Great Store it was very clean and the the worker were very friendly always going a step more for their costumers. Especially Hector he was very understanding and im very grateful f or letting me know of the current promotions that the store had. for sure i will come back no matter what.

Overheard older female employee giving attitude to Spanish speaking customer with a question. Asked a question myself, in English, & received the same attitude. So I guess she had enough for everyone.

The T-Mobile representative sold me a great plan and solutions, nothing compared with what Im receiving now as a Customer ( I should stay with Verizon )Customer service at T-Mobile is waste of Time.

I went in to get information and Eduardo helped me switch over from Verizon. He helped me payoff my phones with verizon and even helped me get a free Note 8. Highly recommend him!

Horrible customer service, this store does not provide any sort of friendliness at all. In fact Alexis was the one helping my brother, he gave so much attitude. We came to get my brothers social updated and he gave us attitude that he couldnt do any changes, but provide a memo. What I dont understand is why the stupid attitude? Its not like we gave him attitude for not being able to make the update for my brother and he was asked to cancel the insurance and his response was I already cancelled it, which was impossible because it was my brothers first time asking him to do so. I strongly recommend to avoid getting helped by this employee (Alexis).

They dont have a way of taking customers it gets busy and wondering who came in after who, they should have a self log in tablet at the entrance with a TV with each customers names to know whos ahead of who, cmon John Legere!!! And maybe a self serve machine to pay bills like Verizon does ... Instead of waiting for the 3 employees that are busy adding 10 lines -__-

At first all was great customer service when upgrading to my Galaxy S7 I bought a screen protector (shatter glass) so I thought so when my kid accidently dropped my phone and it broke took off my protector I them realized the rep who helped sold me something completely different just to make a sale went back with receipt and noone in store could explain nor did they accommodate me. I will stick to T-Mobile in ELA on Whittier Blvd all reps have 100 on customer service.

11/06/2015 @around 5:00pm - Went in to get my termination fee set up since switching from Verizon to tmobile, nothing against the phone service but the guy who helped us wasnt even helpful. I asked if he can help us with the termination fee reimbursement and he just gave me a piece of paper and said I have to do it bc they cant. Funny how I went to the T-Mobile at stonewood mall and we were pleasantly helped with everything. Yeah, maybe this guy should either get trained well or not work there at all.
