I reached out because he had recovered my data from a corrupt external hard drive a few years ago.This time was SO much worse.....There was physical damage to my laptop and hard drive from some spilled liquid. I thought I had cleaned it well enough, but I was very wrong. About a year after the spill, my laptop died.I am forever grateful and feel blessed that I returned to TymeTech for help. Lloyd was direct and honest in letting me know what he thought hed be able to do.Although none of us had much hope of recovering the data (which included my main picture file as well as my family tree project database that I had been working on for about 2 years), the TymeTech team delivered BIG TIME. It took several days, but all of my data was recovered!!!! I now have my family tree and pictures back.I highly recommend TymeTech. Skilled and honest with reasonable pricing.... You cant go wrong!!

Lloyd is the BOMB, No bull, Lloyd is great! He did great by me at a great price. Nice, nice man. He does, however, need his front desk team to step up to the plate and truly support him. He really deserves a more organized team effort. The women who mans the cash register has to do more. I would give Lloyd 5 stars, his store staff has to do better.

Had my 2yr old Android phone repaired for charging port problem. Liz was very helpful as she analyzed the problem. I was given a formal invoice and my dead phone tagged for repair. Kind of apprehensive because the phone contained sensitive information that I could not lock out. It took the shop a couple of weeks to get the phone back as it had to order parts for the not so popular mainstream android phone. I got the phone back in good working condition. Paid reasonable charge but worth the money as it saved me $$$ from having to buy another phone. I would trust them in the sense that all my personal info didnt get compromised as I was locked out and had to provide new passwords.I would recommend them for phone and computer fixes. Repairs that require soldering are not done in the shop but sent elsewhere.

They will work with you on whatever you need fixed or you can just go buy things. I saw the cutest tablet holder I wanna buy for my son. It was adorable. I had them fix my computer which is over 5 years old and was FILLED with viruses. I got it back a month ago and so far so good. Seriously check them out. This is my go to place to fix electronics now!

They showed it to me at the time of handing back the phone and ordered a new one for me. Lloyd Serrano is an truthful and honorable individual. I recently returned from a family vacation. I took hundreds of photos on my camera phone of our vacation. My phone started to act up and I lost all my vacation pictures. I went on YouTube to find a way to recover them, downloaded several apps and nothing I could not retrieve them. I went to Geek Squad and another company and they wanted an irrational amount of money to TRY to recover them. Lloyd was honest with me and told me theres a 50/50 chance to recover them. I am really appreciative that he stopped what he was working on, and provide 100% of his assistance on getting my pictures.
