I appreciated the promptness in which I was contacted to see if i needed delivery for the holidays or after. Was also impressed with the packaging used to keep the product fresh, actually had reusable ice packs around the items. I ordered the ricotta and Burrata both were creamy and delicious, I highly recommend.
