Great customer service skills for all current employees!! This store is clean and all the ladies always have a smile. I also seem to run into the blonde lady she is always working day in and day out. I believe she is the manager & has been for 3 plus years! She keeps this store in tip top shape!!! They always have the best!!

All their employees are friendly and personable. Great customer service; unlike Payless Liquors on Albany. They have the rudest costumer service reps that I have ever come across in my entire life (50 yrs). Its unbelievable how rude they are. Actually, in all honesty it is only one who is the problem. I think she is a manager. She trains the new employees to be rude like her. When they hire a nuwby they are always friendly, helpful, curious, etc... Greet you with a smile and hello. However, after working and training under this rude and hateful person for a couple weeks, they also forget their customer service skills...they become a chip off the old blockIf I sound disgusted it is because I have good reason to be disgusted. I was totally humiliated and slandered in front of other customers, by this certain so called manager. I could have and should have sued the establishment for what this chick screamed at me and said about me. I am sure that the company has lost many good paying customers due to this chick. I had been a daily regular for years. Although, I never liked going in there because of her. Yet, it was close to home and convenient.Anyway, thats all Ill say about that for now.Swing on over to Crown liquors, corner of Sherman and Raymond. I have never been given a reason to complain there. Even though my brand is a couple rollers more than the other. I guess its a small price to pay for good and friendly service.😁😋

Friendly staff and very convenient. Only minutes away from my house. But I have decided to take my business elsewhere after tonight and can probably speak for the other customers that were planning to buy product from this same store tonight. We were told they have to close early because all systems were down. They didnt offer to take cash which I had. And I have to say not the first time Ive dealt with this. Seems to be an ongoing problem with inventory issues as well. I hope for some improvement in the future.

Ive seen them service people without Id,Im almost fifty and they turn me away, so they pick and choose.customer service not always good.only at there convenience.
