I bought one of the cheapest cars available, and I was treated like I was purchasing of the most expensive! There were problems with the used car, but they were all fixed with no fuss what so ever, and the whole process was as easy as could be. Very easy to recommend.

Left my car into Audi, Belfast for a premium service. The car had needed topped up with a litre of oil every three months which I asked them to check on. I ended up with a bill for Β£2,200, they charge out mechanics at Β£84/hour. I could live with this if an expert was servicing the car but when I saw the mechanic I would guess he was in his early 20s. They didnt even wash the car as you would expect from a premium service telling me all the good work was done under the bonnet. Three days later and the engine coolant is completely empty and the car undrivable with the garage not being open to Monday. Ive being driving Audis for many years, but I feel incredibly disappointed with service from the Belfast branch.
Very disappointed. I booked my car in for a new cambelt, water pump and a major service. I left it in early on a Friday morning. Later that afternoon they sent me a video of some faults they found with the suspension including perishing brake hoses. Regretfully I agreed to let them carry out the work. It took them a full week to finish the work which was ridiculous and during this they destroyed one of the brake callipers whilst fitting the new brake hoses and changing the brake fluid and they had the audacity to charge me for a new brake calliper when it was their fault. The technician commented that the brake callipers were relatively new on the video I was sent. I was happy enough paying Β£900 for the major service, cambelt and water pump but the rest of the work was far too expensive for all what was done. I definitely feel ripped off and shouldβve went elsewhere. To add insult to injury I was told that my car was ready and would be washed and valeted. Guess what? It wasnβt. The interior headlining of the car was covered in oil (see photos) which I noticed later on. After complaining I was offered a free wash and valet. Totally unacceptable. Just because itβs an old car doesnβt mean it should be treated like a piece of junk. I will never go near Belfast Audi ever again.

For a premium brand the customer service is non existent! Made a booking via Audiβs website to arrange a test drive, got a call from Audi Belfast and arranged a time and date to come in. Arrived at the scheduled time and only got as far as the showroom to see the car on the showroom floor. Explained I had been to Mercedes and VW and test drove a new car there which lead me on to the test drive I had arranged with Audi but got told βthere is no point test driving it because itβll just drive the same as a VW.βI was really disappointed in Audi and feel deflated coming away from there. I certainly didnβt leave with the wow factor I got from Mercedes and exceptional customer service I got from VW. Some staff in Audi Belfast require serious customer service training and need to learn how to be less elitist with their misguided preconceived ideas on whether a customer should or should not test drive an Audi.I might give Audi Portadown a try to see if the staff there are better trained even though theyβre part of the same dealer group.

I called into this place today with my father to ask about buying a new A1 for myself and my dad was there to ask about the Motability scheme and what offers would be available on behalf of my disabled mother.After reading the reviews of this place here on Google and of the positive feedback it had received, we were looking forward to having a quick chat about buying the car, or at least to see if we can book an appointment to call back when itβs convenient for a chat.Unfortunately, at the front desk we were very surprised to be greeted by one of the rudest people I have ever met in a car showroom. My father asked about speaking to a Motability representative and he was immediately told βno oneβs availableβ with no follow up on booking an appointment or taking his details for a follow up call, the Audi person just stood in silence looking at both of us with disgust. Unfortunately my father has run into this kind of discrimination before in premium brand car manufactureβs show rooms when asking about the Motability scheme.I asked if I could speak to someone about buying a new car to which I got an immediate, very loud, cheeky response of βcanβt you see everyone is busyβ as they waved their hand towards several of the other staff. After taking a step back from him and looking at him in shock of his attitude, he then paused for a moment as if he realised just how cheeky he sounded, he backtracked and made the excuse that because of COVID no one could speak to me now and asked if he could take my details for to make an appointment, I was so shocked and disgusted I just walked out.Iβm giving them a 1 star review because of this, your staff have to realise that they are representing your company and they cannot treat buying customers with such disrespect. This is the first time I or anyone in my family has ever called into this dealership and have never been treated so badly when trying to get information on buying one of their products.The question is, arenβt car sales down because of COVID? - I would say that treating customers this way is not the best method to use when trying to get sales back. Always have respect for your customers, without them you are nothing.Hopefully this is just a one off but please bear in mind what I have said above before visiting this placeThanks

Spotless showroom. I was immediately greeted despite a lot of customers clearly buying cars. One way system with much emphasis on hand sanitizer. Correct part was there expensive but expected that from a main dealer. Served professionally and friendly by Patrick
In my experience I recieved great service and I couldnt recommend my sales guy (Shaun) more. Bought my car a couple of years ago but I still call in to see what stock they have and its easy to walk around at night.

I could only say good things about our visit to Audi Belfast last night. We arrived late afternoon and (after a rather lovely latte) Michael gave us a comprehensive tour of the A1 which he had brought round for us, followed by a test drive. He then parked it in the brightly lit workshop for us to look at in detail. Then followed several conversations in the showroom again to discuss finance options, thus meaning that Michael was almost the last member of staff left in the building! As a result of his perceptive questions to us, and intelligent answers to our questions, we are now Audi converts and as of today the proud owners of an A1.
Would like to thank Ryan and the team after my recent purchase was a bit of a challenge being in England but the service I received was excellent and they were right about the car its spotlessly clean inside and out and a dream to drive thank you for everything π

Excellent service by David McAleer. We collected our new car this evening. David could not have been more helpful with helping us find what we were looking for. He is incredibly personable and lovely to deal with. We will look forward to dealing with him and Audi in the future.
First class service
Place is ok but when you go to other car showrooms sandwiches and tray bakes are available, here you get a tiny piece of shortcake, maybe if there was less money spent on flower arrangements then extra food could be available especially when you have to wait hrs for your car to be fixed. On the plus side staff are lovely
Excellent customer service. Gave my car a free health check and advised me of what work it needed done. Also washed it inside and out for free too! Just a pity I couldnt afford Audi to do the work. Cost wise its sky high but was still well impressed with the overall experience and customer service

They canceled my meeting tomorrow for warranty service .. a special holidays for that day has already been saved earlier ... I am sorry that they treat the Audi customer like this .. They didnt propose another day and even if they did, they would probably resign again.this company is not a real Audi service. I serviced my other audi at Portadown Audi and there have never been problems.I will return to the part in Portadown..or maybe a real service at Sligo?I do not recommend this company in belfast and I am waiting for an official answer from Audi Germany Never underestimate the client! Never not more audi in this coantry!!!
Really disappointed with the service I received from Audi. It was the first time I had visited them and it will be my last! Waiting times are ridiculous as well as attention to detail. You can have the best showroom in the world with the best refreshments but dealings with the customer is the most important thing of all. If customers are paying for such a prestige service they expect a top notch customer experience in return.

If you leave you car in here for a service and own either an S or RS model, its very likely its one of the many cars i see getting raked up the Queens road which is Audi Belfasts test drive route. Hard down shifts or they red line it for the fun.

Very efficient, customers treated very well. I appreciated the courtesy transport back to the office whilst my car was being checked over.
Couldnt diagnose an issue, had to diagnose myself, independent verified and swiftly fixed the issue. I was still charged with no offer of a refund or in kind gesture. Terrible that a main dealer cant see what a customer can with a basic diagnostic tool! The car wont be back.

The showroom is really nice, but the dealership is afflicted by having stand-offish sales staff who ignore potential customers.I was completely ignored by sales staff and I wondered to myself What do I have to do to buy an Audi?. Maybe I look as if I couldnt afford an Audi because I prefer not to wear designer label clothes so they just ignored me. I can afford designer clothes and an Audi.Obviously I mustnt fit their target demographic. It looks like I wont be buying an Audi any time soon!If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would, but that is not possible, hence the rather generous 1 star rating

Customer service from staff usually excellent. Always treated well when I visit. Colin Morrow was extremely helpful to me today and went way above the line of duty to clarify options and help me make right repair vs. replace choice for me. Ill also buy my next car from Isaac Agnews because of this great customer service.

Beautiful showroom. Beautiful cars.Been in 3 times and nobodys come near me. Not even the receptionist to say that someone would be with me shortly.Would like to do business as looking at an RS3 they had but obviously didnt want my money.
Unless you go in looking like somebody with a shirt and tie then forget them coming near you.... wouldnt even make eye contact or say hello, stood for over 40 minutes waiting to see someone.... needless to say thay missed a sale
I was looking to buy a new car and so Made an appointment and reached at the appointed time. Was told to wait in the coffee area. And then after waiting for 45 minutes was told that the guy I was supposed to meet is with another client and I needed to come back some other day. Speaks volumes of their customer service and if this is the way they treat you before you buy a car wonder what happens after they have got your money. I shudder to think.

I have driven Audi for quite a few years. The saying hoea; you get what you pay for. For sure l, leaving your car into Audi will not be cheap. The service you get however, is seconds to none. Staff extremely polite, helpful and very professional. I have never had a bad experience in Audi Belfast, other than the bill π I dont youll ever have receive that level and quality of service in any other establishment.
