My X5 50i was hovering around 100k miles and I needed all of the fluids (transmission, transfer case, differentials) changed and I was getting some electronic errors codes, as well.My regular technician didnt mind working on my others cars (Nissan and Cadillac), but he recommended Total Precision because he didnt feel as comfortable dealing with a BMW and he is an excellent tech.When I got to Total Precision, they asked the right questions about the symptoms the car was exhibiting and they handled the job within several hours. Their pricing was very fair and my car absolutely drives more nicely now...!

Brought my 328xi in because of smoke coming from the hood, they tell me it’s my valve cover and oil stand housing gasket. Cool right? 1200 dollars later I think I’m all good. About 2 weeks later I notice my car leaking and I bring it to another place. My valve cover has been leaking since I got it “fixed” here thanks guys

I have been using this shop for 6 years and they always have been honest with me on prices and repairs. I had my valve seals done on my x5 4.8 along with alternator, coolant pipe, battery, water pump and a few other things and they did a very good job. They treat your vehicle as if it was theirs. Im so grateful to have found a shop like this.

Terrific staff that have helped me with multiple cars over the last 15 years. The sort of place that still keeps your replaced part for you and show you what happened.

It’s a shame as they do know a lot about European cars. What turned me off was the attitude of Mark specifically. He was very abrasive and gives a very much degrading tone when speaking to him. Yes he did get my car running but still left it with issues(mind you these were not cheap repairs to begin with), the fact that he didn’t want to look at it and just told me to “drive the car, it will go away”. When brought to his attention a few days later, he very much shrugged off my thoughts as they were inferior and did not want to listen to what I had to say. Now I’m left with a incomplete repair job. It’s a shame as I almost had the confidence to call the shop a go to, but now I’m left to look for another shop to complete the job.

This mechanic is the worst, don’t take your car there unless you want to be taking advantage off, if they fix something for you it will only last one months & then you have to keep taking the car there for the same issues & supposedly they give you one year warranty which is a total lie because they always find a way to tell you that is another problem that’s wrong with the car even tho you know is exactly the same thing, this people should go to jail for stealing peoples money and should have the business closed down ooooh and forgot to mention be ready for your car to be there for at least over a month...

Called with my issue, they gave the best price and Billy helped fix the part within minutes, I was expecting to drop it off and wait but did not have to.
