I am very generous when I rate an establishment, but this particular business did not impress me very much. There were two employees, one who seemed to be a seasoned worker, and the other guy, possibly a trainee. We placed our order and got the 2 popsicles right away and the rolled ice cream shortly thereafter. However, our smoothie seemed to be missing in action. There were several orders placed after ours, which included smoothies that were prepared and given to the customers that ordered after we had. One lady after us even requested a refund of her money paid for a smoothie because hers was taking so long. I wanted to tell her I had been there way longer than her and I was still waiting. I finally went to the counter and asked on the status of our incomplete order and was told it was being made. I am a huge proponent of supporting local businesses, but I also believe those same local businesses must step up amd maintain adequate customer service in order to survive. Im not saying that I wont go back, but after tonight it is very unlikely. Not that great to wait and deal with mediocre service. I left a very generous tip at the time the transaction was done, which had I known later how poor the service was, I would have maybe left half of what I did originally.

My daughter and I recently got a much-needed girl’s day. Our day of fun ended perfectly, with ice cream from Mom & Popsicle! We were hot and tired from our activities and this was the perfect treat to cool us off. I can only imagine how much more refreshing it will feel on a hundred degree day.Located right next to the Movie Tavern, Mom & Popsicle serves up frosty goodness seven days a week. You’re not just getting the dessert you deserve, you’re getting a show. The ice cream is only prepared after you’ve ordered it. They don’t have gallons of chocolate or cookies and cream in refrigerators, they make it from scratch right in front of you. My daughter and I enjoyed watching the process of the ice cream go from liquid, to an ice cream looking lump, to flat like a crepe and finally rolled up and placed in a bowl. Then we got to pick our toppings. I chose Butterfinger and the kid got chocolate chunks. I’m definitely going to make this place a regular stop. There are so many options I still want to try.I went in looking to get a popsicle but got distracted by the ice cream. Popsicles are definitely the main attraction of this business. There were forty different flavors of popsicles available. At least eight of them are on my summer agenda. There are regular, “tame” flavors like Chocolate and Strawberry, unusual flavors like Watermelon Mint and Blueberry Cheescake and then wild flavors like Pineapple Jalepeno, Avocado and Sweet Corn. I’m going to have a hard time on my next visit trying to choose between Pomegranate Orange, Lemon Bar and Salt Butter Caramel.Let us know what flavors you’ve tried or can’t choose between!

Highly recommend! The rolled ice cream (we had Cookies n Cream) is amazing and the popcicles are delicious too. So cool to see them prepare the ice cream.

I REALLY enjoy their Coconut milk tea with boba and they also have soooo many yummy popsicle flavors to choose from. It’s really neat and they have their own mini photo station for anyone to use! I will definitely come back!!

Best ice cream ever I got mango rolled ice cream with toasted coconut and almond toppings. My husband got cookies and cream with toffee nut and white chocolate the lady was super nice and offered the toppings we got to watch her make the ice cream. So glad we stopped in had no idea. Truly a hidden gem

Adorable family owned shop. Did try the ice cream or popsicle, but the Boba tea was so yummy. If you love Boba tea and frozen treats you have to try it!

I used to love this place and even earned a $5 off coupon for spending so much. I went in to use it and they tell me I can’t use it unless I spend $25. No where on the card or a note on the counter says there is a stipulation to redeeming the card. I am all for supporting local businesses and I shop local as much as I can but I won’t support business with shady business practices.

Very good customer service didnt get too overwhelmed when people started getting angry that he was going too slow or helping one family at a time because he was the only one there doing all the work by himself and when all the customers were gone sat down and talked to us gave us all the information we needed about the company and about what was going on and really engaged in the customer was very polite I think he deserves a raise because oh my Lord he was amazing that company is amazing the ice creams amazing and definitely we will go back there as many times as we can

Two let review.Ice cream great! No complaint,What gave the ice cream a bad taste was the Facility. Looks like it was rushed open. Tape and paint still on window frames, caulk looks bad at sitting area, walls and ceiling everywhere isn’t quality. Ambiance isn’t there. And there was a smell that I think belongs to Main faculty/ property owner but Manager didn’t seem to care. Literally was pouring water out of an outside corner wall.Wish they took a little more pride in presentation.

This is my first time. I will be returning to try tolled ice cream!! This place is so clean and the staff is wonderful. I believe I have found a new place!!! YAY

This place is great for unique Popsicle flavors! So many different ones, I had the strawberry cheesecake. The workers are nice and friendly! I tried the Thai tea and really loved it. They sell hong kong waffles, I have yet to try that, but will be definitely be back for that. I love supporting a locally owned shop.

The new store of Central Park is very lively and a fun place to have around for the spring and soon to be summer time. The hospitality was outstanding, the popsicles are phenomenal, and it is a place I think everyone that lives nearby would enjoy!

Menu is really misleading, they dont actually have a lot of the stuff they say they have. My friends and I went in during a not busy time, but it became increasingly busy as we waited. So everyone else was helped while we waited for some reason. There were 3 employees working, which was plenty to handle the customer level, but none of the employees seemed to have any direction or sense of urgency (or sense of the order in which customers came in). When he finally got back around to us, we kept having to repeat what we ordered multiple times. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for very very average ice cream. Would not go back even if I really wanted ice cream.

It’s very cute inside! the popsicles are good, not too sweet!! theres not alot of seating space tho :-/ they have alot of choices to make - i tried the peach yogurt, horchata and matcha and they were super good.the pricing is okay.. not too expensive but not too cheap

Thank you so much for having vegan options. I was very impressed with my mango lychee coconut milk tea. Several of the popcicles are vegan too, the watermelon mint was super tasty. My only complaints are that the bathroom was out of order (which I feel every public establishment needs to have a working restroom for customers), and there was no boba. Boba is advertised on the window so I feel like it shouldnt run out of stock. Otherwise it had a nice atmosphere and good quality products and I will definitely be back!

They have lots of popsicle flavors to choose from. I tried their boba tea, not the best I had, but they are decent. Its nice to have a boba shop close to my house.

I ordered chocolate ice cream rolled and they put so little chocolate in it that it was the color of bread dough. Deeply disappointed.

Their popsicles are decent size, a bit expensive but they do pack a lot of flavor. I tried their salt caramel flavor, you can taste saltiness, loved it.
