Doesn’t know anything about time management. If you send you car there expect the wait to be double what they say! I would recommend going somewhere else. They shouldn’t ask for you car to come in until they have the parts and their ready to fix it. You’re out of a car for weeks on end.

I had my car repaired after I hit a deer and they did a great job repairing my car. The paint colors blended perfectly. Today I just dropped in without an appointment to have them look at my bumper that pulled loose from getting stuck in mud. I expected to have to make an appointment for later. Jim had time so he came out and fixed it on the spot. Made my day. It’s nice to have the kind of service I think of as “how things used to be!”

Horrible communication. Never expect to get your vehicle back when they say they will be done. This is the second vehicle I took in and was told a week and its been two months. Never calls back I have to pester them to get any kind of answer. The work seems OK but I never had this issue with any of the other body shops in the area. If you use them get ready to be blow off every time you call or stop in.

We have used Jim Moreys Auto Body shop in Bella Vista, twice now. When it was first built we thought that it was a nice addition to the area, but probably something we wouldnt ever use. Well, two rear-endings later, we have now used them twice! They have always been friendly and worked with the insurance company making our job easy. We are now on our 2nd replacement bumper for the same vehicle, both done at Jim Moreys. This time included a paint job of the rear hatch and it now looks new! Please, everyone, drive safe out there!

Had to return 3 different occasions and in the end the work was never completed satisfactorily. People were really nice UNTIL I asked them to correct marginal work. I believe their intentions are good...

I went here looking for a mechanic not knowing they only deal with auto collisions. The owner and the worker still helped me by filling my coolant tank and telling me I would need to get my tank flushed. If I am ever in a collision this is the place I will go!
