This place is turning into Walmart. I go here because I dont like the crowds in Walmart. They always have one person working which causes a long line of customers like today for instance. Why yall keep 2 or 3 registers when you only going to have one worker working the register. The ladys here are nice though.

This store is convenient for me, but I dont see myself ever going there again.Its always getting robbed. Just last week, customers were being robbed.So, for my safety, I have no interest in shopping there ever again.

Very well organized and the staff was very helpful and had lots of knowledge of Items. This place practicing great cleaning and Proper social distancing practicing. Excellent JOB to all at this location.

Always dirty in there unstocked stock not put up and no way are they cleaninganything.

I like Dollar General. I dont always need the exercise of big box stores or supermarket. The workers at the one I usually go to are very nice. They are definitely over-worked.

Got what I needed and a mug I love! The store was clean and a helpful staff.

Decent place. One of the ladies in the front is really nice. One wouldnt even look at me. Hence why only 4 stars. The taller lady at the register needs to learn some more manners. But all in all. Great store. Close and convenient

None of the staff or managers wear their masks properly to actually cover their nose or mouth. This is not a safe place for people to enter.

I always like dollar general they usually have what Im looking for at a good price. They dont always have what Im looking for but youll have that at any store.

The ladies are doing a very good job. Ive been looking for some toys for my grandson and I had trouble finding what I wanted in this dollar general store since they had so many for me to pick from. The prices were wonderful. I enjoyed shopping in this store. Keep up the good work.

I just love shopping at the dollar General. The manager at the one on Emerson isnt very nice tho but thats ok. I still like the store

Never have anything in stock and if they do then its broken or in the wrong place.

They always seem short staffed and for the most part the young ladies at night never even say hello. One of the only businesses I use and always have a non verbal exchange with the cashier . Must be a generational thing. Lack of manners that is. I still go there because its convenient and they stay open late.

Associates pleasant! One of the neatly maintained DGs! Considering the times were in right now(covid), they still have some items to select from.

They are still setting up so couldnt get everything I needed so couldnt use my coupon...Like what I see so far.... Ive only been in this store a few times... Staff is courteous & professional...

If you are kind to the staff, they will treat you well. Just be a good person love the new layout

The employees are great at the Ingalls, In. Store. The company however needs to employ more people. To have better service and less freight sitting around for people to maneuver around. Might take this to heart, alot of older people shop there and is a fall risk.

One cashier, The line was pretty long, The Store was a disaster. I don’t see how they stay open. Dollar General used to be a lot better then this.

Store really aint that clean. Cashier spent 5 minutes counting the same 4 bill equal to $100, for a drop, that took an additional 5 minutes to slide underneath drawer. And then the child forgot to give me my change when she finally ranged me up

They need more help! Aisles are always full of boxes. The employees are friendly tho. They do know their store.

Store could be cleaned up a little more. Every time I shop here there is always carts of product in their big carts that needs to be put away. These carts block aisles and make it hard to shop at. I think staff is very scarce here and to busy to work the freight properly.

This is my local Dollar General, its my go to for anything I dont want to run to Krogers or Walmart for!! Nice employees & clean for most part.

Good pricing just always step in isles hard to walk around the stores to me is not handicap friendly

DG need to do their Best at greater focus on the job with coworkers and the Customer Services in the area of the Customers at the POS

Its the dollar store it is great for getting what you need without having to go all the way to a big box store.

Very convenient for me and they carry a lot of things at a better price than the larger stores.

Blonde haired older lady was extremely rude to me and I’ve heard from a few other people that she’s been rude to them as well. I’m not sure what her name is but I’ve seen her be rude to a few coworkers as well and I feel very sorry for them that they have to work with such a witch of a women.

Typical Dollar General store. It was busy but they were doing a nice job of clearing the lines out with two cashiers which is one cashier more than Walmart would of had.

Friendly and helpful. Had a good experience and able to get all of my items without having to go to a bigger store.

The card terminals didnt work you had to put your chip in twice and then swipe your card! If you were lucky it would work the first time you try, if not you have to do it all over again! The line was long and only one cash register open! There was two people in front of me and they walked out without there items. I did the same!!

This Dollar general opens late all the time. Rude employees. If it wasnt so close to my kids school and convenient I wouldnt ever go. But they have the water she likes and gas station doesnt carry it.

If i could give this Dollar General 0 stars i would. Pathetic customer service. Cashier did not give me all my bags and when i called up there about my bag i was told its there but its my responsibility to get all my bags and then got hung up on. Ive been trying to call back since last night and NO ANSWER. I dont even live on that side of town and this is my first experience with this particular Dollar General. I will never be back to this location. I want my phone calls to be answered as i would like to speak to a manager and i want my items SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE ASAP i will be contacting corporate.

Quick stop, store could use a good cleaning

Its so dirty and run down, and the customer service is hit or miss. As many DG locations as there are, its really worth driving somewhere else.

Staff is very friendly who work here but the way the store is sometimes isnt in the best shape. Trash in the front or parking lot and boxes for stock all stacked up in the aisles.

Gets crowded some days. Not the norm. Staff is always friendly.

Went to pick up some things that they had on sale before the sale was over. It was hard to move around because they had alot of things in the isle, probably for the next days sale. I got my stuff and got out.

One of the most organized Dollar Generals around!!

Dirty store with mysterious spills on floor. Rude associate that made a line of us wait to figure out it she was going to open the cash register or not because another associate had apparently did a no call/no show.

Love the new, stuff they have.

The store manager was having a talk with a plumber the second one to come out to this location in Beech Grove. He was rude to start with and told her there wasnt anything he could do because its the main sewer drain for the shopping center and not the store that Dollar General only leases from the owners of the property. You can smell the sewer system outside before even entering the store where you can still smell the odors. The manager was of course and justifiably upset.

This store is one of the cleanest Dollar Generals

The store was clean.But the assistant manager I think she was she was on the phone the cashier needed help but the assistant manager had an attitude thats why the store was okay other than that I would shop there more if the attitudes was changed

2 min before closing and they say they can’t help me cause she’s ready to go home . Sorry your life sucks U close at 10 not 9:58 .
