They have been great but dropped the ball. I went in on Feb 7th to replace ( warranty) my kids glasses and they took the warranty and told me to put glue for time being until new frame came in a week later, called in this morning, I understand weather the rona and all but to not even bother to call me and say there is a delay noting.. And they tell me oh it was never placed, seriously. Just saying this really bothered me and the same person who helped me at store was the one who answered phone to tell me this.... not a happy person, and to want to give me a used frame thats been touched and used by people and say its been sanitized . like seriously... like i said not HAPPY
