Mike was terrific (as usual). He did flooring for us in our other house prior knowing we were going to sell it. The he re-floored the entire house when we decided to sell. And now he has made our new house better wit better quality flooring and carpeting when we had buyers remorse about the flooring wed chosen. Mike is always a font of information and recommendations and there is no Hard Sell with him. He offers us options based upon what we hope to achieve. The folks he has install the flooring are competent, efficient and hard working. They always clean up behind themselves and what we are left with is new SUPER flooring!

We really enjoyed working with Mike. I loved that he came to us! He was able to see our home so he could answer specific questions. He also was very good at communicating with us. He was easy to get a hold of & was prompt in returning phone calls & emails. I had a very large area of flooring removed and new luxury vinyl flooring put down. about 95% was done right....the other 5% had to be re-done...it wouldnt stay adhered to the floor and this is where Mike came in. I called and explained my predicament. He came out...when he said he would...checked the flooring and left. He called, said that the flooring that he had to order was in...hed be here...gave me a date...and he was. The flooring that he ordered was the same number but from a different batch...didnt match and had to be re-ordered. He finally got the right stuff and installed it...properly...Mike went WAY above and beyond a simple repair job...especially when the high dollar- job had already been done. Good guy...does good work...

I was very happy with the very professional job and. The carpet is first class and the installation was very well done. I would recommend them for any floor installation. If I have any need in the future they will be the ones I would call.

Timely service and great work. I looked them up on Home Advisor and had someone come out to my home, measure, offer advice and give me a quote in 48 hours. Work was completed as scheduled and as priced. It came out looking even better than we thought it would. Mike showed up each time the workers were on site to introduce me to everyone and put me at ease. It was also nice that they took the time to talk to us about modern choices and different options of flooring. Would definitely use again.

This company was recommended to me by someone and I guess they had a better experience. The timeline was incorrect the entire time. I understand things happen but every single time. I am due to have a baby soon and was told it would be finished prior. They didnt order enough to finish my dining room and now I have a week and half before my baby is due, no one has called to update us or anything. Also, the installers were very rough with the baseboards and walls. There are 2 holes in our walls now and small chips out of several baseboards that we will have to repair ourselves. Upon consultation you will feel like its a positive experience, but thats as far as it goes.Edit....The company was apologetic and the manager came out to the house and reconciled our issue. I appreciate that, so I changed my score .

I chose this company over several others because they told me that they would move my appliances and also take up my old flooring, neither of which they did. The day of my installation appointment, I was told that the installers could not take up the flooring due to some subfloor damage (which I understand and is out of their control,) and that they would no longer be able to move my stove, as I was originally told. The installers painted my floors with Kilz paint to help seal in smells, and had to wait a week to install the new flooring. The paint took 3 days to dry (I was told 8 hrs). and the installers dropped off several boxes of flooring and supplies in the middle of the living room, to sit there for a week. In addition to the stuff already mentioned, the installers kept asking me if I would rather I do stuff myself instead of them doing it- such as painting the floor and trimming the bottom of my doors which now do not close/move, because the floating flooring they installed added enough height to my floors, that the doors no longer work properly. There is an area near my furnace which they didnt finish putting flooring down, because they said it was hard to do. The kick plate in between the new flooring and existing flooring was already coming up the same day, and was glued down and easy to move. For all my troubles, they knocked $50 off which they said would have been the cost of removing my old flooring. I was also charged a fee to haul off their garbage- even though they just threw the flooring remnants and boxes in my trashcan. They put enough trash in my garbage cans, that the city refused to take it away, and I had to pay extra for the city to take it. All in all I was not happy with this experience, or at least the installers, and would not recommend them.
