Great selection of products.

In 2005, my builder bought a front door system, (Door, two side-lites and a transom) made by Therma Thu doors, from Bender Lumber. The system cost several thousand dollars. When the system recently failed, Therma Tru sent me back to Bender Lumber to resolve the claim. Benders offered a $1,600 settlement to buy a new door but only if I took down the negative review I posted on Facebook. This issue STILL has not been resolved and will likely wind up in the courts. When I rejected their offer, Benders now alleges my claim is invalid because the door was painted incorrectly. Poor company, low quality product.

Bought a Therma Tru front door system with a Lifetime Warranty here, cost several thousand dollar, when the windows in the door, side-lite and transom failed I called Bender Lumber to make a claim on the Lifetime warranty. Their first offer was a $1,600.00 store credit to by a new door. When I rejected their offer the President of the company said my claim wasnt valid anyway. This has been going on for two months Bender has Poor Customer Service, Therma Tru has horrible products.
