When I bought my first iPad here 6 years ago they were friendly and so helpful. In the three times that I have been in since they have been a disappointment. One of the young guys is helpful, but the other fellow has been patronizing and grumpy. He stands behind his computer and barely makes eye contact. They also now have a sign that says they charge for any advice. Thats fair, but a little off-putting. I wanted to support a small local business, but I will drive the extra miles to Best Buy where everyone has always been friendly and helpful.

Went in with a totally dead computer and came out with a fully working one and half the price of other local competition. The guys at this shop do excellent work!

My MacBook Air got water spilled on it while I was here on vacation and I was convinced it was a goner. My mother-in-law told me about this place and they fixed my computer for dirt cheap compared to what it would cost to replace it or fix it elsewhere. Great and super helpful staff!

Ive been using their expertise for over two years, and Im quite happy with the results. Theyve been able to undo the quagmire of the most recent Apple OS: Yosemite and El Capitan, and keep my machine in service. Id give them five stars.

Rob was wonderful when I brought him my Macpro laptop that had stalled on an upgrade. Turns out My hard drive was fried. Rob replaced the hard drive and restored my files from my backup. He was professional, calm and kept me informed at every juncture. We are lucky tomhave his expertise available in Belfast and I highly recommend his service.

Archangel worked with all my old stuff and got it to work together. Didnt recommend the fix was buying a new computer. Our business been running rock solid since they came by.
