Window world installed a beautiful entry door for me last week. The customer service that I received from Window World was impeccable. I knew that Window World was the company I wanted to go with as soon as I met with the owner Tim. He sat down with me and my wife and explained everything in great detail. He gave us some design ideas and we are so happy he did cause our door changed the whole look of our house! His son Nick installed our door and he did an amazing job. He was courteous and made sure everything was perfect! I will recommend Window World to everyone I know!

I reached out to Window World because I really felt a connection to the family driven business. It was really important to me that they do their own work and have no sub-contractors. After meeting with Tim I really felt like I was in good hands and I could trust him. I could tell he had my best interest at heart. Throughout the process their communication was spot on and the installation was superb. Everything went as planned and they left my house cleaner than when they arrived! Window World should be your go to.

My husband and I used Window World this past year and replaced all the windows in the house. The salesman was great and really worked with us to get exactly what we wanted, and at a great price! The installation crew was great. They made sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times. We loved the work that Window World did and will definetly be using them again in the future. Window World was a great company to work with. Linnea suggested that we go to the showroom to pick out the style of window. It was really nice to be able to see it in person before making the final decision. Slav was our installer, and did an incredible job, and fast too. Definitely will be contacting Window World soon for our doors.

For a small entry side door to a garage I was quoted $4000. $2000 more than having a garage door installed. When I said four thousand for that small door!? He said well we arent Home Depot. If you want a cheap door go there. I wish I had told him to get the F out of my house. Unfortunately I was caught so off guard by his demeaning remarks and insulting me with the outrageous quote I was stuped and not thinking fast enough. Ive been thinking about it and realized that if I had been a man I never would have been treated that way. Discrimination, chauvinism and price gouging women, by their sales person Val. Obviously I didnt do business with them. It would be interesting to know if any other women were treated this way by them.

Window World is the Best! I had siding and windows replaced.The design and transformation of my home is beyond what I had hoped, and I couldn’t be happier with the work from start to finish. Tim made excellent recommendations without pressure. The work took almost two weeks, and the entire team went above and beyond! It is a pleasure to work them!

After having three estimates from professional window specialist we decided to contract Window World of Western Massacuhsetts. Our initial meeting with Tim D. was very informative and professional. He explained the Window World products and how the process works. Comparing the Window World products to the other offers and estimates everything lined up better to use Window World.We planned a date and as planned everything went perfect. Within two days of work the two man crew had replaced 17 windows, two entry doors and a new storm door. They followed the contract to their word and left our home looking great!Thanks to Slave his partner, Tim D and all the office personnel to make the update seamless and promptly.

We did our due diligence and spoke with several contractors when we decided to renovate the front of our home. When we met Tim from Window World we knew immediately that we wanted to work with him. He was so excited about our home and the project. He had a vision that no one else offered, and really helped us to see the potential that our house had.Shortly after we signed the paperwork we were given a beginning and end date for the project. Work began on the promised date and was completed in the nine consecutive business days they designated for our project. It rained quite heavily on two of those days but the crew worked straight through it. We had heard so many stories of contractors starting a project only to stop part way through to work on something else. Tim promised us that once they start a project they would complete it before moving on to the next project, and he kept his promise.The foreman Craig and his amazing crew cared for our home as if they were working on their own home. The craftsmanship and dedication to detail was contagious throughout the crew and absolutely no corners were cut by a single worker. They were friendly and courteous which was very much appreciated as we both have home offices and were at home throughout much of each work day. At the end of every day they cleaned up inside and out leaving us to enjoy our living space free of construction mess and general chaos.We were so excited to see each new day come and go and to see the results of their meticulous work. Very poor installation job. Gaps in door closure; Ran out of wood for capping and used an unfinished 1x6; Poor reinstallation of storm door. Pictures available. As with many other reviewers, I work with many window firms across US, my experience with this Window World was that they are willing to take your money, but just cant handle the work any more.Example:i. Tim Drost (a director) quoted me and took my 50% deposit 05.05.21 giving me a six week lead time for installation.ii. Measurement guy came week after & confirmed orderiii. On 06.11.21 I got a call from their sales dept, telling me they couldnt get interior color I needed. That was OK, what was not OK is that when I asked about the new lead time, the lady told me it would be another 6 weeks. When I asked her why, she said oops, sorry I forgot, it was sitting on my desk, my bad.No return calls from Tim Drost. Nothing.Unbelievable. Im not sure Id use them on a garden shed.Avoid at all costs.

This business is the most unprofessional window replacement business in all of western Massachusetts. They couldnt even issue me an estimate after coming to take measurements. The owner Tim kept on promising me that he will get to it and apologizing. At the end he never did and stopped returning phone calls. We had this company do the windows in our prior house and as a returning customer this is how we were treated. Dont expect anything professional from this business because they are a reflection of its owner.The owner instead of taking the time to call me back after I called multiple times and was told multiple times by Tim that Yes, I will have it for you this week until he just stopped answering phones. Now I see that he had enough time to write a response to my review. Instead of doing that why dont you return a phone call. All I needed was a minute or two of your time on the phone and you couldnt make it happen. I would recommend to stop doing estimates if you can actually get a quote out to people in a timely manner.

Love my windows. Good quality and look great. I did call window world 6/8/21 to get a quote for cellar windows and was told they do not come to Betkshire County any more. My only question is what happens if something goes wrong with my windows since they have a lifetime guarantee, will nothing be done because of my location. Other than that I’m totally happy with my windows. Upset I can’t get the cellar windows replaced.

Window World of Western Mass was amazing. I knew they were the company I wanted to go with as soon as I met with Lanea and Tim in their beautiful Belchertown showroom. They sat down with me and helped me virtually design my home. They were able to change the color of my siding and even add accent walls so I would know exactly what my house would look like when they were finished! From the first day I met with them to the completion of the job every single person I dealt with was professional and made me feel like they really cared about my home. The installers worked hard through the summer heat making sure everything was perfect and at the end of each day they left my home cleaner than it was before they started! This was the most professional company I have ever dealt with and I have recommended them to everyone who would listen. I love how beautiful my home looks! Thank you Window World!

I have dealt with Window world in the past (2-3 times) their service, on site performance, quality of items installed, expedient work and clean up, along with long term guarantees are the best, far and above other contractors. Im not hesitant to refer this company to anyone who needs work done for home improvement projects, however, my disappointment in this project was the excessive time the factory took to manufacture the item for installation, other than that, I have no complaints.

Had an appointment for 6pm to discuss windows and siding. Made the appointment weeks ago. Waited 40 mins to be seen, after being told it would be a 20 minute wait. Drove over an hour to go to them. The other clients being seen in the showroom sounded like friends or something and owners clearly were not in a rush to get to us even though we had a scheduled time. Could have had someone start helping us I’m sure, but no every single worker was around this other group, who I’m sure would have understood if you said sorry we have another appointment.. just super unprofessional and rude and why would I give my money to a place like that when they can’t even keep an appointment. They called me afterwards at 7:15 on our way home if I wanted to discuss siding colors on the phone lol, gee thanks that will really help. Just can’t believe a business with such great reviews is like that. If you don’t roll up in a Range Rover or BMW they won’t bother with you.

They are well trained and did a great job installing new windows and doors.

Had new windows installed back in December. At first I was impressed with them. We had a significant snowstorm shortly after they were installed and noticed not one flake was melting that accumulated on the windows.The staff on the other hand is the least professional crew Ive had come to my house. Besides not communicating with us and/or not listening to what we needed them to do when they got done with room and moved onto other because we have 2 cats that stay indoors we requested they let us know when they were to move on so we could move the cats into another room. Not only did they not obey our requests, but they decided to needed to use an indoor plug and leave the front door open instead of asking or using the multiple outside plugs we have on the house. Again, our cats are indoor cats. At one point we couldnt find one of them and thought he got out. We searched the house throughly and couldnt find him. The crew never helped, asked if they could helped or seemed like they cared. We eventually found him hiding I the basement. This crew also caused damage by getting caulking on my sons bedspread, broke several Christmas decorations, and disregarded COVID precautions when entering the house to explain the operation of the windows to my in laws who are both more likely to get the virus with thier comorbidities.I wrote an email to them to explain my dissatisfaction with their crew and never received any communication in return. I was going to ask them to come back in several years to replace our doors and install a bay window but Ive changed my mind on that one.Then to top this off, we started having issues with several windows sticking and the top pane dropping down on one window. After 2 instances of not being able to get 2 windows to close and a 3rd window sticking so hard that my 20 yr old daughter injured her hand when it finally freed itself I called to have them come out to check on them. They sent a manager out to look at them and just like when you take your car to a mechanic to check on a problem your having the windows would not have the issues we were having. The manager seemed irritated and his people skills seemed arrogant like I was either making the issues up or didnt really care about the problems I was describing.The windows for the most part are very efficient and have helped with the heating and cooling of the house. However, this company has some work to do when it comes to customer service from their crews.

We got a quote from Anderson Windows of $54,000 for 19 windows. Window world gave us a quote of $16,000. Theyre extremely professional and friendly.

Very professional company. They replaced a front door, a side door and two garage doors. From the upfront estimate where Val recommended products that not only fit our budget but were great quality too, we felt secure enough to sign the deal. No high pressure sales people. Crews showed up on time. They were very courteous and skilled and worked steadily and carefully. Then cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them.

What a great company from start to finish!! Very friendly, highly qualified and outstanding work. I had all my windows replaced and 2 bay windows removed and replaced with sliders. The windows look beautiful and very nice quality. I have received so many compliments from neighbors. My installer Slav was prestige. His workmanship was truly perfect. From start to finish, Window World of MA was a pleasure to work with. Everything was delivered and installed as promised. The windows are beautiful, we also had some siding and roof repairs done to correct work done by a different contractor. All of the installers were professional, courteous and very considerate. What a great experience! I had to reschedule my appointment 3 different times and they were more than accommodating! Customer Service was on point!! The two gentlemen that did the actual work were extremely informative and made sure I knew what was going on and happy with the final result. They left my house looking untouched! I had french doors removed and a new slider installed yesterday. From start to finish, they were absolutely great. The product, workmanship, clean up, and professionalism was outstanding. I will be calling them soon to get 12 windows in my sun room. The only thing that could have been better would be meeting the woman on the commercial. LOL

My initial impression of Window World was that they were a good company to deal with. Their commercials brought me in to a nice showroom, and friendly staff. However, when I tried to make an appointment for a quote, I was told the owner would not even consider meeting with a potential customer if the homeowner was not present. They wont even make an appointment. So if youre a property manager, represent an absentee owner, or are a renter doing groundwork for the owner, this company doesnt want to give you the time of day. After talking to a friend who knew the owner, I was convinced to give Window World an opportunity to explain the policy, and see what we could work out. I returned, left my business card, and asked if the owner (Tim) would give me a call. I was assured he would, but after 2 weeks, I still have not received a call. I dont know why they have this policy. Whether its due to a bad past experience, business exceeding their resources dictating who they turn away, or if they try to do a hard sell on the initial appointment, I cant recommend a company that wont give a customer an opportunity to do business with them. Id suggest working with a different company.

Window world installed a therma true door for me. The two men who came were very polite and did a wonderful job. They vacuumed my front entrance way when they were done and showed me how to use my new door. Its Its absolutely beautiful. I am very happy with the work that was done and the quality of my door surpasses any I have seen elsewhere.

I had the front door installed by these guys about two years ago. Love the way it turned out. Customer service is excellent had a minor issue with the door and the repairman was there to fix it first thing in the morning for their lifetime warranty.

Window World installed 7 very large, non-standard picture windows in my living room. I was very happy with the results! Craig, my salesperson, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable during the consult. The installers were very clean and fast. I am very happy with my windows and have had them now for 6 years with no complaints. During the winter I cannot feel a draft. Cleaning them is easy because they flip out so you can access the outside of the glass. I received quotes from Pella and Andersen Windows as well, and Window World was significantly less expensive. I definitely recommend Window World!

I had my rear entry door replaced by Tim and his team last year. Excellent job. He was knowledgeable about installation. They assessed floor damage during consult and included it in estimate. I didnt have to pay any more than what was quoted and they came back to replace bottom sweep because the sill was too high (not their fault we were trying to avoid more water damage until I fixed my gutters and got a storm door). This year we purchased a storm door with retractable screen and dog door. The dogs, my wife, and I love it. We are saving up to have them replace our windows and siding next.

Not a good experience installed a wrong type of window been trying to get them to come out and replace it since December but they have canceled twice; plus the rest of the windows have had air blowing through in places. Im extremely disappointed in them.

When I was called with a few choices of time for commencement of my window installation, I agreed on a mutually satisfactory time with Window World. The trailer pulled in promptly at the arrival time. Mike Wood and his helper John were business-like and professional at all times, taking incredible care to maintain cleanliness of the grounds due to discarded trim and plenty of dust. Mike even came back on a Sunday morning to finish the trim on the doors. Their work was impeccable, even in an old and cranky house. I was given complete instructions by him on the operations of the windows as well. I also want to thank Craig Opal, the salesman, who gave me plenty of advice and guidance on such a big project. I wont hesitate to recommend Window World to everyone. Thanks for brightening up my entire house!

The window people were amazing and nice!! The siding people were HORRIBLE! They ruined my gardens all along the house. They left screws and nails all over my yard and driveway.Got some good metal shards too. The siding is already falling off in front and in the back.

I am a retired disable Veteran.Do not go with Window World...go with another company.The windows do not open enough for the smallest air conditioner.I have to take the window pane out then whatever space is open then fill that with insulation. Even though at the time of sale I was told it would.Also, had a tree fall on my house and it took them weeks to come out.Tim Drost came out. He could not tell me if the marks on the siding were scratches. He thought they could come off with power washing. The power wash guy said no way...they were scratches. How does a representative, I think the manager, not know the difference between a scratch and mark that can be removed?????So much miscommunication with this company. I should have canceled when they didnt start the siding when they said they would start one day they didnt.Also, I understand people going on vacation but put an out of office reply on emails, facebook, and voicemail. Then the customer will have some clue as to when they will be replied too.Also, I went with Window World because they had a lifelong warranty even though they were more expensive with the siding. Well, I should have gone with another company. Which I will with any type of replacement vinyl siding.

Very accommodating when installation date had to be changed due to family matters. Quite the professionally orchestrated transaction-- from start to finish!

I had my windows replaced by Window World two years ago. Im pleased with the quality of the windows, but... the installers were horrible. They didnt seal the exterior trim to the brick, so I had to do it to all of the windows. There were gaps leading to my wall cavity. But even worse, they used silicone caulking around all the interior. Silicone CANNOT be painted, nor caulked over. Nothing adheres to silicone. They should have known this. I call a few months after install when I was painting and noticed the problem. They were very nice and offered to come out, remove the silicone on the interior and reapply latex so I could paint (at this point it cost me at least 12 hours in labor). Well, two years later, Im repainting a room and I vacuumed up dust around the window and all of the latex caulking came off instantly. They put the latex OVER the silicone. This sucks. Now I cant paint he trim around the window. Buyer beware

My primary home is in Wmass. Went to Window World in Westfield to look at their products for a house at the Cape. (They do have a window world at the cape). They were not friendly at all. Did not want to answer questions. We just wanted an idea of what products and services were offered by WW. Linnea is the person who spoke to us. Ill never go there again for any service.

Their commercial says Quality and Service You Can Trust….just not in my case.They missed both marks when replacing my patio door.Day 1. Day of install. After Brian the installer left we noticed that you had to slam the door to fully close. We also found the door wouldn’t lock from the outside and the screen would get stuck when closed. I called the office after 5pm and left a detailed voice mail.Day 2. No call back, so I called them again, this time before 5. They said they did get my voice message and gave it to Pat the service manager.Day 7. No call back from Pat the service manager. For my 3rd time contacting I emailed, hoping for better luck and it was after 5.Day 8. Received call from Pat the service manager “Sorry I did get your messages, but I’ve been very busy”. He sets appointment to see my door.Day 12. Pat arrives at my house, confirms the issues with door and takes pictures. I asked him to please call me back to let me know what going on. “Absolutely I will call you back, I promise” he says.Day 31. No call back from Pat the service manager. I then called the office again and asked to speak to the owner. The receptionist takes my info and will have him call me. About an hour later I receive call from Tim the general manager. He seems very concerned, apologizes and says, “1000% this is not how we do business. I will personally get to the bottom of this and call you Monday morning”.Day 33. Guess what? Yup by the end of the day no call back from Tim the general manager. I called again asking to speak to the owner Bob from the commercial. Linnea takes my call and hears me out. She said this is the first she heard of my problem. I then emailed her these details. Linnea arranges for Brian the installer to return the following morning and fix the door.Day 34. Brian the installer comes back and fixes all the problems in less than 30 mins. Later that afternoon Linnea follows up to see if everything is taken care of. She apologizes again and says “call us if I need anything else”. Uggg!All of these phone calls, emails and time I missed from work for a 30 minute fix! Is this the kind of Quality and Service You Can Trust? I dread the day if I have to call them for their lifetime warranty. I wish I never chose Window World of Western Mass. The old saying rings true here, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
