location temporarily closed and never reopened. I called to see if there was anyway they could compensate or at least replace the year of not being able to use my membership or something since the belleville location has been closed for almost a year now and their automatic message kept reassuring that they would open back soon. I was told Ill have to purchase another yearly membership because they are not able to do anything since the bridgeton missouri location was still open. But if I wanted to travel to missouri I wouldve purchased in missouri. Bridgeton missouri is out of my range and causes inconveniences for myself. I feel that its unfair that I had to waste an one year membership because of something on their end. Their membership is not cheap and its unfair to all members
