Its a busy little warehouse; the manager met me in the parking lot and directed me to the office. The salesman took care of me right away. While I waited, the manager came in to make sure I was being helped and told me if there were any problems with the part to bring it back for a refund. The salesman was polite and helpful, also. I was in an out in under 15 with my part which fit perfectly. What more?

Parts werent even close to fitting my car, theyre foreign and are not direct fit, now I have to send back on my dime. Spend the extra and get the correct parts. I couldve gotten a Magnaflow exhaust for same price without the hassles of it not fitting.

I went on line to order an muffler assembly kit and they sent me a skid plate. Im very disappointed because I need the muffler assembly kit so I can drive my truck to work.

Despite FedEx coming to deliver my parts 1 day later than scheduled, Time Auto Parts were very 1. Helpful and accessible (Example: I had a question about the shipment processing and sent an email after their work hours. The very next day they email me around 8:45-8:50am to answer my question.)2. Made ready parts that were in excellent condition and fit to other parts (Example: My mechanic said he had a hard time removing my original exhaust system but was able to install the parts ( front pipe and exhaust system) easily. I bought the catalytic converter from another vendor, however, the front pipe matched seamlessly with the catalytic converter and then with the exhaust system. My Honda runs with more power, thankfully.3. Professional (Example: I wasnt entirely patient waiting for the parts since FedEx was late and I emailed Time Auto about it but I was in the wrong and appreciate them for not getting provoked .)

I Bought a complete dual exhaust system for my 2008 impala LT with a 3.9 motor. Exhaust system arrived with wrong size resonator pipe. I had to go to the local auto parts store Friday at 4 pm to purchase adapters and clamps to make the system fit. I sent Time Auto Parts an e-mail at 3 PM on Friday and they responded to me on Monday. Time Auto offered to send me a return label and would resend the correct part after I found a box to return the incorrect part they sent.I told Time Auto I purchased parts to make the system fit and they offered me $12.00 to pay for the parts that I bought and did not allow any credit for my time and gas to solve the problem they created. Heck you would have thought they could have offered $20.00 for my gas and time. I am sure I saved them more than that in shipping cost.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.This company sent me the wrong parts and refuses to make it right. They want me to pay return shipping for their mistake! Not to mention if you search for any of these parts you can get them for about half what they are charging. Horrible experience. Their customer service is in the trash.

This company is awesome! I purchased the wrong exhaust not realizing that there is a difference between an exhaust for a manual and one for an automatic car. I ended up calling the company and Nelson told me to drive up (Since I only live an hour and a half from the company) and they would not have a problem exchanging the parts for me. Nelson and Dolores were extremely professional and friendly. Took care of my problem right away and did not charge me any extra fees! I am very happy with this company and the level of professionalism they displayed. Thank you Nelson and Dolores!!!!

My parts got delivered to the wrong address in my city, to no ones fault other than fed ex...time auto was awesome about staying on top of fed ex and staying in contact with me to get my parts ...took longer then expected but once again all fed-ex...I definitely recommend them...thank you again time auto

Awful company. My check card was used fraudently after we placed an order with them. We had to pay $85.00 to return the exhaust we ordered. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Bought an exhaust for my 1999 Nissan Sentra I paid 120 with shipping and the part didnt fit with my oem exhaust I return the item have to pay 60 to ship it back and asked for an exchange instead I receive a refund and when I call about it they tell me they will call me back to fix the confusion and never receive a call back nor did they pay partial shipping like they told me they would if the part wasnt correct
