I brought my John Deere riding mower in to get the blades sharpened and the belt replaced. They have had my lawnmower for three months. That is a job that should take someone two hours to complete. If I would’ve known it was going to take more than 2 weeks I would’ve done it myself. I have called to see what’s taking so long probably once a week. Each time I’ve called they said it will be done in no more than 2 to 3 more days. When I originally brought it in they said it would be done in 1-2 weeks. I will never ever be back to this pathetic excuse for a business. If you are reading this I urge you to please take your time and your money somewhere else. These people have no respect for their customers.
