The sales associate, Ethan, is the reason for this 5-star review.Last weekend my girlfriend and I stopped by to pick up a couple cotter pins for our camper before we took it out on its first real camping trip. I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with the staff in Kenyon Noble in the past so I was reluctant to shop there, but it was on our way out of town so I decided to give it another chance.I wasn’t sure where the cotter pins were so I asked the first person I could find. My expectations were low, but Ethan was friendly and showed me where they were. We started chatting and I told him about my camper in the parking lot and how we were having trouble putting the rig in reverse without the trailer brakes locking up. He asked if he could take a look at it so we walked out to the parking lot together to see what was going on. He was used to towing and happened to have the same truck as me so he was able to quickly diagnose the first issue—shoddy wiring from the brake controller installed by the previous owners that had miraculously not yet caught fire. Ethan then brought me inside, showed me what parts and tools to buy, stood in line with me, came back out to the truck, and quickly demonstrated how to safely connect the wiring under the steering wheel so I could do it myself.We also needed a new 7-way connector so while I was working on the wiring under the steering wheel, he brought my girlfriend inside, showed her what to buy, and returned to the truck to give a quick overview on how to install the new connector. Eventually Ethan had to head back inside so there we were, my girlfriend and I, fixing the wiring on my truck that was far more dangerously put together than previously assumed.But the help from Ethan did not stop there. We soon discovered that the wire colors from my truck did not match the wire colors on the new connector. We had to figure out which wires went where by trial and error, and the process was painfully slow. While we were working, Kenyon Noble closed and Ethan came back out to check on us off the clock. He took a look at our dilemma and made some suggestions to improve our trial-and-error process. Then he gave us info about his neighbor’s shop down the road that, if we couldn’t get the wiring figured out, would be an affordable option to get the thing fixed. He even offered to send me a video of the wiring in his rig when he got home to see if it matched up with mine.After some more time, he had to leave, but gave us his number in case anything else came up. Luckily, soon after he left we finally figured it out using the technique he showed us and the camper was up and rolling.We went to Kenyon Noble to buy 3 cotter pins for ~$4, hoping to quickly dart in and out and head to the mountains. We ended up spending just over $60 in the store, working three hours in the parking lot, and learning a whole lot about our truck/camper combo. We could not have been more pleased to do so. Heck, Ethan boosted our order 15x over its original value and sent us away absolutely thrilled with the experience. Isn’t that the ideal sale?This was by far the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never had someone go out of their way the way Ethan did and be so genuinely determined to just help. This experience will stand out to both me and my girlfriend for a very very long. Thank you Ethan!!

No one will help you with anything, very very very expensive. I really try to shop local, even if its more expensive, but save yourself the headache and just go to Lowes or Home Depot.

I was helped right away and the guy working the rear register figured out what I needed even though I kept calling it the wrong thing. Then he went around the store getting the other items I needed. Great service in a timely manner. Very happy.

The best hardware store/ lumber yard in the Valley. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. A few that are completely worthless but that’s because of their general attitude towards life I’m sure. And a few that always go above and beyond to be helpful. Support your Local shops that support Liberty..

Called today for a quote on fencing material and was excited when the pricing was good. We went in and tried to pay, but they said their counts were likely very off, so they told us to go load up, then pay after. When we went to pay, the total was more than 3 times as much as it should have been. Never once did they apologize, after I pushed them a little, they gave a small discount, but not enough to make it right. It was a waste of my time and the last time I try to support Kenyon Noble.Last time is was in there, I asked for help finding foam insulation sealant, the response I got was, we probably have that. They didnt try to help me, I walked around the store looking for someone else, but didnt find anyone.Every time Ive been in there, the service gets worse and worse. I always try to support local, but its impossible for me to support Kenyon anymore. Every recent visit Ive taken there has been a waste of time.I highly recommend steering clear of Kenyon Noble

Consistently over priced products, sub par customer service and long wait times at the register aside they should be ashamed of the fact that almost no one wears a mask. Kenyon allows the culture of the selfish anti mask segment of Monantans to flourish here. It goes to show that the almighty dollar is more important to them than the safety of their customers who are considerate enough to wear masks.It’s a shame. You try and support local but when you don’t feel that you’re being supported by them enforcing the most simple of policies it’s hard to continue to give them business.

Im a big fan of Kenyon Noble. Weve bought housing material and plenty of propane from them without any issues.

Best in the valley! A good place to go if your contractor. They have a lumber yard, truss plant, Roofing, plumbing, and electrical. They do not have appliances, cabinets, or furniture. They do have an amazing paint supervisor and paint selection.

I have frequented this business all over the state. They are professionals and cater to builders and home owners and do it your sellers. A#1

From simple do it yourself repairs to a contractor ordering a whole home, kenyonIs the right choice .The best thing about Kenyon Noble is if you need something they do not carry they are glad to order in what you need.The Contractor desk is fast accident And always more than helpful they always go the extra mile to help.

Prices in certain items, especially weed wackers are almost double the prices at lowes.

It would be great if you had someone there who knew something about building materials.

Just the place where we need to get our Hardware. The people are amazing, the price is a little high but thats what you get with good customer service. Are number one go to store for any household items.

If I could give this store a -10 star rating, I would. I went in 3 times last week and saw the same thing over and over. A gaggle of young women standing at the registers talking to each other, doing nothing else, and not once was I looked at, much less was I asked if I needed help finding something. So if you do have a question or need help at this store, you might as well be pissing in the wind. My money is better spent somewhere else. I am completely disgusted with the attitude of the employees in this store.

Typically understaffed. In many many visits I have not encountered a staff member with definitive knowledge of any given department. As an example, the guy who knows the price of the pedestal sink was off for the weekend so I couldnt buy it even if I wanted... There is very little variety in various departments - one brand or variety of knobs, toilet repair kit, etc.If you know what you want exactly, they can usually help you locate the item within the store. For anything other than the most basic items, I suggest calling ahead to confirm they have it in stock.Unique items they have that many other stores often do not: various chalk paints, glow in the dark coating, glass frost kits, metallic chrome finish spray paint, plastic fusion paint, heat resistant bbq/appliance paint. Also, the best putty knife/scraper selection in town. (Quality craftsmanship - solid steel construction.)

Kenyon knoble just started charging for delivery. They may not tell you that they are adding this $50 charge. And will not work with you to dispute the charge because they stated your total. I will not be using Kenyon knoble in the future because they were not clear, and I have always ordered from them because they do not have a delivery fee.
