Great product. The people at the Culligan Shop in Bellville are very knowledgeable and professional. They made the whole ordering/subscribing process very easy for the customer and answered any question in a timely manner.

The customer service on the phone is courteous, professional, and the message gets to where it needs to go. Those individuals are very prompt and prepared. My experience has been with Tom Sparks and he is superior and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the products and what would be best for your household. Then he follows that up with a perfect installation and stays in touch with you to make sure that you’re satisfied with all aspects of the installation and the end results. To round out, my experience, when it comes back to the customer service individuals in the office as far as billing if there are ever any questions they are quick and accurate in getting what you need to be done and if there are any issues. If there are any concerns by the customer, they are taken care of completely and correctly the first time that your concern is discussed.

Our favorite thing about Culligan is knowing that we have safe water to drink with our reverse osmosis system. Soft water for cooking, bathing, cleaning, and laundry is wonderful since we dont have to use excess soap, shampoo, or detergents due to hard water. Having filtered water is very important for good health. After trying to use a Brita pitcher, we found it wasnt doing the job. In fact we found mold would grow in it! Ugh! Horrible customer service. You are never given the correct answer from different people. The salesman tells you his sales pitch and then you find out it is not true. You will have crystal clear ice. Then you have a boil order in effect, the sales person states you are safe to drink. Then you call the national number, they cant answer the question. So you call your local number and they dont know. Too much money invested too go to another company. Culligan is un untrustworthy and unreliable. That is amazing you stated you called. The only thing I received was a e-mail stating sorry you feel that way. Stand by your product. Water tates great, service individuals are amazing. Dont state things that are not true about the product!

We have used Culligan for about 2 years, and couldnt be happier with the service. At first, we were receiving the 5 gallon bottles on a monthly basis, which became quite the chore when my wife opened her rescue facility. Since we live on a well and cant get city water, we decided to rent water purification systems from Culligan. Antoine and Jacob came out and hooked up the UV light (kills bacteria in the water), a water softener, a Big Blue water filter (whole house) and reverse osmosis system. They were diligent and expeditious and we can now drink our well water safely...oh, and it tastes excellent. I really can tell a difference in taste from our water compared with water from other sources. The best part of the whole deal is that the equipment is owned by Culligan and we just rent it, meaning they will take care of all servicing, repairs, etc., at no additional cost. We just pay a monthly fee. I am very pleased with our water and with the service provided by every person I have dealt with at Culligan.

Had issues with cloudy well water and they supposedly had the solution. Roughly $600 later and still nasty water. Ended up drilling a new well. Not sure why they could not have just told me to do that in the first place? So I spent $600 and have nothing to show for!

We had this house built in may of 2016. You all came in and put in the system on june 2016. I called because it was not working. The repair guy came buy to fix 5 days later. By then i decided i didnt want it anymore. When he got here i told him that. He went to the basement did something to it and lefted. It still did not work. He told me he would have talk with a manager. He finally came back and took the tank and left. He did not restore the water heater nor the refrigerator flooring that he put a hole in back to the way it was.Moving forward to now we go out of town for a week, we get back and the water heater is no longer working. The buider came out and said he could touch it because it was not equipment that came with the home. The water has been leaking this whole time with no emergency fix. This is unexceptable.I need everything taken off that was installed. The piping and the plastic tube running through a hole you all made in my floor under the refrigerator. I need everything restored back to the way it was before the faulty install. That way the builder can fix everything because the house is still under warranty. He said once you all take out the bad equipment the leak will be fixed and he can assess any damage to the water heater caused by the faulty install and removal.I would also like to be compensated for the water bill and the damage to my home and water heater. We are still without hot water right now. The water is still leaking right now! This will cause mold etc. to my brand new home.
