The other reviews seem odd, but heres a real review. Overall I am happy with my interaction and purchase from Bond Auto Brokers. Once I realized the cars were bought at auction and resold it made a lot more sense on what I was getting myself into. The vehicles sold at auction are typically cars that people cant afford payments, repairs, or insurance for. Sometimes companies upgrade their fleet and just sell to an auction house to get rid of their old fleet cars too. That means theres likelihood that the vehicle may need some minor repairs. In my case pretty minor ($1000) and ill have a good running truck. Make sure you look over what car your buying to determine if your getting into something that could use some light repair work. I think the sales people and the office lady were nice and pretty professional overall. My one note was that they did not wear masks themselves and that was a bit concerning and sets a bad example for customers. Dont expect perfection coming here, but if you do your due diligence you can negotiate a fair deal.

So I am totally in love with my new car and mind you this is my 3rd car I’ve purchased from Valerio the owner of Bond Auto Brokers! I’ve always received phenomenal prices on each car purchased and NEVER had any issues with any vehicle I’ve purchased from him! I know I wouldn’t be able to get the deals I’ve received on the vehicles from any other dealer around! He really has the best prices for cars around! Great customer service always striving to make each person completely satisfied and happy when walking away! Couldn’t ask for a better car dealer in Missouri or Illinois! Do not buy vehicles with them they sale lemons. Had to take my vehicle that I purchased to my machine because of electrical issues only to find out the vehicle had been in water. Christina also told me the sunroof worked when in actuality the sunroof did not work. Long story short week two from having the car major issues! DO NOT I REPEAT DO GO TO BOND AUTO BROKERS! THEY WILL BREAK YOUR POCKETS! MY Brother bought a car they gave him fake temp plates that had been registered to another driver! The police had to get involved. My brother had to go to the DMV the DMV informed him that the car he had bought was salvaged! A day later they repossessed the vehicle also DMV stated that the car would have to get multiple repairs in order to pass admissions test!

Do NOT get a vehicle from that place!! They sell cars illegally without the titles, tell you its at the auction but in reality you will never receive it and even after 6 months of buying the car we still didnt get the title or the plates!!! The cars he gets from the auctions are cheap but be aware of the condition of the car!! It breaks down on you the same day and the owner gives you no warranty no matter whats the price of the car. You will end up spending another 5K in repairs because everything in the car he sold us was breaking down including the transmission which should be covered under the warranty. The owner just doesnt want to hear about you after the moment you take the vehicle off the lot. And the car was not the cheapest he was selling!!! DO NOT trust this business and his illegal selling because you end up losing more money than getting a car from a decent dealership!!

Buyers beware. Check the bbb rating. My son was taken advantage of and I’m still trying to recover his money. He was 17 years old and they tried to give him a loan and took 8k cash from him, this is illegal in Illinois. We returned the car the next morning and requested his cash back. Been in limbo for months with no car or cash. Stay away from them just like the are me right now. They don’t care about you or your family. Taking advantage of underage teens without an adult is shameless!

Went to purchase car, drove 45 minutes just to be told it had a rebuilt title. I called the number on website and it was a workers cell. As asking questions about safety and emissions the women didn’t have a clue as to it being done. They were nice but lacked knowledge of questions asked. I ended leaving and purchasing from a different place.

After applying online and submitted all documents after being approved for financing, I was told they would send pics of the vehicle after they picked it up from the auction to finalize the deal. After not hearing from the owner after several days I called again. Needless to say I’ll buy elsewhere. This is the second time there’s been no follow thru.

This is a very bad decision if you are looking for a car. Cars my look good on the outside, but be aware because they are trash under the hood. Dealer is very unprofessional and only cares about selling the car. Makes deals that he does not stand up to, and will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Dealer dodges phone calls, and is very unprofessional. Save your money. This is a waist of your time!!! You will be very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Before coming to see the car the information I was given was amazing. I worked with Alaurian Watson for a couple days on laying out arrangements to come get the Mazda R8 and she did a great job assisting me. When thing was little miscommunicated the owner allowed it. I am super excited to come get the car tomorrow and meet the owner and the crew.

Purchased a 2014 Infiniti cash on 7-1-20 paid 10700 Cash and have a cash receipt.. The transmission went out a couple days later while I was still under my 15 day 500 mile warranty. I contacted the dealer he said he wasnt going to pay for it .I found out that he had previously had the vehicle at Infiniti plaza and they told him that the transmission was bad 3 days prior to selling to me .he did not disclose that. I had the transmission repaired 30 days later after giving him enough time to arbitrate he chose not to .when I finally filed civil suit against him 8-13-20 in Saint Clair County he filed fraudulent paperwork with a recovery company and illegally repossessed my vehicle on 8-16-20 .my balance is paid in full. The court date is pending for September 10th 2020 Case number 20-sc-1561.St Clair County Illinois Valerio Sanders is lying staying there was a stop payment..when I paid cash.. YOU CANT STOP PAYMENT ON CASH..hes trying to use an invoice from a deposit on an audi he bid on and didnt win the day prior and the transaction was cancelled... he thinks because he created an invoice of me owing money on 8-6-2020 AFTER i repaired the vehicle at the cost of 5828.50 hes going to take it HE WAS ORDERED TODAY TO RETURN IT BY SECRETARY OF STATE..HE WAS TO MEET ME AT ATLAS RECOVERY BECAUSE HE WAS TO PAY THE FEES AND RELEASE THE CAR TO ME..HE GOT THERE FIRST..PAID THE FEES AND HAD IT REMOVED WITHOUT PERMISSION. HE IS NOW FACING A WRONGFUL REPOSSESSION AS WELL...HE HAS AN F RATING WITH THE BBB FOR THIS TYPE OF THING IN THE PAST .AND WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE THIS TIME...he states in his response. .that Im being sued..yet..doesnt list a case number..he lied on the odometer reading on my bill of sale and Im able to prove that with documents provided by plaza infinti showing mileage listed 3 days prior to him selling it to me and being told the transmission needs replaced..he did not disclose any mechanical problems..and tried to put me out of warranty before I left the lot by not disclosing the proper mileage..there is also an executive order in place that all repossession are to cease in the state house bill 2020-16 him and altas recovery have violated.....WHEN I WENT TO SWANSEA POLICE DEPARTMENT AFTER THE 2ND DAY OF HIM BEING ORDERED TO GIVE IT BACK FOR ILLEGAL REPOSSESSION..AFTER HE REMOVED IT FROM ATLAS TOWING WITHOUT CONSENT .HE VANDALIZED IT TO THE POINT IT WONT START AND HAD TO BE TOWED TO INFINITIS DEALERSHIP..HE ALSO CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD ..AND PUT SOMETHING IN THE GAS TANK. ..AND TORE UP MY IGNITION BECAUSE HE DIDNT HAVE A KEY..MAJOR SCRATCHES ON THE BODY..ESPECIALLY WHERE HE BROKE IT..EXTENSIVE PHOTOS AND A VIDEO OF HIM IN THE VEHICLE WITHOUT CONSENT HAS BEEN SENT TO THE SECRETARY OF POLICE

Customers go to vendor-site with owner or brand brokers, pick out their own vehicle, test drive it, walk around the vehicle to examine structural damages, they pop the hood, some bring their own mechanics & family to help decide, owner & brand brokers openly inform customers of any codes, many of which are minor part labor expense expected on super low price vehicles, customer CHOOSE VEHICLE, AGREE TO GENERAL SERVICE REQUIREMENTS NEEDED THEN AS SOON AS ANY ISSUE OCCURS THEY LOG ON TO GOOGLE REVIEW AND BAD MOUTH THE BUSINESS.....INTERESTING......SO MANY SATISFIED EASY GOING CUSTOMERS AS WELL. Saw a car vehicle I wanted on offer up, which was listed as an 07 3,000 with 100k miles. Deal right?! Guess they buy their cars from private owners as well. Post says come in take a drive. I drive to Bond Auto, and the car is NOT there. Talk to representative and says the car will be here later. The car also had 190k miles and was $3500. Practice better customer service!

Just bought a Saturn Outlook SUV and i am extremely satisfied with my purchase. it came with some cool amenities such as Navigation, 3rd row seating, Automatic Starter, all leather interior. Body is in tip top shape. And the price was fair. And the customer service was very professional.

I couldnt purchase a car due to my credit anywhere else. Some car dealerships deny you and forget about you. I called the office and a lady arranged an appointment with me. I came into the office and spoke with a Mrs Tam, she was professional and pretty to with a great attitude. I am planning on buying my car from them in March with my refund cause they have great deals and have nice cars.

I totally understand the concept of buying a used vehicle that there will be things that’ll need replacing. But for the integrity of the business, I believe its in good practice to just say up front, “ you are buying a vehicle with a bad motor, bad transmission, and a bad fuel system”. I’m not sure what else a car salesman honk you would want with a vehicle with none of these items working. Unless you just say, THIS IS JUNK .... PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK” .... this way you know you buying junk. That way you know what to expect .... you can have it towed away to sit in your driveway or you have the option to go elsewhere.

I bought a vehicle from them they said all that was wrong with it was it needed a battery. I bought a battery drove it not even a day and it wouldnt start, so I put in the shop to find out whats wrong with it and they tell me I need a new engine. I called both valerio and his mom and they kept putting me off saying they would call me back and I still havent got a call from them. Im not saying they purposely sold me a lemon but I am saying that I asked them to help pay for the engine and and a car to drive until I can get mine back and have gotten no where with either party. We were going to go buy a truck from them also but if this is how they do business well take our business elsewhere

On 12/17/2018 we purchased a veichle from this dealership. Was told the truck was driven and had no issues. We notice once it was purchased the young tried to get us to register our vehicle in Illinois. Even though we dont reside in the state. Should have been my first sign he was dishonest. 3 days after purchasing veichle we notice a oil leak. 1 week into driving vehicle notice the truck transmission was having a little trouble. We parked the vehicle until it could be looked at. We know that buying a used car your gonna need a to have veichle services. Done that but after 3 weeks and 1 week of driving a complete transmission. Call the dealer was told hes not in and I will have return your called. Oh but it was the owner who answered the phone. I continue to call until Mr. Valero admitted it was him. Was told you drove it 3 weeks and a day. So basically Im screwed. This is were I come in I called the attorney general office in Springfield Mo filed a complaint, Better Business Bureau and logging a complaint with the police dept. Theft by deception. See we allow these Illinois dealerships to get away with breaking the law but he has ran across the wrong person. I wont stop until a law is passed were you cant knowingly sell a person a bad veichle. Him and his mother which he lied and said didnt work there was in the office the day we was there. Had just previously took some money from my friend son and never went to purchase the car. Currently being sued for that.

I have nothing personal against this business however the end result of trying this business out wasnt a good one. Upon doing research and going to numerous car dealerships in the surrounding area of Scott AFB,as i reside there i came across this establishment. After numerous aggravating attempts with dealerships and them acting like i had no clue about how they do business, when in fact I do I couldnt come to an agreement on a price for a new car for my family. I was tired of spending my off days searching and searching only for dealerships to try and rip me off by selling cars a few thousand dollars higher than what theyre really worth. I was simply searching for a 2018 Nissan rogue, Sl AWD with the sound and touring package, which is the top of the line platinum reserve setting they have with the brown interior. I am not one to be cheap however I know a lot about cars and the values indicating with them. Later i decided instead of wasting my time I would try and find a car broker to be the middle man and find this car at the price I felt was reasonable so that I could spend more time with my family in the event I had to be deployed or any such things that come up with the military lifestyle. I have never went to small dealership before as some can be sketchy, however this establishment seemed ok. I called and explained my concerns and what my search has been like thus far in this area, they assured me it shouldnt be an issue finding me the car i wanted, however I indicated to them that I have no debt and have outstanding credit. The lady proceeded to tell me I should fill out the credit application which kind of made me feel anxious because when you fill these things out it takes a ping to ones credit and I told them I wasnt worried about not being qualified as I get a monthly free credit report threw my bank. I also indicated I would first like to sit down with the owner and make sure a 100 % that this task could be met before proceeding with business. She indicated to myself that this was apart of the process and should be done so I unfortunately I went along and did so. I didnt hear from the owner for a few days or anyone and I emailed them online in relation to this matter and later I finally was able to speak to the owner. He indicated it wasnt needed to file the credit check of the paperwork until he found the car I desired and he didnt know why his employee would say such a thing, but would speak to her. I wont disclose her name as this is an honest review and not a bash on their business but I feel its important people know how my experience went with this business. I asked if this business was more formulated for those who needed a car and werent in good standing financially as something seemed off with the entire process. After given time to the owner to search if this task could be completed I had to email him to find out the status again. Valerio indicated to me he had family emergencies taken place and I understood and completely sympathize with situations of that matter. I expressed to him when I sent a email via Facebook that I received a rude response from one of his workers. I simply emailed them with the concerns I had in relation to my busy military work schedule and that if they could work with me around it I would appreciate it. The sum of the reply indicated to me was, that they have specific procedures in place for their business and that if customers cant respect that then they should find business elsewhere This really upset me and was very unprofessional, uncalled for and was brought to the attention of the owner. In conclusion I have yet to hear back from the owner in relation to my search and have indicated the proper review around my surrounding area to those who are looking for a middle man to search for their new vehicle. My experience wasnt good at all and wasnt ever concluded. It looks like I will simply wait until the 2019 inventories come in and try to buy my wife her new car at the lowest possible price even if I have to pay a few more dollars.

Absolute 100 percent SCAMMERS! I purchased a 2005 bmw 535i from here. The salesman who so happened to be thebowners nephew assurred me vehichle was in excellent mechanical shape. 24 hours later i was stranded on the side ofvyge road waiting on a tow. Owners valerio sanders response wasvthat he didnt wait on me or technically sell me vehicle and that i was chasing a ghost and that the mobey was long gone. Shop here at your own r=GM

My son purchased a BMW at this dealership on March 2nd. On the way home the transmission light came on. We contacted Velario the next day which was Saturday. He said to bring the car back Monday and he would take my son to the auction and he could purchase another car for what the car that we purchased at his dealership sold for at auction. The car locked up that night and had to be towed and had to take Uber home. Velario was contacted again to tell him what happened. He said to come to his dealership on Thursday at 4:30 and he would make it right and we could pick out a different car. We waited 4 hours at his car lot and he then offered another car for $700 more and that was our only option so we said ok. We left the car lot and 10 miles down the road this car also locked up. We called Velario and he did come and give us back the $700 from the upsell on this second vehicle but we are still out the money from that first vehicle. Illinois has a lemon law which states if you purchase a car under150000 miles and the power train fails within 500 miles or 15 days the dealer has the option to fix the vehicle or refund the money. He now wants to do nothing so we have to go through the attorney general to recoup our damages. BUYER BEWARE when doing business with this dealer it is only all good when it is all good but not the case if there is a problem with the vehicle you buy.

Horrible service the only time you get a response is when you make a bad review. Knowingly selling someone a vehicle that has a faulty transmission is not good business. Yes we know It is used but to know the truck doesnt last longer than a month. There is no way that much damaged that can be done within a few days, weeks or a month!!

Do Not do business with VALERIO SANDERS he sold me a car and my check engine light came on 3 days after i purchase the car he did not answer any calls or texts he also gave me a 19 day temp tag instead of 30 day his customer service skills are wack he blocked me through text and calling & refuses to give me my money back and i had the car for 5 days from 09/22/2018 until now
