Had my garage door, opener and trim around the garage frame itself, replaced this last Monday.I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with not only their work, but their professionalism, friendliness, and being genuinely concerned about all the issues I’ve had with the old door after buying my home last fall, and explaining things from the time I got their estimate and opinion on what was needed. They made me feel very secure and important to them, and that is huge. They cleaned up very well and helped my neighbor with setting his outside door remote with his pin, when he walked over and asked for help. I didn’t know this until that evening from my neighbor. Very happy they did that as well.I highly recommend JAS for all your overhead door needs. You won’t be sorry! From Tracy who handles the phones and lots of scheduling, it was a terrific experience.

Tried to schedule with them and whoever answers the phones can’t take down details. It took 20 minutes to give my name and address and they didn’t want to believe my door measurements as I took them while on the phone. Couldn’t even check their schedule during the same call. When calling back I was hung up on twice in a row. Terrible customer service!Edit: after sending a note that I found other services to use and to no longer contact me, THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOME BEATING ON MY DOOR!! Expecting to complete service, someone from JAS pounded on my door when no appointment was scheduled, I couldn’t get in touch by phone and had sent an email to not bother as I’d found other service. Invasive after poor customer service.

From the inquiry call until the job was complete, JAS was very professional, overly knowledgeable, and straightforward about costs. The technicians proved me with ample information about my garage door as well as the springs that were both broken. When they were finished, the garage door worked better than before the springs broke and is almost silent when in motion plus there is no loud thud door when it lowers. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM and trust their work!

The torsion spring broke on our two-car garage door, basically trapping our vehicle inside the garage. I called JAS, and spoke with Steve. After explaining our situation to him, he was at the house a couple of hours later to help open the door and take the measurements for a new spring. A crew from JAS showed up the next day, custom-cut spring in hand, to repair the door (less than 24 hours after my original call to Steve).It was a fabulous response from everyone involved. The price for all of it was very fair, and we were happy to pay it. Five stars really don’t feel like enough. Thanks, JAS!

My torsion spring snapped this afternoon on my 16 ft door. I called them 45 minutes before they closed and was told to bring my old spring to them so they could match it up with a replacement. I thought that I would come back tomorrow for the springs but they cut me a custom set right then even though I didn’t get there until 10 minutes before close. Everyone was super nice and helpful explaining exactly what I need to do to install the new springs. Give these guys a shot at your business. You won’t regret it. Thanks again guys!!!

These guys are great! I needed a garage door opener repair; they came out and got it fixed in half an hour! They could have cheated me on the deal because I dont know much about what might have been wrong, but they explained everything and charged me less than quoted because the job didnt take as much as originally thought. Also told me what to do to keep the opener in good shape. Great service, reasonable rates, nice folks!

Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional. I called to have a garage door opener installed and they gave me a detailed quote and thoroughly explained the difference in openers. The installers were very efficient and quick and walked me through the opener’s features. A++ service

Highly recommend! Called them in the morning they came out the same day and fixed my garage door. Not only did they fix the torsion springs they also spent the extra time on lock and checking over the rest of the door. They have earned my business for life.

My technician was approximately 30 minutes late which isn’t a huge deal. No one called to let me know he would be late; I had to call the business myself. The technician was very nice and helpful but I was definitely overcharged by the company. I paid 48 dollars for a remote that cost 27.99 online. The reasoning was “I have to make a profit”. I’m not sure you need to make an almost 20 dollar profit when I paid almost 90 dollars for someone to pair a remote to the garage door. I’m flustered and honestly wish I could go back and say forget it. I had no idea the remote would cost so much when the technician paired it for me. Oh well, lesson learned. I’ll have to go elsewhere next time.

Super Efficient: Called at 8, owner Steve came by to evaluate 2 hrs later; crew were sent for installation at 12:30, work was done by 2!Friendly/knowledgeable: Steve was really easy to talk to. He walked me thru the work and cost involved in for possible solutions.I wrecked the garage door right before the snow storm, we really appreciate they offered same day service so we can beat the storm. We called around before we reached them, other companies just asked us a lot of information about our door and tried to call us back, Steven immediately offered to come by and check, next thing you know we no longer have a damaged garage door half hanging from its frame. Ill never call anyone else for my garage door repairs!!Called on Friday afternoon, and although Steve did tell me he could come out that day I opted for them to come on Monday morning at 9am. Steve told me he would get there earlier if possible so I could get to work. He called about 8:15am Monday morning to let me know his guys were on the way. Guys showed up around 8:35 and within minutes had the old springs off and were carrying them out to the truck to custom make new ones (which was very interesting to watch!). Even training a new guy, from the time they pulled up to my house to the time they pulled away...45 minutes. I made sure to get a sticker for the inside of my door so there is never any question who to call in the future. Thanks guys!!
