Went Goedecke to get a Hunter-Douglas blind fixed. Planned to drop it off and when I got to the store, the owner assisted me and offered to see if it could be fixed while I waited. Said it might take 10 minutes. She comes back out with the fixed blind and said that since it broke again they upgraded the hardware. Service like this is normal for them but I still am impressed by it.

We were having a great experience working with Nigel but then an older woman decided she should take over helping us with carpet. She was rude, pushy and because of her we left and are buying our carpet elsewhere.

Steve, Chris and Herb did a fabulous job with my bathroom, these are the kind of professionals and experts that you can really rely on. They are personable and detailed, they make sure that you are happy with the results. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is remodeling or any type of project. I also have worked with most of the designers at Goedecke, and when it comes to design, they know what they are doing. These are the kind of experts and professionals you can trust if you want your project done right the first time.

The people their were easy to talk to. Seemed to understand exactly what we are looking for. Even though we seemed to walk in their with more questions then answers. They seemed to know it all. I worked with Herb on purchasing new wood flooring for my living room. I needed to match the floor in the adjacent room and Herb was very helpful and even went as far as sending out an employee with samples. I’m very happy with the end result and the customer service that was offered. I highly recommend Goedeche and would happily purchase from them again.

Aimee was amazing in assisting us pick out our window treatments. Has been attentive and up front about everything. Will update this review after the installation, but from a design standpoint no complaints what so ever. They were kind and very accommodating the moment we stepped into the store without being overbearing.

Building my first and hopefully last new home I had no idea where to even begin when it came to flooring and bath tile. Kim was fantastic in guiding me in my vision and showing me options that made sense. The installation came out flawless and the end results are exactly what I was looking for. I had a definite 5 star experience when we chose Goedecke Flooring & Design to help with our kitchen floor replacement. From the expansive showroom with countless options and knowledgeable sales staff to the meticulous installer that completed what I thought was a tricky custom job, we were very pleased. I look forward to using them for replacing our countertop next and know it will be a satisfying experience.

We just completed a bathroom remodel including a custom tile shower, heated tile floor, new quartz countertops, new plumbing fixtures, and a new walk-in closet. The project took about 6 weeks and came out beautifully. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work. The craftsmen who install tile and do the carpentry and painting for Goedecke treat your house like it is their own. They take extreme pride in their work and it shows. The designer we worked with (Colette) and the project manager (Mike) were also top notch and kept us in the loop every day about the schedule and what was happening next. Now that the master bath is looking so nice, we plan to install hardwood floors in the master bedroom and we will absolutely use Goedecke for that project as well.

We had a total kitchen renovation as well as new shower and countertop put in a bathroom. The job took about 7 weeks to complete. The Goedecke folks were a pleasure to work with! Any question or concern I had was addressed immediately! Jeannine, our designer was so easy to work with and has a great eye for design! Mike, the Project Manager was on top of everything and even provided me with an app so I could be in contact with him while we were in Ireland for a wedding! I LOVE my kitchen and bath and get many compliments on the quality and beauty of both. Right now we are finishing up with window treatments, reupholstering a chair and ottoman and cushions for the bench and kitchen stools. I get to work with Jeannine again and Amy on this project! Thank you all for creating a warm and inviting kitchen for our family and friends to enjoy for years to come!!

Wow... were we impressed. Although we had driven by Goedecke many times, today was the first time we stooped in. The showroom is fanstastic... loaded with a variety of materials, but not crowded. We were greeted both by a sales woman and soon after by one of the owner, Herb Goedecke. We spent some time talking to Herb and he was extremely helpful and welcoming. If you are decorating or renovating any room, they have everything you need in one place.

Pleasant, professional and a great distributor of Ben Moore products. Also a complete home interior design center. I have not used these services.

This is a multi-generational family business, the kind of thing that is really hard to find in todays global marketplace. They really believe in quality craftsmanship and they are the kind of people who will do the right thing. They arent the least expensive but if you want quality and people you can trust, I dont think you can do any better than Goedecke.

I have been in the Tile business for over thirty five years . I would have to say you have one of the nicest showrooms in the area . The full size shower displays are wonderful. Nice Job .
