Unprofessional, Diane is very rude to customers. They denied me a copy of the invoice I signed and did not want to honor a price they quoted to complete a job. I will work with Hemms glass out of sidney instead.

Ive used Gates Brothers in the past, and they have always done quality work. After pricing four other companies, Gates Brothers is the least expensive by anywhere from $10 to $80 for a windshield. They have earned my loyalty.
