It started off good except the weekly rate was higher than the salesman promised. No credit for overcharging but they did lower the billing. When we first talked to the salesman he assured my manager with others present we could cancel the contract at anytime. After a month or so the uniform shirts came back poorly laundered and quickly began to look cheap. We put up with it for a while but the situation got worse. When I first called to cancel the manager told me let him get me some better shirts before I cancelled and I agreed. Never heard from him. So I order the new shirts from another vendor and called to cancel Cintas only to be told the contract doesn’t allow me to cancel for years. I went to read the contract only to find Cintas salesman had not provided us with a copy of the contract to know what our right were. I finally got a copy emailed to me last week and am forwarding it to my attorney for review. Had Cintas been more responsive this might have been avoided but I would not recommend this company

Worst experience in my 55 years. The clique made sure to make my life miserable in every way even though I did not ask them questions about their life and did not share mine. I was there to work.
