I use this Company to send magazines to my loved one who is incarcerated. I order through them and they deliver directly to the institution, which is the only way the institution will allow the inmates to receive them.This particular time I ordered four magazines; one was on back order.I thought the three would go out and then the other would be shipped separately, once it came in; however, the Mag Depot waited for the fourth to roll out, which im sure this happened because I paid for only one shipping cost. In the future, if something is on back order I will make two separate purchases, so I can be charged two separate times for shipping.When all four was shipped to the institution, my loved one wasnt able to receive any of the shipment because they are only allow you to receive three at a time, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS SO YOU DONT GO THROUGH WHAT I DID, so I reached out to the Mag Depot and asked if they could reship when they received the items back; they did.Please note I purchased four magazines, which totaled about $50 or 52, but my credit was $31 or $32, less the shipping cost of the initial orders shipping I would imagine. I had to pay an additional shipping cost to reship the three magazines. They sent me a paypal link and I paid and they reshipped. Very simple process.They communicated with me throughout the entire process. I appreciate that they let me know they received the publications back and the fact that they made an effort to reship for me.Very good company. I have used them several times.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The customer service person is rude. They take your money and won’t give you a refund back. I have someone that is locked up and ordered from this company. He was moved to another facility without any notice. This company won’t refund him his money. They said he had to pay more money just to send the magazines to the right facility. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! Go somewhere else if you need to order magazines.

Ordered magazines despite receiving rude emails by someone who refused to sign with their name or identity themselvesEven tho they have my name phone #address etc. I paid for priority shipping.My son has not yet received his magazinesMy emails have been ignored

Ordered magazines for son- According to them I gave the wrong shipping address. They are short and lack in customer service skills. Magazines have been returned to them. They want more money for shipping. I have been forced to agree and now they will not respond. if this happens and they are not contacted within 14 business days- they say they will discard.....(keep mags)

I have been ordering from this company for sime time now and never had an ussue until now! They sent the wrong magazine and were argumentative via email concerning the part they played un sending the wrong ussue! Absokutely no offer to correct their mistake!! Bad business practice!

My experience with Mag Depot has been GREAT! They are current with all their magazine issues and are very fast with deliveries. I have yet to be disappointed, and I have been disappointed by a few. I’m just happy I was referred to this place!
