Sent an edible arrangement to my wife and was very happy with the service they provided. The man who took my order over the phone was extremely nice. The lady who delivered them was extremely helpful. My wife was in the backyard with her mom and father-in-law cutting down trees with a chainsaw lol so she didn’t hear the delivery driver knock or ring the doorbell. But the driver went the extra mile to make sure my wife got them. The chocolates were fresh and tasted great. I will definitely use them again.
Please choose a different location...Very rude owner named Tariq (not sure of spelling) and dishonest delivery driver. Lied about delivery attempts for my event and even a re attempt the following day. When I requested a refund the owner became very rude and refused. This was the MOST unprofessional interaction ever. Please shop a different location or choose another service. Id give 0 stars if that were possible
Love the chocolate and the flowers! Would definitely order here again. The pineapple wasn’t sweet but I don’t blame them its what they receive. The strawberrys were delicious tho. Might order for valentines day 🥰
Don’t use this location or even company whatsoever. Not only did they not notify us that they were closing for the weather and therefor could not fulfill our order of chocolate covered strawberries that were due for pickup that day (last Sunday), it took us a whole freaking week to get a hold of them as they weren’t answering their phones. No, we did not expect them to come to work during the ice storm, but a heads up or even a refund would have been appreciated. We FINALLY get to pick up our order today and the strawberries are straight up rotten and wilting. I could smell the decomposing the moment I opened the cellophane and then saw all the brown stems. What a freaking rip off. Happy Rotten Valentine’s Day to me!

If I could give a negative star I would!Delivery wasnt done until almost 7:30 pm with no way to contact anyone.Left clear instructions the delivery was for an injured person but that was disregarded!Received a call almost a week later after sending 2 emails and was told my order was not PRIORITY that schools come first and business comes first. NO apology just RUDENESS
Love the chocolate pineapples (all of the choclate fruits to be honest). The only complaint I have (coming from the employee side of things and not as a customer) is the manager that I was working under at the time (we can call him James) was still trying to figure out his scheduling of work and his hobbies/side gigs. He was literally the coolest manager Ive ever had, he made me laugh a lot and couldnt have been any nicer. However, after I began working there about a week or so, there were times when he wouldnt come in for a week or 3-4 days at all. If he did come in, he would show up around 4 and leave shortly after (kinda just making sure that we were still working there and that the building hasnt burned down or been ransacked). This was just one small thing of course. He had told me it was his first time in a managerial position, and he was thrown into it with no direction to follow and figuring everything out as he got to it. So really, one could argue that the stores in-efficiencies werent just a reflection of poor management not doing the job right, but it also falls upon the people that put him in that position without giving him the proper training and tools he needed to even begin running a store alone. It requires a lot of training and experience to be the only manager at a store, so really the complaint is with the hiring/ training process of management positions. I felt bad for the guy, you could see it on his face how stressed he was everyday, I can only hope he is doing much better now. It has been about 2 years. Positive thinking though! Hope all is well and I mean nothing disrespectful by this comment.
If you can’t handle amount of orders for Valentine’s Day than limit your self. don’t just take people’s money and make an excuse because it’s a holiday that you couldn’t keep up ... you had one job and you failed miserably. I will never give this place a try again!

The kindest staff I’ve ever interacted with. They helped my clueless self pick out some items and cut me a great deal. They made me a delicious smoothie after dealing with all my questions, and sent me off in a great mood. Will definitely return!
I ordered the “Just Because” small bouquet the morning of for pick up. I requested something other than the cupcake shaped pineapple, and they called and made a custom shape just for me for my occasion free of charge. It was ready on time, beautiful and delicious!
I have dealt with these guys every special holiday and seems ive never had any issues but yesterdays valentine i assume things were back ordered, i went up to the store following day talked to the manager and he made the order and resent it with questions asked.Great, timely customer service.
This location is not responsible the screw up my Valentines delivery to my wife I have to drive after working 16 hours to get the order. The staff stood there laughing when I confronted the employee at the counter she told me they were very busy and that they could not answer the phone because of that there was only one employee that seems to care this so sad that

Ordered an arrangement for my wife. Received it hot and half in the bag not on sticks. The bear didnt come with it nor did the balloon. Called 45+ times and no answer. Take your business else where.
This is the worst service I have ever received! I ordered something to be delivered on Valentine’s Day before noon and it was not delivered until after the office I wanted it to go to was close which had to have been after 7pm!!!! Instead of apologizing and trying to make things better they lady that answered the phone was very rude and would not give her name. She then began to argue back (you should never do that especially if the costumer is clearly already upset) and then hung up on me! I will never use this location again the worst customer service anyone could have ever received.
I ordered a arrangement a week in a half before today.. order was taken and seemed to be fine I ask for it to be delivered between 8am - 11am is wasn’t... by noon is still hadn’t been delivered, I called and a gentleman answered and said he would make sure it was delivered by 3pm...that didn’t happen either, like everyone else I tried to call no one answered the phone so after a 14 hr day I drove over to the store,I stood in line and when it was my turn I asked for the arrangement and I ask why it wasn’t delivered I didn’t get a answer. I didnt receive an apology, I didn’t receive a thank you, nothing but attitude I can’t say anything good about the customer service at this location simply cause there wasn’t any, I am going to try and contact the owner or manager of this location. Here is the most upsetting it’s Valentine’s Day and also it’s our 19th wedding anniversary

Worst customer service experience by far!!! My boyfriend had an arrangement delivered to me and none of the fruit was sweet. So I called the location thinking that they stand by their product. Guess what I was told? Theres nothing we can do its not our fault its just where we get our fruit. That is by far the DUMBEST response I have ever been given when a company messes up. My boyfriend spent of a $100 on my arraignment so it is VERY unacceptable that they are trying to tell me there is nothing they can do. I even advised that I would bring the arrangement back so that he can receive a full refund and it still the same BS answer. I will be putting this review on EVERY site I can. People do not order from this company they do not stand by the products that they sell!!
Received an order from this place as a gift. Sloppily done, waste of money for my family member. Looked like a child put it together. Over a hundred dollars for balls of unripe, hard fruit. Website picture certainly did not represent actual presentation.

I placed an order on line through the edible arrangements website. I never received a notification that my order was at this location. I called in to this location in order to check the status of the order I made and if it was in yet. I was put on hold for about roughly 17 minutes in order for them to figure out that my order was indeed at this location. I show up to the location at planned pick up time, The person working the counter was constantly on the telephone and looked like they had no interest in being where they were. Said person working counter looked bored confused and was very brief in conversation. The person pulling the orders from the back could hardly speak correct English, and looked confused. I guess the only good thing about this place was that I got the order and it was in OK condition.
If I could post zero stars then I would. They take 15 mins to put fruit in a cup. Had a hair in my fruit salad. Ridiculous

Would give no stars if that were possible. Person came to deliver and we had just went to the gas station to get my kid a snack. Literally pulling out of my driveway as I was pulling in. They showed up and left a card, didnt leave the arrangement with either neighbor who also happened to be sitting out in front of their houses at the time. Then I immediately called the number hoping to catch the delivery person. They put me on hold immediately and kept me on hold for over an hour before I finally gave up and hung up the phone. Delivery service is a joke!!
I will say this location is slightly better than the Fielder location that was 2 days late on my delivery and then refused to give me any refund (as was promised over the phone) because hey, we delivered it. My experiences with the Bedford location include: 1st time - pickup order not ready, came back 30 minutes later, not ready, came back 15 minutes later, still not ready, but at least wasnt billed for non-delivery. 2nd time - only delivered half the order, called them, they delivered the 2nd half of the order, had to argue that I shouldnt pay a second delivery fee because they messed up. 3rd time - minor mistakes in order but did arrive several hours late on day it was due.
