I had a Long Gun transferred here 10-18-21 and picked it up 10-20-21 the sales woman was absolutely fantastic I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful and friendly made the experience one of the best ones I’ve ever had anywhere. I also forgot to ask for something in the package and called them in hopes it had net been tossed because of a mistake I had made, but the found it and saved it for me before it was thrown out. This place is clean, smells good, and all for the employees are personable and friendly. The transfer fees are reasonable and all their products are amazing. If you want quality product, services and just a all around good experience I strongly suggest checking this place out. Husband immediately came home to test it and wow just fantastic all around. Thank y’all so much. You will be seeing us again soon.

This is the best gun shop I have ever been to! They have hard to find items, optics, holsters, weapon lights, and most any other accessory thats popular right now. Almost always less expensive than other suppliers, especially during these times where there’s some major gouging going on! Great place to go look and buy. I worked with Scott and he took almost 2 hours helping me understand what I needed to know for my first purchase of a pistol. I explained my needs and thoughts and he showed me so many options all the while letting me be in charge of the decision. I could not recommend this place more!

Well I would recommend this place normally, but the reason I am not recommending this business is because they do not allow you to express your 1st amendment right when you do not agree with something they are doing. I have been banned from doing business with them because I was expressing my disagreements to another gun dealer and someone overheard and told Tammi. When I went in to Americana to buy something Tammi told me I was banned because I was expressing my thoughts to someone about something I didn’t agree with, She said I was a “high maintenance customer” because what I didn’t agree with is that they refused to order me what I wanted because it was not in stock or not in the store, and would just tell me to check back in a week instead of just putting me on a waiting list and calling me when it was available. This happened multiple times and they would always try to convince me to get something I didn’t want. This was 8months back, today I walked in and tried to see if I could buy a spring and detent for my dad in law enforcement who needs it for his off duty police job and I needed to get it because to order it online it wouldn’t be in on time for his job coming up, she told me I still can’t do business there. From personal experience I can tell you I have people that don’t agree with me and complain about it to people all the time, that’s doesn’t mean I wouldn’t do business with them I would instead try to fix the problem to earn their business, instead of saying you hurt my feelings and I’m not going to do business with you anymore. That is a very childish way to act and especially for something as simple as it was.

Stopped by this Gun Shop on my way to the beach. I’ve been looking for H4350 reloading powder everywhere. They had one pound. They also had a lot of other reloading powder, Primers, and lead. Tons of guns for sale. It’s a huge place. Biggest gun shop I’ve ever been to. They have almost everything. If they don’t have it they can get you it and on your way back from the beach you can pick it up! They used to have a gold plated TommyGun:)

Went by to purchase a gun and there was a 6ft tall man, didn’t catch his name. I tried asking about a gun I was going to purchase and he just gave me the dirtiest look I’ve ever gotten and walked away. Why would someone hire another person that just disrespects their costumers? I tried asking him again and even walked where he went and he just walked away and pretended like he didn’t hear me. The management really needs to do something about him. Someone like that shouldn’t be working as customer service.

Bought an Excell Arms 5.7 and took it home excited! Then when I was firing it using recommended ammo it consistently stove piped rounds. Contacted seller and they refused to take it back and said I had to contact manufacturer first. So here I go, got rma from Manufacturer went out of pocket on shipping. Waited several weeks and finally got it back. Took it out and same damn thing with all ammo. Even recommended FN 40gn. Ammo. So I contacted the seller and arranged to take it back. Took it back and waited around half the day for them to get around to cutting me a check. Finally when the “man” gives me the check he verbally abused and ridiculed me in front of a floor of customers asserting that I threatened his business on Facebook??? I don’t even have an account with Facebook??? Any how my original intentions were to take it back and drop a few hundred more on another gun. But hey? Ohh well. So I left out of pocket on shipping, time and fuel for driving from San Antonio. Never again with these guys!!!! Today I’ve got $3000 to drop on a tactical Bolt action but it won’t be spent here!!! Do not recommend these guys!!!
