Was visiting a friend in Belfast.. do I visited rip tide vs burning moose in my town. I needed a coil and some nic salts for my vape... The women working was amazing!! She helped me pick a new flavor that is my new favorite now!! And helped me get the best cool possible! She really knew her stuff!

A visitor out the way from Philly, PA was treated like one of your own at this Maine Smoke Shop. Needed a few things since I was out of town and they recommended cool, affordable, and good products and even knocked a few bucks off. Visited Rip Tide yesterday and while I was late arriving i didnt feel extremely rushed, time was never even mentioned to me although it was kn my mind. So to the shop now, I collect all sorts of functional and non functional glass art. Wish I had all day and a stack of cash to spend while I was here. Kgb donuts. An enormous selection of bubble and directional caps. A plethora of insanely beautiful mini rigs and peak toppers. Not to mention all the small stuff like papers, wraps, lighters, torches, trays, hand pipes of every type and material used today. I love places like this. Cant wait to get back to really look hard and pick something nice. Helpful ladies working and some tunes to set the mood. Love the bubble cap I got. Mini torch saved the day. Cant beat it.

RESOLVED: **Changed from 1 star to 5 star after owner got ahold of me. **I faithfully drive an hour out of my way to this place once a week and today I was told that I could buy anything in the store, BUT this one specific flavor disp vape. This makes no sense to me because I have gone there multiple times and been cashed out by everyone of there employees and never had a issue. I have even private ordered specific vapes, requested multiple packs and brought them countless customers through word of mouth. I am jaw dropped by this encounter and feel as if this experience is worth sharing to spread awareness. If the owner contacts me privately with an apology I would gladly reconsider, but this rating is heartfelt and by a loyal customer. I hope she eventually sees this.

Purchased some glass here, the inside perc broke leaving the peice useless within the first couple weeks of owning it. Seems like it was defect, as it never took a fall and broke internally. No response from the team from any attempt at contact. Very disappointed in the experience

Destioney is one of the greatest gals ive ever met, hopefully someday she runs for president because ima be all aboard the #PinkhamTrain. but on the business aspect, shes even better. dont listen to any reviews below 5 star reviews cuz she helps and does whatever she can to get people what they want or need and works with ANYONE reasonably. you cant just sell things and not make money or else there would be no rip tide, so people who have problems with prices should shop for things in their price range, period. the perfect business and businesswoman. ❤

Lots of fancy pieces or just normal stuff. Papers, electronic pieces, any and every add-on you can think of. If I need something this is the first and usually last place I need to stop.

I bought a silicone piece from Riptide and several days later I broke the pull tab off the slide - I took the blame and I went back in for a replacement. They were having a columbus day sale at the time so I figured Id check it out. The woman working stated replacement slides were $5 each, I agreed to buy one and continued to browse the inventory as the the cashier was busy with another customer. The woman who was assisting me set the slide down and forgot where she put it. Then both women started looking at me as if I put it in my pocket! After a minute of searching they found it. The counter is always overflowing with items, no surprise it went missing. They charged me $8+ tax... so much for $5 they first told me it was, but I needed it so I bought it anyway. That was yesterday afternoon. This morning we go to use it, pull the slide out to clear the piece and the pull tab comes right off. Im not impressed. Not even a handful of uses and its done for. My advice: Start carrying quality pieces or your not going to last. I know I wont be back and Ill be telling everyone I know about my experience with you.
