I really enjoyed my customer relations with employee Max (Maxwell) he always greets with a hello and smile. He asked if there is anything he could help me find. I of course told him no like most customers do but he gave me my space and continued to check on me.. He is a joy to do business with..

Just walked around

Always clean and friendly. Great small selection of shoes and cloths of great styles.BUT I am a size 14 shoe. Only once in several years have they ever had my shoe size in stock!Sure they offer to order them for me but thats not the point of a store. I like to feel them before I buy them. Whats the point of shopping here...(If you have a smaller foot, you will like this place)

I usually have great services here but today it was a girl I never seen before, poor communication skills and wasn’t helpful at all. I had to constantly ask her did she find the shoe in back, and at one point there were two associates helping a customer while still waiting to be helped with one shoe.

I went into the store one day to buy some shoes and no one was there. I looked around and called out for someone one but no one answered. Waited a little longer and the assistant coach walked in and helped me. Turns out the store manager was in the back the whole time I was in there. When she came out she was very rude to her worker and to her customers. Everyone but the manager is very helpful and kind.

It is a very basic needs athletic store. Mostly shoes, and clothing. We needed golf gloves, and they had none. Though it is golf season for our local high schools, and BWTHS is just across the road on RT 15.

Bought some Jordans and the customer service was fast and great!!!!

Great Customer Service, if they do not have the shoe in store, long as they have it in their system, they can order it for you or call from store to store to see if they have your shoe, which is Great, Ive been to 3 other well known shoe stores & they WONT go that extra mile for their customers. Hibbett Does.

I dont like the fact you need a id for your shoes if they are kids

Terrible, went to return 3 pair shoes, the young lady went to the back, took her almost 30 minutes to come back and say she couldnt refund my money ( with the receipt) because of a instore something ? She had to get permission ? I didnt understand that at all, if I got my receipts, give me my money back !!

Love this store and the employees.
