Manger was very rude and gave me attitude. Rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. Out of stuff. Ordered a photo magnet and got an email saying that its ready. When went to collect manager gave just photo print and said “this is our store not the one who sent you email”

Miserable. Disrespectful. They lie about timing, they send messages that my medicine is ready, then when I get up there they tell me it’s not, and then they have me wait in their inordinately long lines three times in a row for one prescription. I’ve been here for two hours, and that’s AFTER they told me the prescription was ready.I’m done with them, and done with CVS. Never again.Update: two hours have passed, and now they’re telling me they think someone put the medicines back. They were ready, and now they’re not.I’m never getting out of this prison called the CVS pharmacy. I’m going to die here, and my bones will be left in their drive-thru.

I mainly just come here to get my prescriptions filled. Its a decent CVS, very clean and spacious feeling. It isnt often busy when Im in there. There is rarely a long line at the pharmacy and as long as your prescription is ready it doesnt take long to get it. There always seems to be a well sized staff working behind the pharmacy. Ive also done the minute clinic to get updates on my shots and get a renewal on my prescriptions. Io made an appointment online in advance b it still had to wait behind walk ins on line who had signed in before I had. I feel like if you make the appointment in advance they should honor that time as much as possible. The on staff doctor was very nice though. Im not good with shots and needles and she was very understanding and helpful.

This has to be the worse pharmacy experience I have ever has. After being on holf for 30 mins, someone picked up the phone and hung up the call! Then I go to the pharmacy since I am obviously not about to be on hold for 30 mins again and there is one person in the drive thru and 2 people in line. So why was I on hold for 30 mins and then they hung up on me? I would rather walk to the next CVS than to have to deal with this again.

I made an appt today for my daughter’s Meningitis B vaccine. I show up early and the nurse at the Minute Clinic tells me because I didn’t have a text and that my appt is at the pharmacy. I did NOT get a text from CVS instead I got an email with my appointment details that clearly says, “Do not go to the pharmacy.” Per the nurse instructions, I went to the pharmacy. The pharmacist tells me, “ No, you have to go to the Minute Clinic and knock on her door.” I knocked on the nurse’s door and tell her what he said. Again, she says, “you don’t have an appt go to the pharmacy.” Again, I talk to another pharmacist and he says, “I don’t have the meningitis B vaccine here. It’s at the MinuteClinic.” I told him I feel like I’m getting the run around and I show him my appt email. He tries to call the same Minute Clinic nurse and she doesn’t answer the phone. He sends me back over to the Minute Clinic. She came out of the room and argues with me telling me I have to get the vaccine at the pharmacy. I show her the email where it says, “Do not go to the pharmacy.” Then she asks, “What vaccine are you here for?” Again, I told her meningitis B. She then says, “ohhhhh, I got a call this morning that pharmacy didn’t have it but Minute Clinic does and you have to go sign in to make a minute clinic appt.” I said, “I already had an appt and now we have to get behind all these people and make a new appt?” This was a complete waste of time and confusion and I don’t trust these people to give my daughter any vaccine. None of them were apologetic at all and kept trying to pass the task back and forth. I don’t recommend this store AT all for your vaccinations needs!!!

Their pharmacy never answers the phone. Anytime I miss getting my prescription delivered to me I end up on hold for at least 45 minutes to try and get it sorted out because the website wont allow me to do it online. its like no ones even there to answer the phone even if it shows they are slow! I am planning on switching my prescriptions elsewhere that may be able to help me more.

I needed to print some photos from my cell phone. One of their employees was very helpful & she was able to help me print them. So whenever I need to print photos again, Ill plan to come here. Plus the location is very near to our home. So its very convenient.

Only if I could give them 0 or MINUS stars!!!This location has the worst customer service ever for the pharmacy !!! They have no follow ups or updates or any information about the customer’s prescription & handover a whole different brand without even having the courtesy to inform them. N it hasn’t happened only once but multiple times. Never ever gonna suggest this pharmacy to anyone for sure. Very much laid back staff with zero sense of customer service & presence of mind.

Terrible customer service at the Pharmacy. My prescription notification said it was ready (costing $235). I called and waited for over 5 mins with no answer. So I later went to the window and the Pharmacy tech said its because I dont have insurance. I do have insurance, so she goes back and brings it back with a price of $10. No apology or explanation. They need a wake up call.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs...Disorganized, terrible service, unsure of own supplies, terribly un-organized, shelves and counters dirty, meds all over the floor, can’t keep up with paperwork, ceiling tiles missing... it’s like picking up meds from 3rd world pharmacy. Obvious they aren’t keeping up with basic sanitary practices, much less Covid19 requirements.10 pharmacies close by that’s much better... this place needs to be reported to the health department.

I visited this location on the 5th of this month to pickup medicine, and I was so sick, after I went back home I figured I didn’t have my personal cell phone which is so important and has very sensitive and personal data in it, i freaked out and went back to the pharmacy asking if they have found it and it was after 9pm and they’re almost closing, even thought the night leader or manager helped me looking for it, he was so patient, nice, and friendly. I really appreciate his help, I found my phone thank God and it wasn’t in the pharmacy but I got the best customer service experience with that nice person. I’m sorry i didn’t catch his name that why I put the date so you can figure it out and appreciate him in a professional way. I’m really thankful that you we’re so honest in your job and really helpful. I wish you all the best.

I dropped off my prescription and they lost it. Then it becomes my responsibility to go back to the dr and get another one. No one greats you in the drive thru and the pharmacist is just as rude. I guess Cvs feels as if they don’t have to be kind to customers. My name has been changed for years and they continue to put meds under my maiden name. They text you and tell you that a prescription is ready and then you get there and they tell you it’s not. Ridiculous

It’s so funny how the same lady Cindi who’s name really is Cynthia gives the same horrible service to everyone. The guys minus the Store managers give the best service ever...I come to this store because of the brands, convenience and rewards program but now it’s not worth it...Cynthia is horrible and doesn’t know anything dealing with CVS nor great customer service. I had a problem with her not even knowing how the coupons work not the care card linked. When voicing the problem with the store manager he brushed it off and rewards her with a promotion. Wow! Well they lost my loyalty I will move on! I’m pretty sure they have lost many due to her and the sad Pharmacy crew they have now...this store has ran down.

I am 7 months pregnant. Came into the store to pick up my printed babyshower invitations. They were unfortunately printed incorrectly. I attempted to correct the issue and wanted to re print. Cindi the store manager, was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She did not want to help me, gave me no options to correct the issue. I will NEVER shop here again. Cindi deserves to be reprimanded!

I usually shop this cvs all the time for the past several years. But the last time I was there, I was very disappointed. Not in the shopping experience, but in the way a person can be treated. I witnessed a young, hungry teenager who just wanted a bag of chips and water walk out without paying. He looked like he could not afford it and needed help. But instead the manager kept telling him to take out the merch from his shirt and called him “loser” many times. We just need to help these young kids sometimes instead of humiliating them further. I later saw the young man going back to work and offered him help- he was speechless and didn’t think anyone would have noticed his situation.

God I wish I could give this less stars. The pharmacy team is 100% incompetent. Today they wouldnt even let a man pull up to get his wallet he dropped in the car and simply open the door and pay. They made him turn around and get back in line to pay for the medicine they already had. Their system is always down. The people working the drive-through are always incompetent and rude. Management inside is just as much of a joke as going to this location. I dont care how close you are. Do not go to this CVS… It is NOT. Worth. It.

Poor Customer ServiceI called today and was on hold for over five minutes. When someone finally picked up, it was like they picked up the phone and set it aside. I could hear the conversation in the background but nobody ever came on the phone. After another five or so minutes of sitting there, they finally hung up on me. When they hung up on me, they didnt even attempt to see if anyone was on the phone. It was like they wanted the phone to stop ringing so they took it off the hook without answering it. Youre in the service industry. If you dont want to talk to humans, find a job behind the scenes somewhere. After being hung up on, I called back and was on hold for another seven minutes before someone picked up. The lady was polite and helped but I was already frustrated from my previous 10 wasted minutes from the first phone call.

The pharmacist is incompetent. Make sure you count your pills. He will argue with you from behind his counter in front of staff and other customers. He has zero respect for others and is absolutely unprofessional. I have taken the same medication for years while having the same insurance. I know how much my prescription will be, but he insisted that I was wrong. I have never been to a more unprofessional CVS.

Came in today for a simple blood pressure check since I’ve been having high blood pressure and forgot to bring my machine with me. I was feeling sick and this was the nearest pharmacy in the area although there is a Walgreens just around the corner I decided to stop here. Terrible customer service. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT what so ever from the pharmacy staff. I finally left after a few minutes of waiting in line for the consultation and no one came to at least say we will be right with you, or hey it will take us X amount of time to assist you. I thought to myself why did I even stop here when I always go to Walgreens and they always take care of me? PS customer service is not just supplying medication. If the person up front is busy or on the phone with another customer, please work as a team and assist your coworker with the people that are waiting in line. Thank you!

I’m really not sure where the 1 star reviews are coming from, because I’ve been to Walgreens and CVS across the U.S. and that was the best experience I ever had. I got in line to drop off a prescription that my doctor said I had to bring in (they also faxed it over) but they already started processing the faxed version and that they could call me when all the prescriptions were complete. The lady told me that my cough medicine wasn’t covered, then she went two steps ahead and got a discount code to apply to my prescription! When they called me up, everything was ready... I was in and out in under a half hour!

Had the worst experience ever with the pharmacist. I called to tell him that estradiol patch was missing 3 patches but instead of helping me he gave me excesses and had the nerved to laugh about it. When I called him out on it he again made excesses to why he was laughing while stilling giggling about it. The pharmacist also made it as I was at fault for the missing 3 patches. Making it seem I missed place the 3 that was missing. This is the reason why I will never go back there again.

RUDE MALE PHARMACIST! One of my prescriptions needed a pre-approval from my doctor, which the pharmacy is supposed to contact. When one of the techs was trying to contact my doctor he yelled out to her that contacting my doctor was not their problem and that I needed to contact him. I have been on my medications for years and never had an issue with trying to get a med approved. Only reason why I tried this CVS was because I moved and that is the closest one to me, but I guess taking an extra 20min. Drive to my old pharmacy is better than going to the CVS down the street and getting miss treated.Thanks to this pharmacist I have gone almost a week without my medicine and have had to deal with my medical condition worsening. Not going back, BE WARNED!!!

Pharmacy Manager, Brian has very poor service! Rude, tried to speak over me instead and basically said he had no clue what went on because I didnt talk to him however, everything was noted in the computer. Didnt take time to try to explain normal process. Treated me like I was holding him up when I was merely trying to explain what Ive been told. Avoid this pharmacy if possible!

The WORST pharmacy ever!!! Every time Im forced to go due to insurance I pray bc their incompetence makes a side of me come out i have never seen. No one knows what they are doing they all tell you different directions and the service is horrible. I was switched back and forth between lines 6 times. Do not go here unless You must. The one on Hall Johnson. Im switching even though I have to drive further.

The next its 20 minutes later, and they still havent done a damn thing for you. I came to get my meds and Mr. Awad pharmacist told okay be ready in ten mins come back and they havent done it and Mr. Awad told another pharmacist when I got there to do it and she said okay they should had my name already but they asked my for my name 6 times and other people came in 5 mins after me and they told they give them 10 mins and bam they got there that is some bull!! Do not let this pharmacy have your RX I have never had a problem like this ever. I normally fill at Walgreens, but I have moved and had to find an RX that is not at every pharmacy, First they told me they had my rx and when I went and dropped it off they did not have it anymore which was right after I got off the phone with them. I had other prescriptions to drop so I did, my sons ADHD medication. When I went to pick it up they proceeded to tell me they didnt have it there. I had called several times and got the same answer, went to drop off a different rx and they told me it was expired, called again and they found it under a seperate profile they created, and that I couldnt fill that one because it expired... it expired due to their laziness to try and find it for me. The pharmacist is rude and so is the manager. I will not go back.
