I was looking for a simple watering can for indoor plants. There was a friendly employee nearby who helped me locate the item in an unexpected place (things are changed around because of the change of seasons). In looking for some household cleaning supplies, I was pleased that the customary variety of items was on the shelves. Checkout was easy, safe and pleasant.

The salesman who assisted me in selecting variety of bolts, nuts, and washers was terrific - he knew exactly what I needed to complete a job.

The staff was more than helpful when I went in to get my dog food. I was buying merick for my dog which gives you a free bag when you’ve bought 12 bags and my records didn’t show proof of my purchases for this year. The lady Whom was waiting on me went through several records to find proof of the purchases to no avail..She then went to talk with the manager and had me approved for 3 prior purchases. I came to buy bird seed, mulch (4bags)+..in side went great..out side went really bad..2 men standing outside talking..all kinds of cars and trucks going the wrong way, had to back up and set for some time..when I did get to picking up my mulch 2men still talking..no help.i am 8o with a bad back..will I come back?? note...no more rewards..l have been trying to get my rewards for 2weeks..

Great selection of hardware goods, tools, paints and more. The garden section and choice of flowers and plants is great. Can find all the seasonal items (shovels, pool items, grilling items, etc.) at the appropriate times. They also have a great selection of Husqvarna tools and a shop to work on them. Need a specific tool that you would rather not own? They have a great selection of rentals as well. Did I mention the great service? Always well taken care of when I visit here!

Dont normally leave negative reviews but hopefully someone will see this and fix the situation. I came across this store by chance. My 1st experience was good. I got a very nice man on the phone and he was really helpful.Was pleased with the chicken feed and price.Next time I went to buy feed I called with questions about the feed because i have multiple animals and got a lady who was hurried and rushed and seemed annoyed with my questions and basically just wanted me to go online.I ordered rabbit feed after spending a lot of time trying to figure out what the store actually had.Apparently the website that I was told was so easy to use does NOT show all of their inventory because when I pulled up to pick up my feed they asked me if I ordered the 25lb or 50 lb bag. I even went back online to see if I could find the 50 lb and couldnt get it to come up because 50 lb is what I really wanted. But I took the 25 that I had already paid for onlineThe 3rd time I decided to actually go in the store. Tried to get help but was brushed off again(I think it was the same woman )and told about going online. I couldnt even find the brand of feed the 1st guy had helped me purchase when I initially called.So I gave up and left. Probably not going to return. Tractor supply is so much more helpful even though it is a further drive. I prefer to support local but I will also shop where I know I will get help if I need it.The only reason I gave this place 3 stars instead of 1 star is because the first guy was kind patient and helpful. Wish I knew his name. But as someone who has worked in customer service for 10 yrs, brushing off a customer like that by that ladywould not and should not be tolerated.

The folks at Aubuchon are friendly, professional and always very helpful. I enjoy the rewards program and they often have fantastic sales. I can only recommend them. Bring your pup too, they are a dog friendly bunch.

This is a fully stocked hardware and feed store, with a high quality, seasonal greenhouse and a wide-ranging tool and equipment rental department. The staff is well trained, sociable and knowledgeable. There is also a well respected pet grooming facility incorporated in the building.

Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service. One employee — Austin — even delivered an assembled BBQ grill in his personal truck to my home. And they seem to have everything I might want ranging from rental tools to superb garden seedlings to a pet grooming service.

Ordered a generator during a long term power outage. They took my card info and i paid so i could pick when they arrived. Never called and its the day before Easter. When i drive there at 3:30 to see whathappened....sorry we are closed although the website said closing at 5. Very poor customer service.

There needs to be better communication to the customer from the employees at the store.

Yesterday I was trying to take apart a fairly complicated, favorite coffee maker and got stuck. I went to Aubuchon looking for a particular screwdriver and everyone was amazing. What a crowd including the pig and two cats. They are very determined to help and I appreciate their never give up attitude. The coffee pot came apart finally....no charge. Thanks everyone!

I went in looking for an additional chain (blade) for my chain saw, which I had purchased here a year ago. They didnt have the manufactures replacement, however the clerk was quick to check the Oregon brand and found what I needed. When I inquired about the quality of the Oregon brand vs. the Husqvana brand and why the Oregon would be more expensive, I was informed that until recently Oregon had been making the chains for Husqvana. I bought two.

POOR. Clerk refused to honor a $3.00 coupon which was received at time of purchase of paint. She claimed it was not my coupon, insisted I provide my phone #, and stated because I was not a member of some Aubochon member group that she would not honor it.

We have a number of chainsaws, mowers, generators and weed wackers and have had 4 or five tuned up in the past few months. The store mechanic has always been very helpful and competent, gave me good advice and charged fairly for the work.

Staff answers questions I have, and if they dont know....they find somebody that does. Great prices....and all the latest and greatest.
