This is the first store I have been to that doesnt have carts or baskets! Also, their products are expensive. You get way greater bargain shopping from Walmart.

Another terrible family dollar. Came to the one on Renwick, they’re closed. Called this one asked the guy what time they closed “ Well we close at 9 so we can clean and leave at 10.” I asked if this decision came from corporate or from them he said “This came from us not corporate”. Y’all need to either change your times on the sign, operating system AND on google to provide proper customer service. Otherwise your just driving this store to the ground. Family dollar is definitely gonna go bankrupt with this type of reputation.

If you go to this family dollar make sure you never ask help from a cashier or whatever she is name BEVERLY. SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I was there on Sunday morning on Jun 02 /2018 i do not know if she is the manager or Cashier looks like she own the store very very very rude not word to explain just to let you know not good customer service she needs more taring, i can understand she has a luck of training pls no matter what when you put employees at front you need to make sure that you train them maybe maybe she is good in back of the house not front
